Heatsafe heating installed my boiler during covid and have serviced it annually since then They provide a professional no fuss service, can’t fault them.

They were very good from the start, from coming to look at the job, through to answering queries, doing the installation & clearing everything when finished. The actual installation was fast & efficient. Very happy to recommend!

It took 7 days from initial contact, inspection, survey, booking job then installation, follow up and commissioning of our new system. Optional extras were explained, benefits vs costs and we were delighted with the extra mile Graeme went to get us informed and up and running. We are completely satisfied with our choice. 7th time using Heatsafe for our annual gas service. Like every other time, the service was prompt and efficient with simple reminders to arrange in the month leading up to the service. Graeme is always professional and friendly when carrying out the gas service and very happy to answer any questions I have. They always come across as genuine and patient. Heatsafe also re-situated our boiler a few years ago while replacing a radiator too. As with the gas service, they really could not have made the process easier nor quicker, and were happy to explain what was happening & why. Since using Heatsafe we've had no problems with our heating or water and feel assured that everything is being monitored & maintained well. Heatsafe have also always been upfront with costs and have always billed correctly for the agreed amount.

Our replacement unvented hot water cylinder job went smoothly, and the Heatsafe team was pleasant to have around, and impressively tidy! We've used Heatwave three times now, having found them on your site through our Which members. They replaced the boiler at our house, at my parents flat and at my sisters flat. Very professional to deal with. Our boiler has been in about 18 months now with no issues. My folks were done a few months ago, again no problems. And my sister last week.
