Required new boiler and rads; job surveyed professionally, date given and workmen arrived on the dot of 8:00am as promised. Thank you Dylan and Aaron, clean tidy work, the new controls clearly explained. A pleasure to have them in our home and unhesitatingly recommended. Also fixed two radiators so we could have heat over Christmas period, prior to work commencing at no extra charge

After filling in the contact request on the Worcester Website, HEH quickly responded and came round to look at our broken boiler. Although we expected that we needed a replacement, HEH quickly located the fault, ordered the part and carried out the repair quickly and at a very fair price

We had a new boiler from HEH in 2011 and it was installed quickly and efficiently by a courteous team of engineers. Since then we have had the system serviced by them yearly. They come out today, in January 2016 for a leakage issue on the boiler and dealt swiftly with the problem. They even text you to let you know an engineer is on his way and the time of arrival. I cannot praise them enough.
