Dave replaced a cold water tank in my loft. He provides an honest and friendly service and I will certainly be using him again for future work. Very grateful for the advice he gave on an upcoming bathroom project.

In December Dave responded to our call for help to provide temporary repair to our toilet which was leaking. At our request he returned in February to replace the toilet pan. His response to our request was prompt and a date agreed. The job was carried out to a very high standard. Dave is competent, honest and a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly use him again should the occasion arise.

HeatELEC were recommended to us by a good friend. Seamless, quick, friendly and professional work from Dave and Calum from quoting to fixing. We had various electrical works that needed doing - fixing new outdoor lights, replacing bedroom lights to LEDs, fixing outdoor cables, replacing kitchen coloured LED strip lights and fixing faulty sockets. All these done on a stormy wet day with good humour and efficiency. Cleared up beautifully afterwards too. Absolute stars and highly recommended.

Dave carried out the work efficiently and professionally in the given timeframe. We needed a local emergency plumber and Dave of HeatELEC immediately responded to our telephone call and quickly visited to assess the problem. Our toilet cistern was malfunctioning and sometimes overflowing during the night. Dave provided a quotation and was able to fit a new syphon, float valve and bush button during the following week. The HeatELEC team wore covid masks, were polite and respected our home.

Dave did a great job fixing a leak for me recently. Firstly, he attended as soon as he could. He was punctual and extremely professional but what I loved the most is that he took his time to explain everything and also asked for approval from us before cutting through any wall. Extremely efficient team and the pricing is very reasonable.

HeatELEC attended and fitted new light in record time. David acquired the light for me the same day and took time to explain how to use it. He was business like and friendly. I am very happy with the work and will have no hesitation in contacting this company again.

The work carried out was installing storage heaters and replacing a faulty main switch. The work was carried out efficiently on the day agreed and to the agreed schedule and budget. What I found impressive was that when a fault arose, Dave was quick to rectify the fault. He was also efficient, reliable and arrived on time. It's difficult to get reliable workpeople and it has been such a pleasure to find someone I will definitely call upon again should any other problems arise with my plumbing or electrics. I will also be very happy to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician or plumber.

After our shower broke we called HeatElec who were quick to come out, diagnose the issue, source the parts required and fit them in a timely manner. We were kept updated throughout the process and were really happy with the work done. Can’t praise HeatElec highly enough.

Dave arrived promptly to install an outside camera with lights. He had done some work previously for me so felt I could trust him to do this. We had agreed the type of camera at a previous visit and he arrived with the correct camera. He worked continuously and checked that the camera was working and downloaded onto my phone before he left. The price quoted was reasonable. He left the house clean and tidy and I know I can contact him if I have any problems. I will be contacting Dave again should I need any other electrical work carried out.

Dave was very helpful and contacted us very quickly to try and resolve the issue via a video call. Unfortunately that didn't work so he came in person a few days later. He was friendly and professional and sorted the problem for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

Today was Dave's third visit during some extended building and decorating works I’m having done. During the three visits Dave has wired in new sockets, lights in a suspended ceiling, removed and replaced a heated towel rail (after tiling), installed two new radiators, and today wired in the final bedside power point now that the chimney breast has finally been removed. I’m very pleased with the work done by Dave. Being able to do both plumbing and electrics to a high standard is very helpful. His costs are competitive. He is helpful, a pleasant character, flexible and did his best to fit in with my schedule. I would recommend his services unreservedly. At very short notice Dave managed to get over to me to sort out a Central Heating pipe I had foolishly (rookie mistake I feel very embarrassed about) put a screw through. He advised me over the phone, and I was quickly able to stop the flood, which gave him time to finish off what he was doing and get over to me. His charge for this emergency rescue was very reasonable, and the work done was excellent. Great service. Recommend him unreservedly.

David fixed an old Chaffoteaux wall heater for me when many would have walked away. He really went the extra mile to source the necessary part and carried out the job quickly and efficiently, and successfully.

Can’t fault Dave at all, amazing quality work, clean, tidy, honest and punctual, really great guy who knows what he’s talking about! Took a lot of care doing the work for us and the results are perfect. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

David replaced my Gas combi boiler with an Electric combi boiler, he kept me up to date with what was going on during the work, made sure water and heating systems were working correctly, tidied up after he had finished the work. David did a very good job and I would have no problem recommend him to other people.

I hired HeatElec to help us plan a new LPG boiler and various upgrades. From the first enquiry call, David and his team were extremely professional, courteous and kept me up to date from quotes (good value for hiring a spot-on company) to booking in the installation date. Come installation , again, very professional, on time, kept the area clean etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend HeatElec and will not hesitate to use them again for some more work we have planned. Dave and his team carried out a bathroom renovation, really happy with the final result and quality of work. We were recommended to this company by our next door neighbours as they had used them. We found them to be very efficient and professional at all times. They always turned up when they said they would and were very helpful with any queries when I phoned. We had a new boiler fitted along with valves to all our radiators, a pump and a few other things. We had three people here for the whole day as there was so much to do and it wasn't straightforward as our system is very old and they kept meeting problems. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very cheerful despite the problems they encountered and just got on with the job in hand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This trader has recently made repairs to my toilet, replaced two lots of taps and resolved a leak in the system which had been causing annoyance for some months. He was punctual, easy to contact and efficient. I would be happy to recommend him.
