Heating Scotland have been making central heating affordable and efficient for over 15 years now.
We install and maintain domestic and commercial gas boilers and also electric boilers.
We are a small company based in East Lothian, covering Edinburgh and the Lothians. We provide a level of customer service seldom seen in many of the larger companies.
We are an independent heating installer that thrives on word of mouth by putting the customer first. We take a real pride in every job we do and we only ever install reliable equipment in your home.
We are accredited installers for all of the main gas and electric boiler manufacturers including Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Viessmann, Vokera, Trianco, OSO, Heatrae Sadia and EHC. What this means to the customer is the added benefit of a minimum 5 year warranty on any system installed by us.
Unlike other companies, everything we install is covered for a minimum of 5 years, not just the boiler. We can warranties of up to 10 years on most boilers we fit

Our annual boiler inspection was arranged with Shirley, and carried out in the usual professional manner by Steve without problem. We have been using Heating Scotland for 5 years since getting our boiler replaced and have nothing but praise for their excellent work and customer service. We would recommend them to anyone.

Dealing with Shirley from a distance, was a pleasure. Shirley reassured me and assisted both my daughter and I so that a convenient time was set aside to attend to our system. Their Heating Engineer arrived promptly and after his assessment, he explained in detail, what needed to be done. Our system was attended to and shortly thereafter, Shirley sent through a quotation for additional work requested. We can highly recommend Heating Scotland!

I’ve used Heating Scotland since I moved to my new build 8 years ago. Steve has been superb, coming out when I have twice had a problem and servicing regularly at a reasonable cost. Always cheerful, polite and trustworthy. His “back shop” help, Shirley, has been equally helpful when I needed advice and an appointment. The invoicing has been clear and reasonable. What more can I say, a fantastic service from a lovely couple.

Heating Scotland have been our preferred company for over 10 years. They installed two boilers into our home and have serviced our systems and sorted any minor issues since. They are completely professional, excellent at time keeping, friendly, tidy up when they finish. Also jobs are quoted and finished with no nasty surprises. Great value for money and totally trustworthy I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Was told to a wee holiday and the job would be done in 4 days. which it was. Excellent communication as they found lead pipe under bath. Said it would damage cladding. came back and hardly noticed very minor damage-bit of paint did the job. Very good service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Job was power flushing a wet heating system and fixing electric boiler. Excellent service, arrived exactly on time (which I really needed), took the time to listen to my summary of the problems, fixed heating, great result. Polite, professional and trustworthy. I am a chartered civil engineer with over 40 years experience both in the construction industry and lecturing to post graduate engineers. Heating Scotland replaced my existing conventional boiler with a combi. I found them to be completely professional in their approach to the contract from the initial estimate, which was very competitive, to the completion of the work which was of a high standard. I should also mention that the operatives were very friendly, helpful, careful, tidy and anxious to complete the work to a high standard. Most impressive!

I was having problems with my water not being hot all the time so I called Shirley who sent her engineer Stephen to site. It took him about 5 minutes to suss out that it was user idiocy that was to blame and he fixed my problem and showed me what the issue was [without making me look like the idiot I clearly had been]. Now, I am not versed in heating systems so he could have told me anything and charged me whatever he wanted and I would have been none the wiser but he is clearly an honest man working for an honest Company and that's worth its weight in gold. I have since had a service on the system and again there was no messing about just a job well done and as before, at a reasonable and fair price. I would have absolutely no issue with recommending Heating Scotland Ltd to anyone who might be in need of their services.
