I had a Worcester combi boiler fitted at short notice with no fuss or stress. Just a very professional service from all concerned from admin to installation

HEH replaced the boiler in our old house, and were our first port of call when we moved and in need a of new boiler in a new location as part of a full modernisation. Andy (The Boss) did the survey, confirming it could go where we wanted it, recommended a boiler that could fit into a cupboard, whilst satisfying my inner geek offering a smart thermostat. Also including connecting the gas hob, and decommissioned the gas fire at the same time. The quote was delivered promptly, and was competitive. Deposit paid, and the fitters booked, Dave & George turned up on time, smart, polite, friendly, and with a bit of personality that made it quite enjoyable! Rather than just throw the boiler on the wall, they asked our preference for pipe locations, explaining ways they can do it, to ensure we were happy, nothing was too much trouble. The pipework is neat and tidy (something the wife was concerned about), they explained why pipes were run in certain ways to meet regulations, and the boiler is a vast improvement on the the previous one. It was a long day for the lads and not one complaint. A follow up call from Sharon the next day to check everything was OK. It was straightforward from start to finish, and we're delighted with the boiler and installation, the team are a credit to HEH.

Annual service detected a possible problem and referred immediately to Vaillant so as to be sorted by Christmas. Friendly efficient people and more importantly honest and know their job. Wouldn’t use any other company now

I've used High Efficiency Heating quite a few times and each time they have risen to the occasion ranging from simple (but not for me) problems to the more complex.

Had a smart meter fitted and was informed by the fitter that I had a Gas leak. I always use HEH so phoned immediately , Leanne was so good and booked an appointment for me. Andy came round, detected and fixed the problem within the hour. These people are so customer friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them. Thank you .

Woke this morning to a leaking boiler so rang High Efficiency Heating. They were extremely busy but managed to get an engineer to me to look at the problem. Once the engineer saw the boiler he had it fixed in half an hour giving us our heating and hot water back. Great service and reasonable price. High Efficiency from the call taker to the engineer, can definitely recommend these for your boiler needs.

Heh High Efficiency Heating UK. 9/11/2020. New ignition sensor. 12/11/20 New PRV Sensor Cartridge. I have always used Andy Baxter to fix my boiler. He & his company are 100% Trustworthy & Reliable. He knows his business inside out. He has been in the business for 35 yrs. Tells you exactly what needs doing & how much it will cost upfront. Invoices provided for the work carried out. Replacement boiler needed, Andy Baxter surveyed, no fuss, no hard sell, gave options and fully detailed quote for replacing existing boiler and pipe work and explained process of installation, professional on the outset. The two engineers who came and installed are a credit to the company, clean, tidy, polite and considerate to our needs, they were a pleasure to have them working in our home.
