Darren messaged us to advise his expected arrival time which was 15mins earlier than booked and helped us prepare. He arrived as promised and without our asking, removed his footwear and greeted us in a friendly manner. There was no delay in starting the work as he went straight to the boiler to carry out the service. When he finished he moved seamlessly to the first fire laying down carpet protection and cleaning up after him. The second fire was similarly handled during which it was pleasing to have conversation while he worked. Unbeknown to us he had also cleared a slow running bathroom sink whilst working on the boiler, which was a welcome bonus. The certificates were emailed to us promptly after he left, and we look forward to receiving HeatCo at the next service.

As usual, a first class service, Darren Dudley arrived earlier than was booked, but phoned to see if this was convenient, Service was carried out expertly and did not leave any mess. Thank you Darren

Darren did a good job as always, today he changed my immersion heater. I’ve used Heatco for the last nearly two years and everyone is unfailingly helpful, friendly and polite. They have an online appointment system and usually I can get one within a week for non urgent stuff, and they come out quickly for urgent things. If you subscribe to their Heat Club you get your boiler serviced yearly AND you can call upon them for all your little plumbing and gas problems. MUCH better than those Home Emergency plans, because nothing is too small with Heatco.- Highly recommended 👍

I genuinely love this company! The service they provide is excellent - they serviced my boiler and tested all the radiators. I've been lucky enough to have the same colleague a number of times who is always so approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

A fantastic service, I had booked the boiler service online at a time and date that was convenient to me. The engineer turned up on time and knew who I was and what he was there to do. I was impressed with the knowledge and understanding of the boiler, the sharing of details/results regarding the service and his open and honest opinion of the boiler. He was able to give information regarding the efficiency of the boiler and his opinion on how this rates against new boilers and alternative heating and hot water supply systems. I was left informed and happy with a job well done.

Had 5 new radiators fitted. House is very old and difficult to work in. Heatco did a wonderful job, and cleaned up very well after themselves. Very pleased.

The copper pipe leading to my outside tap developed a leak. Trying not to panic I phoned Heatco for advice, spoke to Joe. I then went online to book an appointment, easy to book with good availability. Darren arrived on time and did a quick and efficient job replacing the pipe and fitting a new tap for me. The Heat Co team dealt with our, well hidden, water leak (which was behind boxing in the kitchen) quickly and efficiently. I was grateful to them for rearranging their schedule to fit us in as soon as possible after we had heard the sound of water.

I subscribe to Heatco’s Heat Club, which includes an annual boiler service, plus free labour on small plumbing jobs. Darren completed the annual service on my boiler, as in previous years, and provided a certificate. He also cleared the sink blockage and cleaned up tidily. I’ve been using Heatco for a number of years without any problems, and find their service prompt and efficient.

Heatco has provided a reliable and friendly plumbing service to us for 5 years. This has included replacing our CH boiler and maintaining the plumbing in our large old house. They go out of their way to respond promptly and fix urgent problems. Strongly recommended!

A few years ago I needed a new boiler. quotes were obtained and Heatco came out with the best price. Not unrealistically cheap or price-gougingly expensive. Not only that, but during the initial survey they properly scoped out my requirements and made a suggestion for a more appropriate boiler for our house. I believe that this saved me money on a boiler that was appropriately sized for my home and has saved me money ever since by using less gas. The install was very tidy and I've had fault free operation of my boiler ever since. The team are super polite, friendly and get the job done with no mess. They were so good that I used them again when my parents needed a new boiler recently. Again, they turned up bang on time, installed an appropriate boiler for their needs. They helped get the system balanced and have come back for a post install service. They appear to be trusted enough by the manufacturers that they are able to offer the longest warranty on the boilers. The entire team are great. Polite, on time, efficient, tidy and know what they are doing. Just what you need from a Heating and plumbing company.

I happen to be physically disabled and use a wheelchair. My boiler stopped working at about 4pm one afternoon and since I find it very difficult to keep warm, I was desperate to get the heating fixed as soon as possible. I rang Heatco and they were literally with me in about 30 minutes. In the event it was a simple fault to fix, but I just can't thank the guys at Heatco enough. Very highly recommended!
