Following good experience with existing boiler service and repair, HeatXpert were contracted to supply a fit a combi boiler, removing the existing boiler & hot water tank and using the vacated space to locate the new appliance. The survey and quote process was painless, with a fast response and options provided. The works were started within 2 weeks and carried out over 2 days. The 2-man team were friendly and communicative and made sure to clean up at each stage of the job. Very pleased with the results and looking forward to years of efficient heating and hot water. Appliance guarantee and service schedule was set up automatically.

HeatXpert visited property for full inspection and explained recommendation and options and answered any questions. As boiler was out of service they performed work as soon as possible. The work was performed within 6 hours installing new boiler, full system flush, new pipe work through wall and Hive install. The installers were friendly and helpful. All in all a very good job. We are very satisfied. Cost includes first 3 years boiler service and works cover which is very convenient.

The quote I received was competitive but not much different to another quote I had. I chose this quote partly because it included 3 years boiler service and the other quote was for one year boiler service. Two chaps installed the like for like replacement boiler, drained and flushed the system, fitted a new circulation pump and attached a magnetic filter. Both the professionals worked hard and finished the job by 3pm. An efficient operation with knowledgeable helpful gas fitters. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Really pleased with the service I received from Sandwell Heating & Plumbing. The suggestions for a new boiler were just right and Tom and Dexter completed the very tricky installation in good time. They cleaned as they went along. The cost was as per the very reasonable quote. Very happy with the boiler and would recommend this company in the future.

Very happy with Sandwell Plumbing. Did the requisite work for a new kitchen with new / relocated appliances and a large sink with a complicated faucet. Sandwell kept the appointments, arrived on time, did excellent work, and left the space tidy. He also fixed a leaking radiator (damaged by the carpet installer!) and replaced an old fitting. He was most generous with his time, providing advice on details and ensuring that the key points were accessible. I've used Sandwell before, and this time they again did an outstanding, highly professional job for a very fair price. Overall a great experience !
