We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

When my old boiler stopped working during a cold weather spell the staff response was so quick to act and Craig did an excellent job of getting the heating back on again. We are so pleased that a new boiler system is now on order.

Amazing
I am so happy, I was unsure about how to get the best out of my heating/honeywell, my house is now really toasty thanks to the engineer that came to see me, thank you so much, I have used this company for 2 years now and I will continue to do so and recommend to family and friends

Long time customer and a manifold split on boiler. Despite a hectic schedule HEH got Billy out to us and resolved the fault with minimum fuss as quickly as possible. An air lock issue in boiler also resolved professionally and work carried out in a clean, courteous and efficient time scale working around our commitment for an important appointment we could not change. So had a problem with my boiler during the cold weather and called HEH for assistance. I have to praise the internal staff for their help and willingness to move my appointment around as I work away a lot. Billy came out and sorted the fault quickly and effectively while being a friendly and helpful person. Well done all at HEH you are a credit to the service and I will definitely use your company again.

Called today Mr Baxter call out had a check and within 2 min noticed the fault and ordered the part. Calling back to repair soon as the part is here. Absolutely brilliant service.

Installation of four new radiators

HE Heating are a fantastic company.Our Scout group needed an upgrade on its heating system.We were lucky enough to receive a grant from Better Youth Spaces.I called HE Heating they came out and explained everything clearly. Telephone calls were answered quickly.The installation took one day. The engineers explained how the thermostat worked.They set all the different times for when the hut is in use. I would like to thank the team for doing a great job.They have created a better youth space for the children of Droylsden.Furthermore,the hut is now warm and welcoming to the adult volunteers.Finally,it also provides a cosy rehearsal space for the legendary St.John's band.

We've been with HEH for 2 years and they're always reliable and provide a quality service. We're on the service plan which leaves the British Gas one standing and fortunately have only need this for the inclusive annual boiler service.

We had booked a boiler service for January but we also had a leaking radiator, so that was put on the notes. Got a call today to say that they had noticed the leak on the notes and that an engineer was free earlier so would we like an appointment. And hey presto! We have a serviced boiler and a fixed radiator, before Christmas. Brilliant service, lovely engineer. Couldn't be happier.

HEH have been looking after our heating system for over 14 years now. Our old house has had some problems but HEH have always attended quickly and provided a fix. The engineers are friendly, professional and tidy. I am usually at home alone when they attend and I always feel comfortable and safe. HEH have given us consistent high-quality service and we would highly recommend them.
