We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

This was the first time I had used High Efficiency Heating. I needed a boiler servicing so called in to their office in Ashton under Lyne and arranged for a service engineer to call. On the day of the service, I received a text to say that the engineer would be with me at the arranged time and he duly turned up within 5 minutes of that time. He carried out the service efficiently, explaining to me what he was checking and why. I received a form to explain the service and printouts of the boilers efficiency and he left. No mess at all was left.

We called the company on a Tuesday about getting a replacement gas fire. Someone came to our house with a catalogue and to have a look at the set-up on Thursday, and on the Monday - 6 days after we first contacted the company. They came and installed the new fire! Very speedy service. The engineers - Dave and George were very professional, friendly and efficient. We're very impressed by this company!

I recently had a gas leak, near to a gas fire in the lounge, which involved the Emergency gas service coming to my home and having to cut off my supply. I contacted HEH who attended the same day and isolated the feed concerned so that gas could be restored to my boiler. They then arranged for a follow up visit so that the exact source a of the leak could be identified and repaired. The speed and quality of the service was superb.

HEH have fitted a new heating system (pressurised, unvented boiler) to our house last year and I can’t praise the company enough! From the pre-installation service over the quality of fitting & work (attention to detail) to the aftersale/customer service. We are very happy. They always go the extra mile to help you out, explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. The response is very quick and you get a text message confirmation as soon as one of their engineers is on the way to you. I would recommend HEH to anyone needing a new boiler, boiler service or anything else related to heating and plumbing (e.g. we also have them fitting new radiators whenever we do up a room in the house and need a professional, precise and neat job done)
