We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

Billy turned up on time quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. He also found a sperate issue that us now being booked in for repair due to availability of parts. HEH sent Billy out within 2 days for a non urgent repair, which i consider to be a great service. I have been using them for over 10 years and have never had any issues with the service

The work included improvement of water flow at the point of entry to the house, changing over the boiler, removing old header tanks and old hot-water tank from the roof space, plus some re-piping of the central heating system. The quote was prepared by a knowledgeable engineer; the work done to budget and in a full day less than estimated, and pretty tidy too. I'm really pleased with HeH.

Boiker 40 + yrs old. No heating or hot water. Booked appointment over the phone. Booking team were very pleasant . Appointment booked for next day. In the call out day a Text was sent to advise the engineer was enroute. The Engineer was very knowledgeable, tried various things. The engineer rang suppliers while on site, but the part is obsolete. The office rang to arrange for someone to call out to quote for new boiler. No hard sell

Dave came out with an apprentice to service a warm air heater and a multipoint. Came on time, did the job and called to say it had been done. No problems, which wasn’t a surprise as he fitted it. The people back in the office need a mention too; friendly, polite yet with a sense of humour! I hope the apprentice picks up HEH’s ethos!
