We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

HEH have fitted a new heating system (pressurised, unvented boiler) to our house last year and I can’t praise the company enough! From the pre-installation service over the quality of fitting & work (attention to detail) to the aftersale/customer service. We are very happy. They always go the extra mile to help you out, explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. The response is very quick and you get a text message confirmation as soon as one of their engineers is on the way to you. I would recommend HEH to anyone needing a new boiler, boiler service or anything else related to heating and plumbing (e.g. we also have them fitting new radiators whenever we do up a room in the house and need a professional, precise and neat job done)

Adam and Chris. Brilliant service, surveyor actually helped with advice on building my chimney (didn't need to). Prompt arrival, friendly workers, exceptionally methodical and tidy. Lovely job and finish. Amazing service.

HEH have just installed our new Worcester boiler fitted. We received a text to say the Engineer was on his way and he arrived soon after. HEH recently serviced our boiler - which they installed a few years ago (great competitive job back then too). We received a text to confirm the time that the named engineer would arrive. The engineer arrived on time and did a great job, very efficient and tidy. Great value. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. Friendly office staff and good engineers.

The company installed a new boiler. They came to inspect our old boiler the same day we contacted them, and also provided a clear quote to remove the old appliance and install the new one. Work was carried out 6 days later. Very efficient and courteous and also spent time explaining the working of the boiler and thermostat. We are very happy with the result.
