We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

Dave came out with an apprentice to service a warm air heater and a multipoint. Came on time, did the job and called to say it had been done. No problems, which wasn’t a surprise as he fitted it. The people back in the office need a mention too; friendly, polite yet with a sense of humour! I hope the apprentice picks up HEH’s ethos!

Andy came and did my yearly service on the boiler and fire. He was very efficient and had both jobs done in no time at all. I would highly recommend this company.

We have used High Efficiency Heating UK for years. Just had a new boiler fitted and new piping to radiators. Fast efficient service, professional fitters and very courteous. Always used every year to have boiler serviced and will not use anyone else.

High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd installed a new boiler in my first home that I've been renovating along with completing various plumbing works. Andy and his team of engineers are amazing, from survey to installation! They were fully transparent with costings and after they'd left you wouldn't know they'd been. I couldn't recommend this firm more, they take pride in their work and are 100% reliable.

Fantastic service
Had an issue with my boiler where I needed 2 new parts. Can not recommend this company enough. Staff are amazing and helpful. Billy who came out was friendly and explained everything fully, and did a great job. So happy I have hot water again. Highly recommend!

Excellent service
Very reliable company. Always arrives within the agreed window. Good communication. Always professional. I have used this company for several years. Firstly, to install a new boiler, and then for regular servicing, and the service is consistently excellent.

I had a radiator that wasn’t working. The engineer Billy, came early the next morning and sorted it out for me. He is also initiating another job to rectify the thermostat being on the wrong side and having a ‘boiler mate’ fitted for when it freezes so the boiler won’t stop. Brilliant service for a woman living alone. Many thanks.
