What seemed at first to be one faulty radiator turned into a much bigger job where all the pipes on the ground floor had to be replaced. HEH came out several times to get to the bottom of the problem and we're determined to sort it out. When the job was done the 2 lads arrived on time, were really friendly and completed the work on time. We went out and left them to it and when we got back you wouldn't have known they'd been; the house was so clean.

My house is 180 years old and I was anxious about possible problems when my gas boiler needed to be replaced. Especially as there was an ancient tank in the loft (which had started to leak!) I thought it would be a huge job to remove. A friend highly recommended this company to me so I duly booked an appointment for Richard, their Tech Support Manager to visit and quote for the job. I accepted their fair quotation and the work was booked to take 2 1/2 days. On the first day Dave and Chevy arrived and were so calm and competent any fears I had about the scale of the job immediately disappeared. The job was duly completed on time. They left the house clean and tidy and looking as though the job had been a doddle though I think it was quite complicated and needed experienced people to complete the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs replacement boilers or maintenance to their heating systems.. Well done Dave and Chevy and thank you.

I have a home heating plan with HEH and had to call them out as the boiler was triggering off after using the shower for a while. I phoned just after 8.0 am and the engineer arrived a couple of hours later. Chevy was polite, friendly and very efficient. He made a thorough inspection of the boiler and made a couple of repairs. Very satisfied.

Routine boiler service. A text message to say the engineer was on his way....10mins later he turned up. Completed the service quickly and was very polite and courteous. First class company. Highly recommended

What can I say about HEH what a fantastic company so polite and knowledgeable, thank you guys fixed a leaking pipe in my ceiling no problem no mess when other companies had stated that it couldn't be done without ripping my bathroom floor up treated our home and ourselves with respect from start to finish recommending this great company to anybody.

For some bizarre reason term professional is not normally a term used with a heating engineer and tradesmen.However on this occasion I honestly think this word best describes the gentleman that visited me yesterday. Andy the engineer was prompt and extremely professional and in truth his advice and genuine experience in his trade has probably saved me thousands of pounds.The way he systematically diagnosed a fault in my heating system was truly remarkable. Other companies had diagnosed all sorts of weird and wonderful issues that would have required all sorts of work to be carried out but fortunately for me Andy from HEH found a fault in the system that was a due to the manufacturer. This has enabled me to get the problem resolved at very little cost. This kind of professional is very rare and I can’t recommend Andy and his company highly enough. 👍👍👍

The engineer attended promptly and was cheerful and informative. He carried out the replacement with all diligence and took all waste when he left and left everything clean and tidy. We are completely satisfied with the work and would hesitate to recommend HEH.

Honeywell Wi-Fi (smart thermostat system) stopped working intermittently. Arranged a mutually convenient time to sort and they arrived punctually and changed it. A reliable and highly efficient company who I recommend for installing and maintaining central heating systems.

This was the first time that we have used High Efficiency Heating UK and we will definitely be using them again! We had a boiler service (including chemical flush, drain, and balancing of system) and also had some piping work done. All the team have been extremely helpful, pleasant, and polite. Fantastic service. It has been nice to have the experience of being treated well and feeling that the company is going above and beyond to do their best for you. They are happy to answer any question and have integrity. They made us feel like we could ask about anything and nothing was too much trouble. It was great to meet Andy and some of his team. I engaged HEH to convert my old central heating system to a worcester bosch combi system, they came and gave a very fair price for the work, which I excepted, they arrived on time and finished on time ,left no mess, and the two Dylans did a great job, would highly recommend this company, thank you.

Had an ageing central heating system replaced with an up-to-date Worcester Bosch combi. What a difference! Like walking into a different home! Reasonably-priced and fitted to the highest standards by friendly, professional engineers. I simply cannot praise them highly enough!

I have been with this company for a while and can honestly say that they have always been excellent. The latest job was the annual service, they contacted me to say it was due and arrange a time and date suitable for me. On the day, they contacted me with the time they were arriving (no waiting in all day) came on time did the service,the chap was polite cleaned up and assured me as to what had been done and that everything was fine. I cannot fault H-E-H.

Could not get much better. Online quote gave a good indicator of the price. Survey engineer came on time and was great at explaining options and what was required. Installation engineer was brilliant, on time, helpful, no mess and works a treat Prices were not significantly above above average but the service on the whole thing from start to finish was outstanding !

The person who came to service my boiler (Dylan) was really nice and very helpful. He did a great job and fully answered my questions.

Lovely H.E.H. came out to fix our leaking boiler. They always ring and let you know when the engineer is on route. Lovely genuine engineers. Would always recommend their customer service and quality work . A pleasure to be one of their customers.

The work was fitting two radiators. Booking was easy and following an assessment the work was done efficiently. The plumbers were here on time and the work was done to a high standard. They were so polite too and took care around the house e.g. clearing up packaging, taking old radiators, putting sheets down where they were working. I do not have one negative thing to say - absolute perfection. Thank you so much. HEH will always be our first port of call for help now.

My brother recommended High Efficiency Heating, to me as he had a new boiler fitted and was extremely pleased with the service he received. I have had a new boiler fitted today and I am also extremely pleased with the work that has been carried out. From the initial consultation with this company through to the final installation I cannot fault them. All contacts from quotation, administration and service engineers have been very professional, efficient and very friendly. I will certainly recommend them.

First time I've used these guys, they were quick, prompt, and told me exactly what was wrong with my boiler, and fixed my boiler same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and recommend them to my friends and family, first class job from the engineers. Can't fault them.

I had a new boiler fitted and a very old boiler removed. As it was an old back oiler being taken out it wasn't the simplest of jobs. The team from High Efficiency Heating have done an excellent job. They have completed as expected and on time and have left my home clean and tidy. I would happily recommend them for any heating, plumbing and servicing jobs.

Got my boiler serviced, fast polite service. Came, serviced at the boiler, checked the gas, wrote up the service on the log book. Payment by card was much easier too.
