Very efficient, great communication from the beginning steps of quotes through to the work in hand. We had a new combi boiler which meant work over a few days. Clear and on-time with the schedule and the home environment was always kept tidy at the end of the day meaning minimal mess to deal with and assisted in patching up areas needed to be removed such as brick work and the walls. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of having an work done in this field. Thanks.

I am a HeatCo Energy Club member, and they have an easy to navigate booking system on line for servicing and call-outs, and confirm the booking by return email. Their friendly engineer was early for our recent service and the work was carried out diligently. He removed his shoes without being asked, and dust sheets were used when working on the fires. Having the comfort of knowing that the Heat Club membership also allows for labour free repair visits is very reassuring.

A very professional team who understood what was needed and delivered as promised. We have used HeatCo on a number of occasions and they have always solved problems with a can do approach. Easy to book an appointment online. Darren phoned to say was running late before the appointment time and checked this would not be a problem for me. Diagnosed problem faulty valve, and got the system working. Provisionally booked an appointment the following day to do the work, subject to acceptance of the quote, which I received half an hour later. Said he would phone if able to come earlier which he did, replaced the faulty part and got the system working. Clean and polite and answered all my questions. Had a brief chat about another issue which I hope they can help with.

Firstly, you can book a slot online that suits you, which is a clear time saver. Darren arrived perfectly on time and was extremely professional and efficient. He was able to check our gas lines, complete a full boiler service and fix an issue with our gas fireplace. Darren messaged us to advise his expected arrival time which was 15mins earlier than booked and helped us prepare. He arrived as promised and without our asking, removed his footwear and greeted us in a friendly manner. There was no delay in starting the work as he went straight to the boiler to carry out the service. When he finished he moved seamlessly to the first fire laying down carpet protection and cleaning up after him. The second fire was similarly handled during which it was pleasing to have conversation while he worked. Unbeknown to us he had also cleared a slow running bathroom sink whilst working on the boiler, which was a welcome bonus. The certificates were emailed to us promptly after he left, and we look forward to receiving HeatCo at the next service.

Loud banging noise on new boiler

I contacted Joe Waller on Sat 20 Jan as every time the boiler came on there was a banging noise - so loud that it woke me up in the middle of the night and I was afraid the whole thing would blow up so was without heating Sat and Sun. Joe was coming to the UK on Sunday and came round at lunchtime as arranged. He tested the boiler - all ok - unfortunately the banging/vibrating didn't happen whilst he was here. He thought it might be a faulty radiator valve as and assured me that the boiler wouldn't blow up - so the heating went back on. The banging occurred 3 times further and I identified which radiator valve was faulty. Job sorted by Tues late morning. Excellent service from a hard working and knowledgable individual

I used HeatCo for two properties annually, and they've never let me down. They've always turned up on or before schedule, and the work is always top quality (as are their prices!). Darren is a lovely man and does high quality work. I would highly recommend HeatCo, Joe and Darren - they're a great team and always happy to give me advice. I will leave you with one simple example - I had Darren servicing a boiler in the loft yesterday, and he as per usual spent plenty of time looking at it, cleaning it etc. What I didn't realise (until he'd left!) was that he also unclogged my bathroom sink! I did not ask him, he must have noticed it whilst using it to drain excess water, and just unblock it. Yes it's a small thing, but I think it demonstrates well that these guys actually care about their customers.
