We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

Boiler service efficient as always (installed boiler originally 12 years ago). Text before arrival, knowledgeable engineer arrived promptly, good future advice given but thankfully not with a sales pitch manner. Cleaned up and i was able to pay contactless immediately. Good service.

I have been with HEH since 2013 when they installed a new boiler for me. Since then it has been serviced regularly along with my gas fire, apart from during the lockdown. I haven’t had to call them very often but when I have someone has come out promptly and fixed the problem. They are totally reliable and being on my own it has given me peace of mind about the boiler and heating. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough and when you call and Sharon, the owner's wife answers, her lovely friendly voice assure you you are in the right hands!!!!!

I've been putting off looking at a new boiler for many years, my old Worcester 24SI II was on its last legs. Found HEH through Worcester recommended installers. Turned up to quote on time, quoted quickly, price was good. Turned up to install on time, fitted a new Greenstar 4000 in a day, and replaced two radiators and did a stealthy condensate pipe route leaving only minimal pipe exposed to the outdoors. Guys were great, clean and tidy, and they went the extra mile on super neat routing of the new copper pipes. They were also very fast to respond to my initial queries and post-install queries. Ten out of ten. Great follow-up calls from the office too. Very impressed would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again.

First snow of 2022 and our boiler packs up, but not before flooding the cupboard where it resides. We have HomeCare with British Gas, but that proved to be completely useless with no appointment for over 72 hours. We rang HEH out of desperation and with low expectations, but the whole experience was a complete breath of fresh air. The staff manning the phones were delightful, empathetic and professional. They explained they had no availability today (hardly a surprise), but they would put us on a waitlist in case they had a cancellation later in the day. We were pleasantly surprised (actually “astonished” would be a better description) when the phone rang and were told that they could get to us around 5pm. True to their word, the engineer arrived and had us up and running again in less than 30 mins. I cannot praise HEH enough and we’re extremely grateful that they sorted us out in such a timely manner. This is how to run a business. Thank you HEH.

Today I had my new Bosch boiler fitted by HEH UK LTD. It was a big job taking a old boiler from a back bedroom to a new boiler being fitted downstairs. The work meant a lot of floorboards had to come up and lots of piping re-routed but none of this seemed to bother Dave or Liam the two Gas engineers. It was a 2 day job, after day one we had no heating but we knew this was going to happen but they gave us heaters to use overnight the next day they arrived on time again, after a quick chat they got hard at it. They both worked great as a team and by 3 pm everything was completed. I was amazed at how everything looked normal again, floorboards all laid correctly and they even hovered up after themselves. I couldn’t fault their workmanship and will be passing on the company name to anyone who asks me do I know any plumbers. Outstanding work and my wife and I would like to say a big thank you.

We had a problem with our old boiler two weeks before Christmas, not an ideal time. HEH, who we've used for over twenty years came out to assess the boiler which was beyond economical repair. We managed to get the boiler replaced at a good price by efficient, friendly engineers who not only cleaned everything up after their selves but also took the time to explain the operations of the new boiler, and all before Christmas.

When we moved in four years ago H.E.H helped to rectify our heating system we inherited. It soon became obvious a new boiler would be required to be more efficient. We approached H.E.H for advice and a subsequent quote. The job was completed early September with minimal disruption by Dylan and Dylan who were excellent. However, during November we were losing pressure and had to repressurise every 3/4 days. After phoning H.E.H. they soon realised we had a leak. Once again The two Dylan’s located the leak on old existing pipework and repaired accordingly. We now have an efficient system working perfectly. We cannot praise this company enough and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation
