Outstanding Service We cannot recommend this heating engineering company highly enough. From the very first visit, Andy, the boss, was fantastic. The girls in the office, emails and texts. Andy came out to us, calmly listened to the ongoing issues we were having with our water pressure and temperature, reassured us, and clearly explained two different options for resolving the problem. Everything was explained in detail, with no pressure at all. We were booked in promptly, and on the agreed day Andy arrived on time with Carl, the senior engineer. The work took two days, Jeorge joined the team and throughout the entire job the team were absolutely amazing. Every engineer we dealt with was polite, friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work. They worked incredibly hard, kept us informed throughout, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. At the end of each day, they tidied everything up and left the place spotless. It really was a pleasure having such a professional and respectful team in our home. They genuinely couldn't do enough for us, and we are extremely grateful for all their hard work.

I had 7 radiators replaced and from the estimate to the finish, HEH were professional and thorough throughout the whole process. Little things like putting down plastic sheets where they walked through the house make a difference as well as friendly and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used HCH since they installed our boiler 8 years ago. Since then they have serviced the boiler annually. They are consistently reliable providing quality service with a team of professionals. My engineer today was of the same standard , friendly , polite and informative. Great service.

We’ve used HEH for a number of years for the annual servicing of our gas fire and boiler. It’s always arranged and carried out very efficiently and combined with the discount (for boiler and fire), they are competitive. After long running problems with our Hive, we asked for suggestions to replace and now have a Heatmiser Neo installed (by HEH) which is much more reliable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and service from all is second to none. We highly recommend.

This company installed my boiler in 2024. Everyone you speak to or have working in your home from this company is so friendly and professional. Their communication is excellent and they arrive on time following a text to confirm the engineer is on his way. Billy was a pleasure to meet and the work carried out was done with care. A highly professional service from this great company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new boiler or service.

I would highly recommend this very professional company. Mine was a challenging boiler replacement job requiring the installation of a new gas run and pipe work changes. After detailed expert consultation, the work was carried out exactly as agreed, on-time, neatly and efficiently by a very competent team, and the final invoice was fully in line with the original detailed quotation. Absolutely five star.
