Heat co were amazing and it was really efficient to book my appointment online which was really easy. Very efficient, great communication from the beginning steps of quotes through to the work in hand. We had a new combi boiler which meant work over a few days. Clear and on-time with the schedule and the home environment was always kept tidy at the end of the day meaning minimal mess to deal with and assisted in patching up areas needed to be removed such as brick work and the walls. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of having an work done in this field. Thanks.

I chose Heatco to install my new boiler on the recommendation of my daughter. I was certainly not disappointed, the work was quite complex as I wanted the boiler installed in the loft instead of the old boiler location in the kitchen. The estimate was provided speedily and the work was carried out in a reasonable timescale. Dean the installer worked so hard and was neat, tidy and very respectful. He ensured I still had hot water available overnight before he left. The quote for the work was accurate and fair. I will certainly use Heatco for further work in my home.

I had my hall, landing and stairs re-decorated, and had taken the carpet up, as a new one was being fitted the following morning. My wife swept and washed the floor, but found a couple of tiny, proud nails. I banged these down and we went to bed. Seven am. the following morning I went downstairs to find water pouring down from the ceiling - it would appear that water pipes were just below the floorboards, i.e. a channel cut in the top of the rafters, rather than drilled through them lower down! I immediately called Heatco and left a message, which was replied to promptly, and Joe and Dean arrived just after 8am. The leak was fixed quickly and damage minimised. We were so grateful to have, what was a horrible experience, resolved do quickly - and quicker than my insurance. Company could have achieved.

We instructed Heatco as they are a Worcester Bosch recommended central heating company. Joe called round very promptly to check the required work and give us a quote. First impressions were a professional friendly company and we immediately felt confident to instruct them. Our estimate was e-mailed through the same day and a date arranged for the work to be carried out. Dean and Ryan carried out the work and they too were very pleasant and professional. The work involved correcting unsatisfactory work carried out by another central heating company so we were very pleased to have found a company we could trust and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is the second time I have had a new boiler from Heatco. Never had any problems with the first boiler which I had for 5 years before moving house. I asked Joe and his team to put a new boiler in my new house, which they did along with radiators and nearly all the pipes when it turned out the old pipes were leaking and falling apart. Job got done within budget and time despite the unexpected issue with the pipes. Friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Joe installed a new WC for us which proved far more challenging than anticipated due to the configuration of the pre-existing loo. Despite this Joe did a fantastic job and figured out how to complete the installation, which would have defeated many others! The HeatCo team knew what they were doing. The new boiler and cylinder have been installed very neatly. The job was done in good time and to a very reasonable price. The team were friendly and asked questions when there were choices to be made such as the placement of the condensate pipe so that it would not be too conspicuous. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use HeatCo for the annual inspections.

We found, HeatCo, Deane and Joe carried out an excellent job of decommissioning our old boiler and installing new Worcester Bosch boiler with minimum disruption. Arrived on time, work carried out quietly, efficiently and very tidy. We were fully informed of progress from beginning to completion of job and were fully advised how to use the new heating system. Joe was able to respond really quickly to an SOS and solve the problems when the electricity supply to my boiler was not functioning properly. He's also serviced the boiler several times since it was installed a few years ago and so as the call-out was an easily fixed problem there was no charge. However, my house guest will be told not to play with switches in the airing cupboard if they come to stay again. Many, many thanks Joe - you are a superstar!

I'm not one to leave reviews, but Joe and Dean deserve a few words to back up our fabulous experience using HeatCo. From the outset they were both friendly; from arranging the quote to responding to queries. Dean carried out the work - it was a long 5 day complete heating system installation. His attention to detail on the installation was exceptional - he carried out the work like it was his own home, tidying up after himself and ensuring the pipe runs and boiler fitting was neat and tidy. The heating was up and running first time after day 4. He unpicked the plumbing mess that we inherited and we now have a toasty home! We arranged a few quotes and visits from various heating engineers and in the end were very happy to have chosen HeatCo.
