A fantastic service, I had booked the boiler service online at a time and date that was convenient to me. The engineer turned up on time and knew who I was and what he was there to do. I was impressed with the knowledge and understanding of the boiler, the sharing of details/results regarding the service and his open and honest opinion of the boiler. He was able to give information regarding the efficiency of the boiler and his opinion on how this rates against new boilers and alternative heating and hot water supply systems. I was left informed and happy with a job well done.

We have used HeatCo many times over the last 4 years from non-urgent plumbing/heating problems e.g. leaky tap to urgent problems such as an over flowing water tank in the loft. Joe and the team have always been responsive, friendly and efficient and dealt with problems, especially emergencies, speedily. They are also helpful at giving advice and don't sell you what you don't need! The HeatClub (paying a monthly subscription) is great and worth having for all the odd plumbing jobs that crop and includes a free boiler service annually. Thanks to Joe, Darren and the team!

I called Shaun out through HeatCo's Heat Club scheme, which gives us on-call access to a plumber and heating heating engineer whenever we need it for a monthly fee. It's an excellent deal and meant that when I needed help getting the side panel off the bath, I could book an appointment with HeatCo and Shaun arrived, bang on time, and quickly sorted out our problem. Darren of HeatCo was fantastic, we had a greed a time of 2.30pm, he was running early and called me to see if it was convenient to attend site sooner. He arrived at the new time. He was very professional, he was wearing HeatCo branded clothing and his Van which was HeatCo branded was clean and modern ( pleasure to have on the drive)... He got down to the servicing straight away and was completed within the time that he had suggested. He left the area clean and tidy and was gone. I received a follow up message and confirmed everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I had originally asked them to come out and check the pressure valve on my boiler, which turned out to be fine, just a bit stiff. While Darren was here he had a look at another - quick - job I needed doing (adjusting the positioning of some pipes), and he came back the next day and did it very well and efficiently.

Excellent service from Shaun at HeatCo who fixed 2 plumbing issues. One was fitting a new plug to the the sink and the other was a new Geberit flush valve to the toilet. The work was easy to schedule with the online booking system and the appointment was kept on time. Work was performed efficiently and very professionally and ai would definitely recommend

Have used Heatco both for individual jobs such as moving rads and also signed up for the annual maintenance plan. The annual maintenance plan covers the boiler servicing and has taken out any worries and associated costs with unexpected problems that inevitably pop up over time on most systems. Individual jobs have always been done on time and competitively. Highly recommend.

Several years ago I subscribed to the company's 'Heat Club' maintenance contract and it has served me very well. For example, a plumber attended to repair a leaking pipe in the kitchen very soon after it was reported. Heatco has done several jobs for me including fixing a knocking radiator and installing SMART radiator valves in every room. The annual maintenance visit is arranged at a time to suit me. All-in-all Heatco provide a much better service than the larger operators, but at a significantly lower price. I am pleased with the service provided and intend to renew my 'HeatClub' membership when it falls due.
