Heelas came to replace The Boiler. They dismantled and disposed of the existing boiler, cleanly and efficiently. They then installed, tested and delivered a working boiler. It was achieved to schedule and budget, we were delighted about this. Heelas stood out because of their efficiency, cleanliness and obvious knowledge. They kept us up to date of progress and even when there was a small hitch was able to reassure that everything would be fine, which it was. We would have no hesitation in recommending Heelas in the future. We are also delighted they will be servicing our boiler going forward! Well done to everybody involved.

We can thoroughly recommend Dan Heelas and his team. We needed to have a water softener installed, and approached Dan as he was so highly rated as a Which? Trusted Trader. We have not been disappointed! From the word go, communication has been excellent and Dan himself visited us first to find out exactly what we wanted/needed. He is obviously an expert at what he does, but explained everything very clearly so that we were absolutely sure about every aspect of the process. This continued subsequently when his colleague Richard came to carry out the installation; he was extremely informative, courteous and easy to have around. The whole experience was enhanced by communications with Nicola, who is also extremely pleasant and efficient, and was very helpful when we needed to change the date of an appointment - what a dream team!

Two of Heelas' team fitted a new boiler and upgraded the radiator valves. The whole job was professionally carried out, from the initial inspection through to completing the task. We are very pleased with the result.

Chris from Heelas heating fitted a new boiler, kitchen hob and new gas bottle container complete with new pipework, regulator and hoses in our Park home at Radley. Excellent job, clean, tidy and finished on time.

Started using Heelas in Spring 2017 after a recommendation from a friend. What impressed me was the professional approach. I own my own home and manage a number of properties and had been let down by numerous 'plumbers' who were late if they turned up at all. Our family home was without hot water and heating. An engineer arrived (on time, a good start) and the problem was diagnosed. Within the hour all was back to normal. After this I had no hesitation in calling Dan to design a new heating system for a house refurb. He came up with solutions and a new system was installed, tested and working before tenants were placed. Recommended these guys to my brother who manages property across Oxfordshire.

I recommend Heelas completely. They recently completed some problem diagnosis and the installation of a new boiler and water softener in our home. Throughout the whole process the advice, responsiveness and customer service was excellent. Richard our installer went to great lengths to ensure that we were happy with the installation and decisions at all stages. He expended a lot of effort to ensure a neat quality job. Found company to be very professional and competitive in replacing existing gas boiler. Charlie and Luca carried out installation work very neatly and in a timely manner. They gave a lot of attention to detail, took pride in their work and ensured that the boiler was installed to our satisfaction. Dan and his team gave us a first class service from start to finish.

Dan and his team completed the work to a very high standard. We found Chris to be very thorough in his inspection of what needed to be done. We had a boiler replacement and two new radiators fitted this was done to a very high standard by friendly ( very dog friendly too! ) and proficient staff. They kept us informed of every phase of the work and explained fully any problems that might be encountered of which there were one or two which were resolved satisfactorily. Work was started and finished on time and budget as per the quote . The team all worked very well together , they were very tidy even to the point of clearing up outside. Overall we were really pleased with their high standard of work and we have already recommended this firm to others.

The 13 year old boiler in our educational arts establishment terminally failed on Friday 24th January, a detailed quote for a new one and installation was issued swiftly and was within our budget for the quality of the boiler, it was fitted after the weekend over two days & completed on January 28th. Heelas Heating & Renewables supplied us with electric heaters and their engineers were sensitive to our requirements, working around staff & students allowing us to operate as usual and thus not lose any revenue through cancellation of classes. The boiler was neatly installed and the surrounding area left tidy, the work was completed for the amount quoted with no hidden extras, the engineer took the time to clearly explain the operation of the new boiler & thermostat.

Heelas Heating and Renewables is a company from whom I have had good service over the last few years. I have had a new boiler fitted (Worcester Bosch) which they service regularly, a water softener and most recently a Bosch air conditioning unit. This was completed before the last mini heatwave so I was able to benefit from a lovely cool room. I have always found the team helpful, courteous and respectful of my property. They respond promptly whenever I have any queries and would have no hesitation in recommending Heelas.

I contacted Heelas in mid-January, having previously used them for our annual boiler service. As always they were prompt in getting back to me and arranging a time to look at our faulty boiler. When it transpired we needed to have a new boiler installed, they were great in getting this arranged for us as soon as possible. We literally had the boiler installed the next day. They came in early in the morning, were very respectful of our social distancing wishes, worked tirelessly and had our boiler installed the same day. To be honest I can't fault them and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who would like to hire a reliable and competent company. Their admin team is lovely too and always super helpful. The underfloor heating needed servicing and the hot water circuit to towel radiators need more control. Dan identified the problematic issues quickly and suggested a suitable remedy. Richard attended the property to carry out the work. He was very thorough and efficient, and highly competent. All work was completed in a timely way and the team were very professional.

Heelas Renewables did an excellent job for us. Dan Heelas visited us to carry out a survey of our heating and offered solutions. Communication throughout was excellent and a quote with suggested extras followed very soon. They carried out the work a short while later. The engineer, Richard, who completed the job was fantastic. He was very friendly, cooperative and thoughtful and spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing and making sure we were happy with everything. He was very well organised and tidy. The electricians who attended to complete that side of the job were great too. Altogether a thoroughly satisfactory experience and we are delighted with the outcome.

As part of an upcoming kitchen revamp we decided to replace an old Potterton gas boiler. Heelas was recommended as an approved local installer by Worcester Bosch as their products had been suggested as best for our needs. I had a couple of scoping on site meetings with Dan Heelas and felt reassured that he and his team would do a good job based on their expertise. While not the cheapest plumbing company out there, I feel I have had excellent value for money. The installation itself was flawless. Thank you to Chris, Andrew and Luca for this. The follow up from the Heelas team in terms of getting the new boiler registered for warranty and booking for the required annual service has been a seamless experience. Heelas comes across as a tight, well run organisation from Dan across the whole team and I will use them hereon for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend the company to anybody in the wider Oxford area as a quality plumber.

Heelas supplied and installed a new boiler + with split zone heating for us in the cold and busy run-up to Christmas. Pre-installation advice was expert. Work started on time, took a few days, the results are excellent. Everyone involved was impressive, polite, efficient and worked hard. Special thanks to Chris who was here throughout. Heelas removed an old boiler and installed a replacement which had to go in a separate difficult place in the house requiring re-routing of pipes and cables. Because of the complexity of the job it took nearly a week to complete. The work was done with great skill and professionalism. Excellent contractor.

Excellent professional job as always, Dan plumbed in a new tiger loop for my new Bunded oil tank and installed a new Burner for my low bake oven, this was carried out in an efficient way with the least amount of disruption to my business,well done Dan and the Heelas Heating team.

When our combi boiler broke leaving us with no heating or hot water, Dan managed to fit us in the next day. He came round first thing in the morning and diagnosed the broken circuit board. He came back at 11am having collected the part, and soon had the boiler up and running. All in all an excellent and friendly service.

From the start Dan was very professional when doing the survey of our CH system prior to installing a new boiler. He recognized shortcomings in the original install that needed correcting and quoted (rightly) accordingly. It is fair to say Heelas wasn't the lowest quote I obtained but due to their professional manner I was happy to go with them, and how right my decision proved. The install went to plan, despite a very dirty CH system, and the Heelas team of engineers all proved to be thoughtful, friendly and very obviously skilled in their trade.
