Our boiler started to play up and we knew it was time to get a new one. Joe came out at least twice to review our concerns (without charging). We received a really clear estimate breaking down all the costs. Deene then turned up a day in advance to make sure he understood what to do the following day. He made the whole process seem effortless. Normally I get to hear all the moans from a plumber but Deene was really efficient and was really good at keeping me informed whilst just getting on with it. I really recommend Heatco.

This is the second time I have had a new boiler from Heatco. Never had any problems with the first boiler which I had for 5 years before moving house. I asked Joe and his team to put a new boiler in my new house, which they did along with radiators and nearly all the pipes when it turned out the old pipes were leaking and falling apart. Job got done within budget and time despite the unexpected issue with the pipes. Friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this firm.

We went through a long list of potential suppliers for this job and got the full range of 'advice' and prices. We eventually contacted someone on Neighbours Next Door who already had asked for recommendations and asked who they had used and she whole-heartedly recommended Heatco. Joe came round and talked through the issues clearly and sensibly and we agreed the work and price. The job was carried out a couple of weeks later. The guys were brilliant. Clean, tidy, knowledgeable, considerate and absolutely professional and completed the installation in the agreed time. They were also happy to return to resolve a couple of issues immediately. Putting in a new boiler system is not a trivial amount of work and disruption and its important that you can trust the people doing the work. We would have absolutely no problem in recommending Heatco for any heating work or plumbing needs.

My central heating pump burnt out so a replacement was needed. A call to Heatco resulted in getting an engineer very promptly. Darren came and we discussed the necessity to change the pump. I agreed and fortunately, he had a suitable replacement in his van. Within an hour he had finished the job and got our heating back on again - may I say at this point both my wife and I are pensioners. Darren came over as a very helpful and sympathetic engineer.

Paul and Darren arrived on time to service my boiler and also to fit new kitchen sink taps. Both jobs were completed efficiently and on budget. I have used HeatCo for many years and have no hesitation in recommending this Company. Always helpful and friendly and worthy of 5 star rating.

I subscribe to Heatco’s Heat Club, which includes an annual boiler service, plus free labour on small plumbing jobs. Darren completed the annual service on my boiler, as in previous years, and provided a certificate. He also cleared the sink blockage and cleaned up tidily. I’ve been using Heatco for a number of years without any problems, and find their service prompt and efficient.

This is the second year I have booked HeatCo to service my central heating boiler. Contacting them was very easy and they proved flexible when I needed to alter a pre booked appointment. On both occasions they were punctual, efficient and pleasant.

We used HeatCo to service our boiler, which had a fault with the circuit board. They serviced the boiler, then returned a few hours later with a new circuit board and control knobs. They only charged for the parts (above the standard service cost for our boiler). Really reasonable - no extra labour charge for replacing the faulty parts. I have used the company a number of times now and have always found them to be extremely honest and professional. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They are also easy to get out at short notice. One last thing - they contact you via text when they are on their way. Great communication.

I am blown away by the service provided by Heatco. I was able to go onto their website and book an appointment online. Darren came at the allotted time and I had received my gas certificate by the time he had left. No chasing! It's a revelation!

Quality service at a reasonable price. I was able to get an appointment to service my boiler and to investigate a radiator that had stopped working within a couple of days. Darren arrived on time, diagnosed the radiator problem quickly, and repaired there and then using spares from his van. The boiler was serviced efficiently, the certificate & invoice issued right away. A really good experience, would definitely use again.

Darren did a good job as always, today he changed my immersion heater. I’ve used Heatco for the last nearly two years and everyone is unfailingly helpful, friendly and polite. They have an online appointment system and usually I can get one within a week for non urgent stuff, and they come out quickly for urgent things. If you subscribe to their Heat Club you get your boiler serviced yearly AND you can call upon them for all your little plumbing and gas problems. MUCH better than those Home Emergency plans, because nothing is too small with Heatco.- Highly recommended 👍

Darren from Heatco carried out the annual boiler service and issued the gas cert. It was easy to book the appointment and the work was nicely done at the agreed time.
