Replacement Boiler & new bathroom installed. The service from Rob and the Team was exceptional from start to finish. They came in with a competitive quote reflecting the work required and the finished product. Not the cheapest of quotes (I obtained 4) but certainly not the most expensive either and, the old adage that you get what you pay for certainly comes into play here. The team was always on time, extremely courteous, professional, and the communication was excellent; from the initial discussions to the follow up service on completion of the job. I've used Hertford Plumbers over the past 4 years for annual boiler services, boiler repair, a dishwasher install, to a leaking cistern and dripping taps, and the level of service and final results have always been to an excellent standard. I cannot recommend Rob and the Team highly enough!

Called to fix the broken boiler, they have been able to come the next day and complete the repairs I’ve used them for 8 years now - very happy with the service and professionalism.

I realised there was substantial leak somewhere under the floorboards, but couldn't identify where. Contacted these guys and they managed to visit me next day. The source was quickly found and repaired, with as little disruption of the floorboards as possible. Very grateful for the very prompt and professional service.

Hertford Plumbers Ltd were the most competitive and communicative of all the local Bosch accredited plumbers we contacted. Our project was a little more complicated than usual in that the old boiler was not a condensing model, so Hertford Plumbers had to work out where the condensate pipe work could be run to as the existing boiler and it’s gas supply we’re not conveniently located to discharge the condensate. Most other fitters were unhelpful in that regard, but Hertford Plumbers were not only helpful, but carried out the work professionally and with minimum fuss. They have subsequently serviced the boiler every year since, and haven’t sought to increase their prices more than merited by RPI. Well done Hertford Plumbers Ltd.

Mark had to find a way to access the bathtub to replace the existing bath tap/shower mixer with a new one as the side panel was glued and no screw fixing. He had to cut out the panel, do the job and then use a plastic 'T' shaped strip to hold the two parts of the side panel. Thus, for any future maintenance that needs access to the bathtub plumbing is required, then the plastic 'T' strip can be removed. This plumbing company charges a typical ongoing rate that is neither cheap nor expensive.

We have used Rob - and Hertford Plumbers - on many occasions in the past. We had an old central heating programmer that had been in use since the year dot, and only allowed one series of timings which was not suitable for the current time. Rob replaced this with a new Hive system, as this allows multiple timings, and also used a blanking plate to cover the area where the previous programmer was located. Even assisted with setting up the timings and the App installation.

Great work and fantastic quality finish on my very small bathroom. John and Rob took care to make sure that everything I wanted was exactly right and I'm extremely happy with the result.

Hertford Plumbers has serviced our boiler for 5 years and they are professionals giving good advice. We had a problem with they 3-way valve in the radiator -hot water tank system and they repaired it in such way that for the next eventuality is cheaper and easier to repair. No real problems with the boiler so far.

It turned out the problem with our radiator was a tiny one that Rob was able to fix instantly. He also showed us what to do next time. We were really pleased. We'd definitely use Hertford Plumbers again.
