Booked Stuart in to install a new Worcester Bosch 4000 boiler. He arrived on the date specified and by the end of the day had the new boiler installed and up and running. Kept me informed throughout and was clean, tidy and punctual throughout. A pleasure to have him carry out the work. No negatives whatsoever and a great price for all the latest kit. Very happy.

Time had come to replace my 30 year boiler and checked out local tradesfolk and found Stuart through a number of seraches. From the initial quote (including a number of options) until handover, a real quality experience and installation. Stuart was recommended to us. He was very honest about his availability, kept in touch when he said he would, and provided a sensible quote for the work. His communication was exceptional; he patiently answered all our questions and helped to guide us in selecting the correct boiler for our property and our needs. The installation date he gave us was kept to. Stuart turned up as expected, worked extremely hard over the course of the days he was here, to replace our cold conventional boiler with a combi boiler, hive controller, thermostatic valves on our radiators and some new pipework remove the old header tanks in the loft, the hot water cylinder, fit a new towel rail, etc. The work areas were kept as clean as possible. Work was finished to time and to a high standard. Boiler/heating controls were explained before he left, paperwork completed together with what certificates we should expect via post. In summary we have been extremely pleased with Stuart’s work and would highly recommend him to others.

My Worcester Bosch combo boiler had its annual service yesterday. This service was carried out by Stuart Henshaw (Henshaw Gas and Plumbing) on time, as planned. Stuart is both very pleasant and competent and I have no hesitation in recommending Henshaw Gas and Plumbing.

Highly recommend Stuart who serviced and fixed a gas fire that hadn't been used for a number of years and tested the flue as well as carrying out a Worcester boiler service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and a reasonable price for the work carried out.

I received a quotation on the same day as Stuart Henshaw came to see the job. He arranged to install the boiler 8 days later. The work was completed in a day rather than the day and a half as the quote, which we were very well pleased with. He worked really hard with the minimum of mess, which he cleared up at the end. Everything was completed in accordance with the quotation, which was very complete. From the moment he came to do the survey we were very impressed with his attitude and friendliness. We were very pleased with the finished job, s much so that we are having him for more work in the future.

Stuart fitted a full heating system in our sons house and as we have been making extensive alterations we have called him back to move gas services as required and finally fit the kitchen gas hob. Always helpful and prompt as well as a tidy worker and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish by Stuart of Henshaw Gas and Plumbing. I rang Stuart to ask to have my old Worcester boiler and hot water cylinder removed and a new Baxi 830 Combi boiler installed. Stuart offered excellent advice from the beginning and offered a very competitive quote to carry out the work. The work took just over two days to complete and Stuart was prompt, worked long hours, left the house clean throughout and was always courteous and friendly in conversation. The quality of workmanship was fantastic and I now have a boiler which works superbly. I will be having Stuart back to service the boiler and for any further heating / plumbing work that I need doing. I would recommend Henshaw Gas and Plumbing without hesitation.
