We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

Although I was getting hot water through the system, the central heating was not working. I phoned the company and they sent an engineer the same afternoon to check the problem. He found the cause was a faulty valve and it needed replacing. The office called me within the hour with a price for the complete job and a very quick appointment. They arrived exactly on time and completed the work cleanly and efficiently as usual. This is now the third time I have used this company and would highly recommend them. 100% Thank you

We had 4 radiators replaced yesterday. Andy came to do the quote and Dave and Ethan came to remove the old ones and fit the new. They arrived on time and were very polite and tidy - there was absolutely no trace of anyone having been in the house after they'd left. Very pleased with the work done. Would definitely use HEH again.

One of the radiators was leaking which happened on a Sunday morning. My call was answered straight away, I received a text message when the engineer was on his way and he arrived within 50min after the call. He fixed the issue, checked the other radiators and answered all of my questions. He also communicated clearly what information he would feed back to the letting agent. I'm very happy with HEH and their level of service.

High Efficiency Heating came recommended by a work colleague and I am so glad we chose them to replace our 13 year old Combi boiler with a new one. The quote was detailed and received the same day by email. Once we gave them the go ahead we were given a date for fitting for the following weekend which was brilliant as our old boiler was leaking. The two guys arrived on time and were really nice and very polite. They did a great job and explained everything they had done in detail and made sure we understood how the controls worked before they left. Its always a bit nerve racking using a new company but we were so pleased we had chosen High Efficiency Heating and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Our little home was treated with the respect it deserves and my faith has been restored.

This company cannot be recommended highly enough. I rang at 8 am as I had no heating or hot water. An engineer was here 2 hours later and solved the problem very quickly and efficiently. You can't get better than that

I had a new boiler installed by HEH a few months ago but obviously, it was not used for the central heating until about a month ago. At 5.30 this evening I went to the thermostat to turn it on and there was a message that the pressure was low. Got out the handbook which was as clear as mud and finished up phoning the out of hours number. The call was answered by Billy who explained to me what to do but as the boiler is situated in a very awkward position and I can't see underneath it he came straight round to help me. It turned out that following his instructions I had managed to increase the pressure so he just checked to make sure everything was OK. By 6.15 I had heat and Billy was on his way. A very efficient and polite young man. Thank you.
