I shopped around quite a bit but went with Heatsafe Heating, as from the initial visit it felt right, lots of information and a real plan, meaning that we were not without hot water or heating in the evenings. We have a new Worcester boiler and six radiators installed, as our old boiler failed last winter and we did not want the trauma this year again. Heatsafe were excellent, very quick and efficient, clean and tidy, very well mannered and polite. The job could not have went any smoother and we now have a good, dependable heating system. I would not hesitate to recommend Heatsafe, well done to you all.

Dogie and the lads were here on Friday straight away all floor coverings protected. The team were there to change out my boiler what can I say first class 7 hours later I had a new boiler and you wouldn't even know they had been in the house. This is the mark of true tradesmen who no doubt are proud of what they do. I would recommend Heatsafe to anyone in the central region without a doubt

I chose Heatsafe because they're a Which? Trusted Trader and what an amazing service from the engineers who swapped our old condemned boiler for a new Combi Boiler. It was really quick, and they left my house neat and tidy and with a full run-through of the new boiler and controls. Such a professional and friendly service, and even from the beginning when deciding on the boiler type and finding one that suited our budget, I just felt that they were on my side and did not push a sale. Communication by phone and email was great, which gave me confidence that they were a well-run company. Great service and will continue to use it for our annual maintenance.

Great Company ! I did an online quote for a new boiler as we needed to replace before the sale of our property and I received a call the next day. Graeme came out and gave me a quote which was less than online due to me not knowing what was required therefore the price was a little less. Took 1 day to install, very clean and respected our property. All completed in time. Will be returning for a new boiler for our new property in a few weeks .

This was my first time using Heatsafe Heating and I am very pleased with the job which they carried out - fitting a new radiator in my ensuite bathroom. Commissioned Heatsafe to do some central heating work for me, including re-routing underfloor pipework as well as sourcing and fitting a new double pane vertical radiator. From first contact to original inspection visit to assess the extent of work and provide a quote, to carrying out the actual work, our experience was nothing short of first-class. Dougie and Brendan were a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job, especially given our house is an old renovated Victorian house, first built in the late 18th century. Also, special mention to Siobhan in the office who scoured everywhere to locate the unique size of radiator required and managed to also bring the job date forward by 2 weeks to fit in with the new carpet fitting date. All in all, great service and would highly recommend to others.

Very pleased with this work. Estimates provided promptly. Very responsive to queries. Work took 2 days to replace some radiators, replace the boiler and flush the system. The guys who did the work were excellent- just got on quietly. They covered the floors and carpets throughout. Also tidied up brilliantly. Would thoroughly recommend Heatsafe.
