We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

We have used this company for over 30 years. They came to do the annual service of our boiler. Their engineer was pleasant polite & efficient. As always we were pleased with their work & would not dream of using any other company.

After returning from Edinburgh on Tuesday evening, 30th June, we found our gas boiler to have failed. I phoned HEH the following morning to request an engineer to call and one was dispatched that same day. He advised that, whilst the boiler could be repaired, the parts alone would be very expensive, so he suggested that because of the boiler’s, age, a new one might be a better option. This chimed with our thoughts exactly so I contacted HEH and said we would like to go ahead with a a new one. Andy, the owner, came up the next morning to assess the situation. On Saturday, 4th July, today, two engineers arrived as promised at about 8.15 a.m. and began their work immediately fitting the new system. Without any seeming effort, the whole work was completed by 11.45 a.m. including adjusting the timer settings to our specifications, explaining how to change the times and temperatures, removing all the old material and leaving the place spotlessly clean. They were cheerful, polite, knowledgeable, and immaculately turned out. Both of them fulfilled the ethos of HEH in an exemplary way. As in my past reviews, I have nothing but the highest praise and thanks for the work they have undertaken on my behalf. They are the standard to which other companies should aspire.

Since I moved they have fitted new boiler, new radiators, underfloor heating and now reconnected my gas cooker after having had a new kitchen extension. All the lads are great, friendly and knowledgeable they work really hard and never leave a mess. They have had to do a lot of work bit by bit and have always fitted me in within a couple of weeks. Thanks to all the lads and not forgetting the office staff. Highly recommended.

I had a new radiator fitted and the engineers were very polite and cleaned up the area well. They offered to move the furniture back which was very kind of them. Overall I am pleased with the job.

Had a new boiler fitted-was on contract with another provider but will be leaving them and going with this company! All parts of service provided were excellent, from communications with the office, to the engineers attending to carry out the work. Workmen on time ( which is something these days!) polite and friendly, worked late until new boiler operating correctly, explained operation clearly. Would definitely recommend this company!
