I called Andy Baxter office at 10 -15 to explain the boiler was not working. I was asked if there would be somebody in the house today and they'll send an engineer round but could not give an exact time which was not a problem to me. Less than 1 hour later an engineer arrived and 2o minutes later boiler fixed and working . First class service.

Extremely reliable company who surveyed the job as promised on time and quoted a good price. Turned up at the date and time and carried out the installation of the high efficiency gas fire. Have used HEH for years for my boiler service but used an independent for my gas fire. I was let down badly and requested HEH service my fire. The whole team at HEH are very efficient . The engineers could not do enough to help and everywhere was kept as clean as possible. Any issues were resolved swiftly and all jobs were completed in the most professional way . All of the engineers were polite and courteous. Highly recommend .
