Darren and colleague arrived ahead of schedule, and in addition to carrying out a Boiler Service, also performed numerous tests to trace a minor Gas Leak revealed beforehand when a new Smart Meter had been installed by my energy company. Eventually the problem was resolved by capping supplies to a couple of unused gas appliances. Excellent detective work and prompt service at a very reasonable cost.

Excellent service from Shaun at HeatCo who fixed 2 plumbing issues. One was fitting a new plug to the the sink and the other was a new Geberit flush valve to the toilet. The work was easy to schedule with the online booking system and the appointment was kept on time. Work was performed efficiently and very professionally and ai would definitely recommend

I originally booked HeatCo to attend because the boiler had failed. However, after not working for 24 hours the boiler came back on of its own accord. I asked HeatCo to attend anyway to check that the boiler was safe to use. The engineer checked the boiler over and gave it a clean bill of health. They suggested that we consider changing the boiler since it is nearly thirty years old but there was no pressure to do so.

Shaun fixed a leak in my house really quickly and efficiently. First, he turns up on time, acts respectfully in my home towards me, my wife and my kids. He quickly assesses the problem and then clearly explains to me what he needs to do and then gets on and does it. Darren was excellent to deal with and responded quickly to communications. He tried to fix the problem twice before having to get a spare part. Several years ago I subscribed to the company's 'Heat Club' maintenance contract and it has served me very well. For example, a plumber attended to repair a leaking pipe in the kitchen very soon after it was reported. Heatco has done several jobs for me including fixing a knocking radiator and installing SMART radiator valves in every room. The annual maintenance visit is arranged at a time to suit me. All-in-all Heatco provide a much better service than the larger operators, but at a significantly lower price. I am pleased with the service provided and intend to renew my 'HeatClub' membership when it falls due.

I currently pay £25 a month for the service contract, which includes the annual boiler service and plumbing services. This offers excellent value and the customer care is first class. Jo and his team are responsive, professional and accessible. You can book appointments easily online and there is a fast turnaround. I have been a client for many years. No job is too small, which is just what you need, when something goes wrong. The team have also changed radiators at short notice. The business provides reassurance that you matter as a client and the work is always of a high standard. I like using a local business. I fully recommend HeatCo.

I used HeatCo for two properties annually, and they've never let me down. They've always turned up on or before schedule, and the work is always top quality (as are their prices!). Darren is a lovely man and does high quality work. I would highly recommend HeatCo, Joe and Darren - they're a great team and always happy to give me advice. I will leave you with one simple example - I had Darren servicing a boiler in the loft yesterday, and he as per usual spent plenty of time looking at it, cleaning it etc. What I didn't realise (until he'd left!) was that he also unclogged my bathroom sink! I did not ask him, he must have noticed it whilst using it to drain excess water, and just unblock it. Yes it's a small thing, but I think it demonstrates well that these guys actually care about their customers.

Was not expecting Heatco to service Gas Fires but was pleasantly surprised that they were able to do so quickly and efficiently. Both fires are looking clean and operating correctly.
