HeatXpert replaced my old boiler with a new Viessmann system boiler and unvented cylinder, and the whole experience was excellent. Their quote was very competitive, and the value became even clearer once I saw the quality of the work. Tom was efficient and responsive in arranging the quote and booking the installation. Ben did the plumbing and was first-class: polite, tidy, knowledgeable, and genuinely careful with every detail. He explained everything as he went, and at the end of each day he made sure the gas and water were restored and the system was safe before leaving. They also identified that the outdoor pressure release pipe from my old boiler had been installed unsafely, and fixed it free of charge. That kind of honesty and goodwill is rare. A delay with the outdoor weather sensor was handled openly, with regular updates and a prompt follow-up visit to complete the job. A pleasure to work with. Thank you to Tom, Ben, and the team. HeatXpert fitted our new boiler earlier in the year and came back recently to follow up. On both occasions Tom and his team were prompt, professional and did a great job. Plenty of hot water, reliable heating and our new boiler is more economical than the old one. All at a very affordable price.

Replaced our old boiler and serviced our central heating set up (17 rads and 1 large underfloor heating area) including a chemical power flush with magna-clean spent most of the day ensuring a professional job. Tom and Ben were very tidy, courteous and professional.

A new boiler was installed on 25/04/26 in a most professional manner. I have subsequently had a problem with a small leak which was rectified by Tom, again promptly and professionally.

The two young men, Tom and Ben did a superb job, very professional in every respect. When they ran into a problem which was electrical and inherited they were able to solve it. On completion they explained everything that I needed to know about my new boiler. They arrived on time and cleaned up perfectly before leaving. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Contacted HeatXPert by email on Tuesday evening giving description of problem and attempts to resolve ourselves. Tom visited the next day in the late afternoon and discovered the issue being a faulty two way valve that was preventing hot water flowing to the tank. This was a part fitted at the beginning of the year after previous part failed after several years.The replaced part was still under warranty. Tom advised that he had experienced this part failing for other customers and advised to replace under the warranty, with the work planned for next week. Quick response and very friendly and open and honest service put us at ease and know we are being looked after.

We highly Recommend HeatXpert. Needed old boiler replacing & Husband came across them on Facebook. Saw very good reviews, got an online quote, which was very competitively priced. Tom visited within days to complete a boiler survey & produce the final quote, he was very knowledgeable & informative. Ben & his colleague completed the boiler installation, along with radiators. Installation of new boiler started on time, and generally went well. Some issues experienced at the final stages were well dealt with. Impressed with the knowledge of engineers and tenacity to resolve the unforeseen problems.

I would like to say I opted to use Heat expert after meeting Tom for a consultation on a complete upgrade to our heating system. I found his approach both knowledgeable and professional and was instantly impressed with how he explained exactly what would be required and how they would approach the job. The property I am in is awkward to work on due to restricted access in the loft, but the team removed a 20 year old boiler along with all the tanks and pipework, and replaced it with a new combi boiler and hive system. The work carried out was exceptional and tidy and covered all aspects, and carried out all the required tests and training on the new system not leaving until they were sure it was fully operational. I felt confident the minute they turned up and cannot recommend them enough.

The boiler was replaced in October 25 but a leak was found in one of the pipes a pinhole was found . I called the HestExpert and the appointment was made to visit same day and was confirmed and was attended as promised. The was carried out with care and satisfactory service. The repaired was insulated well. A satisfactory solution

This was the second annual boiler service , HeatXpert having installed it December 2023 following a month of Baxi failing to repair our existing boiler having several unsuccessful attempts and eventually condemning it . Having had such poor service from Baxi I contacted HeatXpert and when I told Tom the difficult situation we were in he visited that afternoon and did a thoroughly professional inspection and gave me a quote for the job and did an equally thorough job installing the new boiler and improved our system and now services it . The difference between HeatXpert and Baxi is amazing .In my experience HeatXpert are a company that prides itself on providing an excellent service to their customers which in todays world is pretty unusual.

From the moment Tom came through the door until our boiler was installed, the communication, service and workmanship was fantastic. I got four quotes for my boiler and Tom was head and shoulders above the others. The guy who did the majority of the installation was polite and friendly. I can highly recommend them.

The Engineer arrived at the prescribed time, carried out a full service of the c/h and h/w Boiler. The Engineer was friendly, polite and very professional, the Service and Repair was carried out to our complete satisfaction. Joe was great took great care when installing the new boiler kept me informed throughout the work tidied up after all the work was done .. flushed the system tested the new boiler and pump also changed the overflow valve without being asked was very pleased with all the work .. price was superb .. well recommand using heatXpert if you require a new boiler .. service is great and after care emails are prompt ..
