Having installed our new gas combi boiler in June 2023, Stuart carried out its first service. The appointment was easy to arrange and Stuart arrived punctually. He did the job with a minimum of fuss and reported no issues. This reflects well on the work he did a year ago with which we have been very satisfied.

Stuart fitted our new boiler about 3 years ago and serviced annually. We’ve had no issues with his work. He arrives on time and his communication is great.

Stuart was recommended to us. He was very honest about his availability, kept in touch when he said he would, and provided a sensible quote for the work. His communication was exceptional; he patiently answered all our questions and helped to guide us in selecting the correct boiler for our property and our needs. The installation date he gave us was kept to. Stuart turned up as expected, worked extremely hard over the course of the days he was here, to replace our cold conventional boiler with a combi boiler, hive controller, thermostatic valves on our radiators and some new pipework remove the old header tanks in the loft, the hot water cylinder, fit a new towel rail, etc. The work areas were kept as clean as possible. Work was finished to time and to a high standard. Boiler/heating controls were explained before he left, paperwork completed together with what certificates we should expect via post. In summary we have been extremely pleased with Stuart’s work and would highly recommend him to others.

Stuart does an excellent job from initial installation, through annual maintenance to daily performance. He is a friendly guy who works tidily and thoroughly, though he was unable to identify and deal with one or two minor issues probably in the system rather than the boiler itself

Stuart serviced our Worcester Bosch boiler last year and warned us that it would need to be replaced, sooner or later. This happened in January, Stuart gave us good advice on how to improve the system and tendered a quotation. The work was carried out yesterday completely to our satisfaction. Because the work was finished four hours earlier than anticipated he gave us a reduction on the quoted price. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Stuart arrived promptly at the arranged time and set to work efficiently to install the new Thermostat I needed, which we had discussed by phone, and then gave the boiler its annual service. He explained the settings on the new thermostat clearly and checked that all was working well before he left. He also kindly took off the cover of the extractor fan, which I can no longer climb up to do, so that I could clean it and then he put it on again. A very satisfactory visit.
