We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

Andy came out to survey my old central heating boiler, which he installed and serviced, for over 20 years. He explained which one was best for my needs. A very reasonable competitive price was agreed and installation date confirmed. A text message was sent on the arranged day to say that they were on their way. Dylan was very professional, friendly and helpful. They took extra care to clean up after themselves and the work was completed in one day. Before they left they explained how the boiler worked and set up the timer for me. I have always had excellent customer service from office staff to engineers. It’s good to know that this is a company that really cares about its customers, whether old or new, it just cares for you. And for most people that’s really important. Thank You all at HEH.

Over the new year holiday period my Mums heating stopped working. Having used HEHUK previously I contacted Andy Baxter who attended her address over the BH period. He quickly identified the fault, but required a new boiler installing. Recognising her age and vulnerability, Andy prioritised the obtaining of the boiler within a couple of days. Mums assessment of the installing staff of HEHUK, was they were courteous, clean and quiet - really excelling and exceeding her expectations. HEHUK, are local, reliable, trustworthy. Andy is honest, straightforward and balanced in his recommendations. An excellent service, by a local reputable tradesman, who if can satisfy the high standards of my Mum, then I recommend him without hesitation.

Sent a text from HEH to tell me engineer in way so that was good. Came in the time frame given. Lovely polite young man came and did a good thorough job. He left everything clean and tidy. HEH fitted our boiler a few years ago. We have a 10-10-10 plan which we pay monthly for and any problems will be covered by this. We just pay extra for the fire to be serviced. Always happy to know there is cover there if needed for the next 10 years from boiler being fitted.

We asked HEH to install a heated towel rail after the bathroom had been renovated a couple of years previously. They found the hidden pipes and fitted the rail without leaving any sign of disturbance (we had expected to have to redecorate). Very pleased with the service, price and the care taken to clear everything up. Would highly recommend..

HEH advised on installation of an Air-Source-Heat-Pump -to-radiator system, for eco-friendly heating, and when that proved technically impossible due to peculiarities of the site, advised on an air-pump alternative, and sourced a contractor; They then advised and installed efficiently an appropriate water-heating system, removing the old gas boiler and making good - going the extra mile in doing so. The initial stages were a long process (involving the DNO/local national grid), and they stayed the course. Excellent. No hesitation in recommending them!

Called HEH to repair radiator valve. Within twenty four hours of call to them an engineer called and repaired the fault with a new valve. We have always had excellent service from HEH over the past twenty years and have recommended them to several friends.

Arrived back from holiday on 15/12/22 to house at 5 deg, heating off and all pipes frozen. Thought there must be fault with Honeywell but thanks to advice got heating on , next day and defrosted pipes. Engineer came on 22/12 and advised on use of Honeywell so that it would work more effectively. Great service. Thanks

We have used HEH for over 20years. Just had our annual service done a couple of weeks ago, we were adviced we need a warranty part fitted and engineer has been and completed work today. As always HEH engineer was polite and completed the installation efficiently and left no mess. Can't recommend HEH high enough. Brilliant service.
