We arranged a quote with Gary, Hertfordshire Driveway LTD. This was done very professionally and within a few weeks it was arranged our front drive would be done. I was sent a picture to check before, all the time being informed with dates and times. On the day, on time the team arrived and started and they worked so hard and fast, we were amazed. Gary popped by to check with the team all was going ok, and the team were very friendly helpful and mostly hard working with tea supplied obviously. I would definitely recommend, and we are thinking of other jobs in the future. 100% recommend and I would have no issues using again. Thank you Gary and your team!

Gary met me at the agreed time and assessed my requirements for the area to be paved and the need to take care as work was next to a public right of way. I received a quote same day with a follow-up call/discussion the following morning. Agreed timescale for work to commence in a couple of months time and would take 2.5 to 5 days depending on how many worked on the project. However, after agreeing the timescale, Gary managed to fit the work in earlier between a couple of other jobs which was great. Lee arrived with his colleagues and after discussing a few changes, the work was completed in 3 days. Great communication from Gary and Lee. Always punctual and left the site tidier than when arrived. Couldn't ask for more.

Gary and his team laid a nice block paved driveway for us, supplied paperwork to help us with the approval from Letchworth Heritage Corp and managed the process professionally. The actual job only took a few days as they had a big team working on it. The whole thing was painless, recommended.

Great customer service from Gary who came to plan the work we wanted. Phoned when he said he would and kept us up to date on timing. Lee and the team came and did the work to a great standard and as we had requested including discussion on optional work we had discussed and costed with Gary. I would highly recommend. Great job.

Work done: patio, pathways, stepping stones & entranceway. Gary ensured everything was planned out in great detail, including placed work, budget and timescales, with several visits & phone calls, and detailed drawings. Lee and his colleagues came on the planned days and carried out the work exactly as planned, ensuring they confirmed our requirements every step of the way. Timescale and budget were adhered to. We had some very detailed and specific requirements, which they ensured were met. Everyone was polite, considerate, helpful, communicative and they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work. They cleaned up so well that you can't even tell they've been (apart from the beautiful patio and paths). And the photos speak for themselves - the quality of the work is excellent. We can't thank Gary, Lee and colleagues enough. We're now recommending them to all our friends.

After contacting Gary, a booking was made promptly. He was professional, listened to our ideas, wasn't selling an idea or had any agenda and worked with us to figure out the best way to achieve what we wanted. After a second meeting where he took more precise measurements, we got a hand-drawn scale drawing of the project. At no point were we waiting a long time for anything and communication was great throughout. He will most likely be the slightly more expensive quote, but it is more than worth it. We got exactly what we were after. Our project was brought forward by 2 months due to another job being pushed post new year. Despite the fact that they had maybe a weeks notice max, all materials were available when needed and there were no delays whatsoever. Nothing was too much trouble. He had plenty of pictures and videos of past work to give a good idea of what materials/colours would work best. For the actual work, Lee and his team were outstanding. Can't say a bad word about any of them. Lee, Carlos, Pedro and the rest (sorry I forgot your names!) were a pleasure to have around. Again, nothing was too much trouble, they kept us updated of progress, got our opinions on how best to do certain things and were on time every day and left the area tidy each evening. We now have a block paved driveway, a beautiful retaining wall and ramp access to a side door for motorcycle use. 10 times better than anything we imagined and will use them again in a heartbeat. The planning was meticulous, the advice on the blocks was spot on and the attention to detail was second to none. The team did a fantastic job - the new drive and side path look great and add to the look of the house. Very pleased with the work!
