Central heating boiler sprung a leak on Sunday, called Tom at HeatExpert, team scheduled for 8.00am Monday. They arrived on time and carried out a full inspection. Found a seal on the boiler had broken, called the manf. Vaillant who sent an Eng. around immediately and replaced a warrenty part and retested all good. Overall a job well done to a high standard. Thankyou.

Needed a new boiler and flue fitted. Tom (HeatXpert) and his team took care of everything, not only am I really pleased with my new Vaillant boiler but fitting a 4-5 metre length (approx.) flue inside existing boxing with inspection hatches is really good work. We had the recent unfortunate experience of a national company coming out to service my boiler and condemning it and leaving us without heat or hot water as the weather was turning cold. I had them do a quote, which turned out to be 30% more expensive than anybody else. I found Heatxpert online and they came straight out and quoted, explained exactly what was involved and got us booked in two days later, the engineer turned up dead on time, laid down protective sheets in all areas that they had to work in, did the job swiftly, and had us back up with a new boiler in 8 hours, plus they replaced a couple of radiators for us at the same time. They took their time in cleaning up afterwards, and I can't praise them enough of how professional they were. They were great on price as well, I would highly recommend them if you need any heating work carried out.

All my dealings with HeatXpert from start to finish were efficient, polite, and professional. The owner came out promptly for a site visit, gave me a written quote (via email) before leaving, and, once I had accepted the quote, was able to book me in for the installation within a few days. The communication throughout was excellent. On the day of installation, the technician showed up on time, put down dust sheets to protect carpets, worktops, etc, and got on with the job promptly. He was also polite and efficient, giving me at the end a good explanation of the boiler controls and operation. I am very pleased with my interaction with HeatXpert and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others or, indeed, use them again myself. Many thanks to Tom (owner) and Alex (technician).

Following good experience with existing boiler service and repair, HeatXpert were contracted to supply a fit a combi boiler, removing the existing boiler & hot water tank and using the vacated space to locate the new appliance. The survey and quote process was painless, with a fast response and options provided. The works were started within 2 weeks and carried out over 2 days. The 2-man team were friendly and communicative and made sure to clean up at each stage of the job. Very pleased with the results and looking forward to years of efficient heating and hot water. Appliance guarantee and service schedule was set up automatically.

HeatXpert visited property for full inspection and explained recommendation and options and answered any questions. As boiler was out of service they performed work as soon as possible. The work was performed within 6 hours installing new boiler, full system flush, new pipe work through wall and Hive install. The installers were friendly and helpful. All in all a very good job. We are very satisfied. Cost includes first 3 years boiler service and works cover which is very convenient.

The quote I received was competitive but not much different to another quote I had. I chose this quote partly because it included 3 years boiler service and the other quote was for one year boiler service. Two chaps installed the like for like replacement boiler, drained and flushed the system, fitted a new circulation pump and attached a magnetic filter. Both the professionals worked hard and finished the job by 3pm. An efficient operation with knowledgeable helpful gas fitters. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
