I searched Trusted Traders for a new local gas safe registered plumber after the previous local plumber I had used retired. All I can say is that my experience of HeatCo is absolutely in line with the many other positive reviews. My initial phone call and email to HeatCo was responded to very promptly. Booking online was convenient and easy, and Darren was punctual, courteous and explained the issues with, and proposed solutions to, the two different issues with my central heating very clearly. The issues were then fixed at a follow up appointment at my convenience. Invoice settlement can be done online and is also convenient and easy. I am really impressed with the way this company is run, and the work done by Darren. Going forwards, I am so pleased I know who to turn to for my future boiler servicing and other plumbing needs!

Easy to book an appointment online which made life easier. Darren came round quickly and figured out the problem which needed a new part, came back two days later and fitted, very friendly. Really stress free and just got it sorted at a reasonable price. Exactly what I wanted.

My central heating pump burnt out so a replacement was needed. A call to Heatco resulted in getting an engineer very promptly. Darren came and we discussed the necessity to change the pump. I agreed and fortunately, he had a suitable replacement in his van. Within an hour he had finished the job and got our heating back on again - may I say at this point both my wife and I are pensioners. Darren came over as a very helpful and sympathetic engineer.

I have been using HeatCo's services for a number of years now. I have met three of their people over this time and all of them have provided excellent service and workmanship. Recently I used another firm for a side job and actually realised there was an error in their work but Darren from HeatCo diagnosed it immediately, ordered a part and sorted it out within a few days. He also gave our boiler an annual service which we have done like clockwork by HeatCo. As an aside, HeatCo replaced a boiler for me a few years ago. I was involved in a disastrous process with my former insurance company. They sent out engineers to mend a small problem with our old boiler - they actually ended up making the situation worse due to a lack of understanding about my "commerical" named but domestic rated boiler. HeatCo really saved the day. The firm contracted by the insurers ended up asking HeatCo to intervene as they realised they were making a real mess of the boiler. The situation deteriorated with the insurer and we ended up needing a new boiler fast. We have been without heat and water for a few weeks at this point and Joe had been invaluable in the process with diagnostic checks and advice on the matter. Dene from HeatCo gave up a day of his weekend to come and sort it out for us so we didn't have to wait a day longer to warm up! We have had heat and hot water ever since! They really went above and beyond for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team! Thank you from us.

I had a boiler service with HeatCo for the first time on 1st March 2022. I was a little worried as I didn't receive an email confirmation but Mr Dudey arrive promptly and conducted a full service quickly and efficiently. He provided advice at the end on things to keep an eye on and immediately emailed my invoice and service certificate. This was such a refreshing change from my previous experience with other suppliers who kept cancelling or not turning up. I found the work value for money and I will certainly be using HeatCo again. We went through a long list of potential suppliers for this job and got the full range of 'advice' and prices. We eventually contacted someone on Neighbours Next Door who already had asked for recommendations and asked who they had used and she whole-heartedly recommended Heatco. Joe came round and talked through the issues clearly and sensibly and we agreed the work and price. The job was carried out a couple of weeks later. The guys were brilliant. Clean, tidy, knowledgeable, considerate and absolutely professional and completed the installation in the agreed time. They were also happy to return to resolve a couple of issues immediately. Putting in a new boiler system is not a trivial amount of work and disruption and its important that you can trust the people doing the work. We would have absolutely no problem in recommending Heatco for any heating work or plumbing needs.

We were happy with the central heating service carried out by Darren on behalf of Heatco. We received a message in advance of the appointment to confirm when he would be arriving which was the specified time. The job was done efficiently with a problem with the boiler sorted out at the time of the service. Darren was courteous and we would not hesitate to recommend him. The invoice and certificate were e-mailed to us shortly after the service was carried out.

It was easy to book an appointment online for a boiler service with early availability and the engineer Darren was early rather than late (with a text to say they would be early and checking that was OK). Darren was very pleasant and when I queried a TVR on a radiator he immediately looked at it and fixed a sticking pin. Took his shoes off at the door too! Verbally gave information after service and then was sent certificate and invoice (for quoted price on the website) immediately afterwards.

I have been using Heatco services for many years now and will carry on for years to come. Daren knows what he is doing and has been looking after my old boiler years after years so that I made the most of it. When I had building works done, I asked Heatco for advice, and although they didn't do the job (as they don't work with builders), they were very helpful in understanding what we needed. Since we have had a new boiler installed they are happy to come and help, as well as service it for a very decent price. Excellent service, very nice people to deal with!

I always use HeatCo for my plumbing work. Darren was the plumber who serviced my boiler. Very courteous and efficient as always.

Looked to be an easy fill in job but as we had HeatCo cover we decided to leave it to the experts to fit it. I am glad we did. Unbeknown to us, the old tap had completely rusted in to the sink unit solidly locking it into place. Of course, HeatCo's engineer had all the tools to hand and the experience to persuade the fitting to move before cutting it out and fitting the new unit. Excellent job well done.

We booked the service on Heatco's Website and it was really easy. Darren turned up on time, looked smart and was both friendly and professional. He completed the service and explained what he had done. I would use again and I would recommend.

I am on a retainer with Heatco, providing an annual boiler service, on-call emergency plumbing, and basic general plumbing services - although they can provide a full service, including boiler changes, flushing, etc. On this occasion I had a partially blocked sink and a mal-functioning radiator, which were promptly fixed. The plumbers are pleasant, polite and helpful folk.

A very professional team who understood what was needed and delivered as promised. We have used HeatCo on a number of occasions and they have always solved problems with a can do approach. Most recently they got hold of a difficult to find part and had it couriered over at their expense so we had heating for the weekend.

At the recommendation of several neighbours I arranged for a boiler service with Heatco and was able to get a very quick appointment. Darren and his colleague arrived promptly, carried out the service without any fuss and were also able to sort out an iffy radiator valve at the same time. They reassured us that the boiler was in good order, even though we were not able to tell them how long it had been since it was serviced by the previous owners. This was all done for the very reasonable price of the service. I would definitely recommend them.

I am a HeatCo Energy Club member, and they have an easy to navigate booking system on line for servicing and call-outs, and confirm the booking by return email. Their friendly engineer was early for our recent service and the work was carried out diligently. He removed his shoes without being asked, and dust sheets were used when working on the fires. Having the comfort of knowing that the Heat Club membership also allows for labour free repair visits is very reassuring.

Easy to book an engineer and time slot to suit. Arrived on time and got straight to work fault finding. Advised of problem and sent an estimate quickly. Fault fixed, quickly, on time and on day to suit.

Needed replacement boiler. After trying several unreliable plumbers for quotes, I searched the internet, and came across St. Albans based “HeatCo”…. They let you book a consultation date on their website and within a couple of days the Ingenieur Deene turned up (who is very professional and very pleasant) to inspect my CH system. I had done some research and knew that I wanted the Worcester Greenstar 32CDI Boiler to replace my current 20 yr. old Worcester, and Deene was reassuring me that my boiler choice would be a perfect replacement for the old…. Later that afternoon he emailed me the quote, and to my surprise this was the only company that I had previously contacted , who had actually bothered to itemise the quote, breaking down the price for every item needed to install the new boiler…. Including a filter, flue, thermostat etc…AND a lot more cost effective than any of the other quotes… let alone British Gas …or SSE HeatCo also keeps you updated with messages, telling you exactly when the Ingenieur is on its way. Appointment booked on a Wednesday, consultation was on a Friday…boiler installed the following Tuesday by Deene. You really could not ask for a speedier, better, professional and cost effective service than that‼️

Darren arrived right on time and quickly carried out the annual boiler service, including freeing a stuck motorised valve (no extra charge). The cost of the service was exactly the price quoted in advance. Excellent service!

We have had Heatco to service our boiler every year, since they installed it some years ago. They always arrive at the arranged time, are very efficient, friendly, polite and tidy. I have found it very easy to book an appointment on their website although you can phone.
