I had a few central heating / radiator issues that needed sorting plus I was due a boiler service. When I contacted Heatco it was easy to arrange an appointment for just a few days time. Darren from Heatco sorted out all the problems I had and did the boiler service all in one fairly quick visit. I've used Heatco a few times before and I've always been pleased with the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I currently pay £25 a month for the service contract, which includes the annual boiler service and plumbing services. This offers excellent value and the customer care is first class. Jo and his team are responsive, professional and accessible. You can book appointments easily online and there is a fast turnaround. I have been a client for many years. No job is too small, which is just what you need, when something goes wrong. The team have also changed radiators at short notice. The business provides reassurance that you matter as a client and the work is always of a high standard. I like using a local business. I fully recommend HeatCo.

Darren and colleague arrived ahead of schedule, and in addition to carrying out a Boiler Service, also performed numerous tests to trace a minor Gas Leak revealed beforehand when a new Smart Meter had been installed by my energy company. Eventually the problem was resolved by capping supplies to a couple of unused gas appliances. Excellent detective work and prompt service at a very reasonable cost.

Heating stopped working and other Central Heating plumbers were unable to identify or fix the problem like Paul at Heatco immediately did. He was able to identify the locality of the flow blockage stopping hot water flowing around the GCH system, remove and flush the pipes to have the system up and running a few hours later....

I'm not one to leave reviews, but Joe and Dean deserve a few words to back up our fabulous experience using HeatCo. From the outset they were both friendly; from arranging the quote to responding to queries. Dean carried out the work - it was a long 5 day complete heating system installation. His attention to detail on the installation was exceptional - he carried out the work like it was his own home, tidying up after himself and ensuring the pipe runs and boiler fitting was neat and tidy. The heating was up and running first time after day 4. He unpicked the plumbing mess that we inherited and we now have a toasty home! We arranged a few quotes and visits from various heating engineers and in the end were very happy to have chosen HeatCo.

I submitted a review earlier but 'the value for money' section did not register correctly. I wanted to give 5 stars. Joe arrived bang on time and as always provided an extremely efficient and friendly service. This was the 5th year running I have used Heatco. They installed my Worcester boiler 5 years ago. The online booking service is so easy to use and appointment confirmed promptly.

HeatCo installed our boiler and recently we had our first year service. The booking system was easy to use and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We have had a couple of problems with the boiler caused by a plumber fitting our bathroom pipe work incorrectly. We called HeatCo and they resolved the problem, much to our relief!
