Darren was excellent to deal with and responded quickly to communications. He tried to fix the problem twice before having to get a spare part. He did not charge for the extra time, just the original visit and replacement part. All is now fixed and we are very pleased. We would warmly recommend him.

Shaun fixed a leak in my house really quickly and efficiently. First, he turns up on time, acts respectfully in my home towards me, my wife and my kids. He quickly assesses the problem and then clearly explains to me what he needs to do and then gets on and does it. With all the kids off for half term it was carnage in the house with them being noisy, Shaun just got on with the job like a pro. Thanks, Shaun

Darren performed a boiler service for us and fitted a new thermostat unit. I had previously stated that this might be needed as the control unit had physically broken and had lost contact with the boiler unit. I received a call well in advance of the expected start time to say that he had been delayed on his first job and would be about 30 minutes late which was considerate and he subsequently arrived on time. Darren worked quickly to perform the service, confirmed the thermostat change was required and explained the outcomes of the tests he had carried out. Later that day we received the gas certificate. I would definitely recommend HeatCo, they fitted the boiler and are our first contact if anything should go wrong.

Darren arrived on time to service the gas boiler. As usual Darren just got on with the work and left everything clean and tidy after he had completed the service. I would certainly recommend Darren and HeatCo.

We are part of heatclub which covers everything we need. Just had our yearly boiler service - great service as usual and they were happy to look at a couple of other issues I had with radiators and advise on a shower unit that isn't working as it should. Highly recommend.

Heatco had serviced my boiler for several years, but for one reason and another, the boiler hadn't been serviced for a couple of years. One weekend, I noticed there was a dramatic loss of pressure in the boiler and that constant repressurising was necessary. I contacted Heatco, and was given the following Thursday morning for a boiler service. Also spoke to Heatco on the Monday morning, and they felt I had a problem with the expansion tank, and I shouldn't worry in the meantime - which was a relief. Heatco duly arrived Thursday morning 8.30 am. After an inital check, it was confirmed a new expansion tank was required. Half an hour later, Heatco reappeared with a new tank, which was fitted, and the boiler thoroughly serviced within an hour. The total cost was very reasonable. The boiler is now getting on for 20 years old, and I was concerned it needed replacing, but Heatco was able to confirm it was good for many years yet. I have now booked the next service for 2027!

I used Heatco to replace a boiler that had stopped working. We moved the boiler from an airing cupboard to the loft. This enabled us to knock the wall down between the bathroom and airing cupboard so that we could make the bathroom bigger. Joe and his team were professional throughout at a very reasonable cost. Always very tidy and courteous he also did an extra couple of jobs at a reasonable price. We had other gas engineers who came round some of which never bothered to come back to me with a quote, others took 2 or 3 weeks to send me a quote. Joe produced a quote the same day. I would highly recommend Heatco, they also did a job for a neighbour and she was equally impressed. Well done!

HeatCo has done a variety of work at our house over the past 10 years, from installation and servicing to dealing with emergencies and giving advice. Always feel in very good hands. Joe is very knowledgeable, reliable, friendly. I can only recommend HeatCo!

Joe was able to respond really quickly to an SOS and solve the problems when the electricity supply to my boiler was not functioning properly. He's also serviced the boiler several times since it was installed a few years ago and so as the call-out was an easily fixed problem there was no charge. However, my house guest will be told not to play with switches in the airing cupboard if they come to stay again. Many, many thanks Joe - you are a superstar!

We found, HeatCo, Deane and Joe carried out an excellent job of decommissioning our old boiler and installing new Worcester Bosch boiler with minimum disruption. Arrived on time, work carried out quietly, efficiently and very tidy. We were fully informed of progress from beginning to completion of job and were fully advised how to use the new heating system. Courtesy was extended at all times. We shall have no hesitation to use HeatCo again for any other works at our property. Thank you.

Joe installed a new WC for us which proved far more challenging than anticipated due to the configuration of the pre-existing loo. Despite this Joe did a fantastic job and figured out how to complete the installation, which would have defeated many others! As always Joe was prompt, reliable and ensured that everything was perfect. Excellent service!

I had a new boiler fitted and am very happy with the result. Not only was the work done on time in a professional way by an excellent plumber, the price for the work was very reasonable. He also left us with no mess to clear up and had a very pleasant manner.

I am on a retainer with Heatco, and their prompt service and knowledge of their trade gives confidence whenever there is a problem with plumbing or heating.

I had my hall, landing and stairs re-decorated, and had taken the carpet up, as a new one was being fitted the following morning. My wife swept and washed the floor, but found a couple of tiny, proud nails. I banged these down and we went to bed. Seven am. the following morning I went downstairs to find water pouring down from the ceiling - it would appear that water pipes were just below the floorboards, i.e. a channel cut in the top of the rafters, rather than drilled through them lower down! I immediately called Heatco and left a message, which was replied to promptly, and Joe and Dean arrived just after 8am. The leak was fixed quickly and damage minimised. We were so grateful to have, what was a horrible experience, resolved do quickly - and quicker than my insurance. Company could have achieved.
