Darren from Heatco carried out the annual boiler service and issued the gas cert. It was easy to book the appointment and the work was nicely done at the agreed time.

During a major house extension/renovation, I decided to upgrade our gas central heating system from a vented to an unvented system. I approached HeatCo for a quote, as they had previously carried out my annual boiler servicing. The conversion was a relatively major task, involving two to three people for 3 days. I received a detailed quote, itemising all the tasks needed, including the stripping out of the old boiler plus the redundant tanks and pipework in the loft; the cost of the new boiler, pressurised tank and other anciliary parts; and neatly installing new pipework. I satisfied myself that the price was competitive. Joe and his team worked solidly to complete the work. They knew exactly what they were doing. After the three days, all the work itemised in the quote was completed to my satisfaction, and I had a new heating system running smoothly, with no issues whatsoever. In short, HeatCo is an experienced and thoroughly professional company, that you can trust to carry out even complex central heating projects within the time indicated, and without any issues.

I had a few central heating / radiator issues that needed sorting plus I was due a boiler service. When I contacted Heatco it was easy to arrange an appointment for just a few days time. Darren from Heatco sorted out all the problems I had and did the boiler service all in one fairly quick visit. I've used Heatco a few times before and I've always been pleased with the work. Darren of HeatCo was fantastic, we had a greed a time of 2.30pm, he was running early and called me to see if it was convenient to attend site sooner. He arrived at the new time. He was very professional, he was wearing HeatCo branded clothing and his Van which was HeatCo branded was clean and modern ( pleasure to have on the drive)... He got down to the servicing straight away and was completed within the time that he had suggested. He left the area clean and tidy and was gone. I received a follow up message and confirmed everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I've been a member of Heatco's Heat Club for several years. Joe, Darren and other team members are knowledgeable and responsive. The service provided is superior to the British Gas service contract I used to have. Recently, Heatco installed a 'Wunda' smart heating system for me. Despite never previously installing this manufacturer's system, the work was carried out efficiently. Everything worked perfectly from the outset and still does. Incidentally, if anyone's considering smart controls, I thoroughly recommend Wunda (a British company). Their system is intuitive and easy to use with greater flexibility than other providers such as Hive & Google Nest.

Joe and the team from Heat Co. Installed a new boiler and hot water tank for us. Removing and relocating both the boiler from the kitchen, and the hot water tank from the landing cupboard up into the loft. This was a complicated job which included running a new gas pipe to the loft, but the Heat Co. Team took it all in their stride. The install went smoothly, the team was extremely professional and tidy, and they went above and beyond what they had quoted to ensure we had hot water in the shotest time possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Darren Dudey was punctual,courteous and efficient. He communicated with me as necessary and was a pleasure to have at my property to undertake a gas boiler service. I would certainly recommend him to others and will be happy to have him undertake any required work in the future.

I had originally asked them to come out and check the pressure valve on my boiler, which turned out to be fine, just a bit stiff. While Darren was here he had a look at another - quick - job I needed doing (adjusting the positioning of some pipes), and he came back the next day and did it very well and efficiently.

Although the engineer was unable to arrive at the appointed time he kept us informed and provided an alternative time acceptable to both of us. He then arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and within reasonable cost and time

Quality service at a reasonable price. I was able to get an appointment to service my boiler and to investigate a radiator that had stopped working within a couple of days. Darren arrived on time, diagnosed the radiator problem quickly, and repaired there and then using spares from his van. The boiler was serviced efficiently, the certificate & invoice issued right away. A really good experience, would definitely use again.

I am blown away by the service provided by Heatco. I was able to go onto their website and book an appointment online. Darren came at the allotted time and I had received my gas certificate by the time he had left. No chasing! It's a revelation!
