Used Heroes on Hand several times- exceptional service

I have used Heroes on Hand for a number of jobs now. Extending our central heating system into an out building, servicing our boiler, a brand new boiler in a rental property and a gas certificate. All been completed on time, within budget and with exceptional service. Very helpful, making sure my rental property is also compliant and providing full feedback. Have no hesitation in recommending this company for all plumbing and heating engineer work.

Our boiler stopped working and none of the fixes in the book worked so we needed help promptly. I rang Andrew on Monday, leaving a voice mail after a message that said he checked at least once in 24 hours, and sure enough had a call back that afternoon and an appointment for today. That went smoothly and we now have a working boiler again! Andrew is pleasant and approachable and took time to describe the problem and discuss possible future options. I would use Andrew again.

Very friendly and respectful (took shoes off before entering the property). The lads carried out a boiler service with no fuss, job done clean and with minimum fuss, call out was swift and accurate. They even helped me with looking into radiators that were not warming up properly which was above and beyond their duties.
