It was very easy to book an engineer over the phone, the Lady who took my call was friendly but efficient. Ollie attended to fix our boiler, identified the issue immediately (pump was stuck) and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the job he did. Friendly and professional, he took the stress out of the situation. C J Plumbing have a very satisfied new customer and I will use their services again.

I've used CJ Plumbing & Heating a few times and they have always been easy to deal with and reliable. On this occasion their engineer arrived promptly, carried out the boiler service, removed my radiator as required and also sorted a "while you're here..." leak on my toilet cistern. I needed to join some online meetings during this time and the CJPH engineer was friendly, patient and courteous.

I have used this traders plumbing service for a number of years now and found them to be excellent. They provide a good professional service. They quickly respond to emergencies and their staff are a credit to the company, always helpful and reliable. Any problems or concerns are dealt with quickly and within budget. They now provide staff who can deal with electrical problems to the same high standard.

Work carried out efficiently. Was not straightforward because an old gas boiler had to be removed and modifications made to the gas supply. Explained what was happening and completed in time. No complaints.

From our first inquiry to the final vacuum, I can fully recommend CJ Plumbing and Heating with confidence. The engineer was amazing and we are extremely pleased with his work! He had a lovely manner, his work was professionally carried out and he left the area spotless, also can’t thank him enough for sorting out the waste problem without involving a builder saving us three hundred pounds. From start to finish we felt in safe hands, we were very undecided about replacing our clapped out boiler but after a site visit everything was explained to us fully, we were kept up to date via emails and phone calls, we felt no pressure to proceed but it was obvious the boiler needed replacing and CJ Plumbing couldn't have been kinder. We made our first enquiry at the beginning of July and the boiler was fitted within three weeks, brilliant.

CJ Plumbing and Heating did a full bathroom and shower installation in a small bathroom, which included stripping out all the decor and flooring and coordinating with tilers and flooring contractors to complete the job. They did an excellent job, including their recommendations for tilers and flooring contractors and coordinating with them to make the whole job go quickly and smoothly. Aside from the outstanding work quality, they are also very polite, very punctual and very tidy. Their office staff are also really important to making the whole experience a very easy one. All round excellence. Really couldn’t be happier.

We had our oil boiler serviced on 11/4/2022. From booking the service to having the completed report explained to us at the end of the technician's visit, our experience was seamless. The service was carried out within a few days of initial request. Time keeping was prompt and the technician experienced and knowledgeable in the workings of our fairly old boiler. He explained and showed us report's findings in language we could understand. An excellent service, we will definitely be using them again.

Everybody went above and beyond what could have been expected to get my elderly mothers heating back after her boiler broke down and needed replacing. Communication was excellent.

New to the area, I found CJ plumbing via Which Trusted Traders; we expect a certain level on service and they excelled. From the point I contacted Ash for an initial quotation, through to planning, support, and the build, there was a strong focus on keeping us informed and engaged on each key decision. The engineers, Wayne, Drew, plus 2 apprentices gave an impression of really enjoying their work and taking pride in it. This is clearly seen in the final outcome which borders on OCD when it came to aligning any pipes on view. (Very old house). A little more about the job. Grade II listed, twisted, uneven, long farmhouse dating back to 1400 with plenty of little surprises for the team. There is also an annexe. 2 jobs completed: • Farmhouse - Decommission legacy oil burner, remove 2 immersion heaters and 2 loft water tanks. Replaced with an energy efficient heat only oil boiler system for heating and hot water plus a hot water tank. Having spent one cold winter here with such a dysfunctional set up, the difference is transformational as we move into autumn. Dare I say I am looking forward to it getting really cold outside! • Removal of old gas boiler; replaced with an external energy efficient combi oil boiler in the annex. We work here, again, last winter was incredibly cold and I couldn’t imagine not having a functioning central heating system now! I will use them again, a great find.

Upon having the experience of a damaged cistern with considerable leakage I was absolutely delighted to find a company with exceptional customer assistance in the situation. From start to finish the job was carried out to a very satisfactory conclusion. The operator who initially took my call was so helpful to me, which gave me absolute confidence, a factor that some establishments seem to overlook! I will recommend them without hesitation. Boiler replacement and related work (replace radiator, expansion vessel, heat pump & install Hive controls). Ashley’s team stands out from the rest by understanding the customer perspective and maintaining a high standard of work. From the time I contacted Ashley by e-mail, he responded to all my queries almost within 24hrs even when he was off from work, which I consider as good customer engagement & his company’s commitment to great service. Following initial survey visit by Ashley, a mutually convenient date was set for the work. The engineer Wayne & his apprentice turned up promptly at 8am as agreed & worked almost non-stop till they finished the work by evening. Wayne was diligent, courteous worker & effectively circumvented all the issues cropped up during the course while still paying attention to details, tidied & cleaned up. He came back next day with his apprentice when I asked to fix a related plumbing work. Many thanks for the entire team which seems to be well co-ordinated as reflected in their ethical workmanship. We felt assured that our priorities were genuinely listened to and they clarified all queries. Ashley reinforced the fact that they will strive to rectify any problems encountered in future as quickly and effectively as possible. We are very pleased with the work which was undertaken at a competitive cost. We would gladly recommend them & I will use their service in future.

From first phone call excellent service. Ash’s quote for a new boiler and replacement radiators was very competitive and installation arranged to be done very quickly. The work was carried out to a high standard and we had a new boiler up and running in a day. Richard did an excellent job and was very tidy and we would definitely use them again and recommend them. We had gone through half a dozen or so other plumbers who let us down, we wish we had tried CJ Plumbing first.

I received some good advice on the type of boiler I would require and was offered a number of models at different prices. The quote was reasonable and the work was carried out professionally. The staff were friendly and helpful. The boiler was installed with the minimum of disruption and the crew were very tidy. I was pleased with the work and product. Work was a little chaotic with 2 engineers and 2 apprentices, they were all polite and friendly even though tired as job over ran into the evening. A mistake happened when refilling central heating system leading to a flood of a bathroom and room below. Trader could not have been less helpful, obstructive or dismissive when dealing with the fallout from this.
