Absolutely brilliant - having had a leak from my old boiler whilst away on holiday, they came round the day I returned to look at it, advised me of what needed doing, provided the quote quickly and more importantly commenced work very quickly which involved a complete new boiler. They were professional, clean, tidy and efficient. I would strongly recommend them to anyone - very very professional.

First impressions were a professional friendly company and we immediately felt confident to instruct them. The work involved correcting unsatisfactory work carried out by another central heating company so we were very pleased to have found a company we could trust and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

At the recommendation of several neighbours I arranged for a boiler service with Heatco and was able to get a very quick appointment. Darren and his colleague arrived promptly, carried out the service without any fuss and were also able to sort out an iffy radiator valve at the same time. They reassured us that the boiler was in good order, even though we were not able to tell them how long it had been since it was serviced by the previous owners. This was all done for the very reasonable price of the service. I would definitely recommend them.

I am on a retainer with Heatco, providing an annual boiler service, on-call emergency plumbing, and basic general plumbing services - although they can provide a full service, including boiler changes, flushing, etc. On this occasion I had a partially blocked sink and a mal-functioning radiator, which were promptly fixed. The plumbers are pleasant, polite and helpful folk.

I searched Trusted Traders for a new local gas safe registered plumber after the previous local plumber I had used retired. All I can say is that my experience of HeatCo is absolutely in line with the many other positive reviews. My initial phone call and email to HeatCo was responded to very promptly. Booking online was convenient and easy, and Darren was punctual, courteous and explained the issues with, and proposed solutions to, the two different issues with my central heating very clearly. The issues were then fixed at a follow up appointment at my convenience. Invoice settlement can be done online and is also convenient and easy. I am really impressed with the way this company is run, and the work done by Darren. Going forwards, I am so pleased I know who to turn to for my future boiler servicing and other plumbing needs!

Heatco were recommended to me by a colleague at work, the job was to replace two taps whilst the pipework of one was embedded behind a kitchen unit. Joe and his colleague were highly professional and did an excellent job at an excellent price. Joes team are amazing! We needed an emergency boiler replacement which they sorted straight away. Hassle-free and reliable. Really friendly guys and do top-quality work! A previous plumber couldn’t fix what heatco managed to fix in a day! We also had some complications with pipes being blocked and HeatCo came back and spent the whole morning fixing - they didn’t charge us anything for this. Will never be going to anyone else in St Albans. The best there is 10/10 all around. Thank you HeatCo!!!!

The team at Heatco are always on time, polite, efficient and do a great job. I've had them install two boilers in two properties. They turned up on time, installed new boilers and checked the entire system to make sure it's working properly. I've had them do the annual service on these boilers ever since. HeatCo initially installed our Bosch GreenStar boiler 10 years ago in 2013 and their professionalism was such that we have had them back every year since to service it. Their charges are no more or less than other service engineers out there but it is because of the care they take while inside our home and their attention to detail while maintaining our heating system makes us continue to use them to service our boiler.

Had 5 new radiators fitted. House is very old and difficult to work in. Heatco did a wonderful job, and cleaned up very well after themselves. Very pleased.
