Rang at 4:15pm engineer was on the doorstep at 4:30pm job done and dusted by 4:45pm fantastic service as always can't fault this company on anything.

I have been with HEH since 2013 when they installed a new boiler for me. Since then it has been serviced regularly along with my gas fire, apart from during the lockdown. I haven’t had to call them very often but when I have someone has come out promptly and fixed the problem. They are totally reliable and being on my own it has given me peace of mind about the boiler and heating. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough and when you call and Sharon, the owner's wife answers, her lovely friendly voice assure you you are in the right hands!!!!!

I've been putting off looking at a new boiler for many years, my old Worcester 24SI II was on its last legs. Found HEH through Worcester recommended installers. Turned up to quote on time, quoted quickly, price was good. Turned up to install on time, fitted a new Greenstar 4000 in a day, and replaced two radiators and did a stealthy condensate pipe route leaving only minimal pipe exposed to the outdoors. Guys were great, clean and tidy, and they went the extra mile on super neat routing of the new copper pipes. They were also very fast to respond to my initial queries and post-install queries. Ten out of ten. Great follow-up calls from the office too. Very impressed would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again.

I was having trouble with my gas fire and contacted High Efficiency Heating. They came and found the problem and thoroughly serviced it and left me with a working fire. The engineer was very helpful and explained everything to me and I am completely satisfied.

First snow of 2022 and our boiler packs up, but not before flooding the cupboard where it resides. We have HomeCare with British Gas, but that proved to be completely useless with no appointment for over 72 hours. We rang HEH out of desperation and with low expectations, but the whole experience was a complete breath of fresh air. The staff manning the phones were delightful, empathetic and professional. They explained they had no availability today (hardly a surprise), but they would put us on a waitlist in case they had a cancellation later in the day. We were pleasantly surprised (actually “astonished” would be a better description) when the phone rang and were told that they could get to us around 5pm. True to their word, the engineer arrived and had us up and running again in less than 30 mins. I cannot praise HEH enough and we’re extremely grateful that they sorted us out in such a timely manner. This is how to run a business. Thank you HEH.

Today I had my new Bosch boiler fitted by HEH UK LTD. It was a big job taking a old boiler from a back bedroom to a new boiler being fitted downstairs. The work meant a lot of floorboards had to come up and lots of piping re-routed but none of this seemed to bother Dave or Liam the two Gas engineers. It was a 2 day job, after day one we had no heating but we knew this was going to happen but they gave us heaters to use overnight the next day they arrived on time again, after a quick chat they got hard at it. They both worked great as a team and by 3 pm everything was completed. I was amazed at how everything looked normal again, floorboards all laid correctly and they even hovered up after themselves. I couldn’t fault their workmanship and will be passing on the company name to anyone who asks me do I know any plumbers. Outstanding work and my wife and I would like to say a big thank you.

We had a problem with our old boiler two weeks before Christmas, not an ideal time. HEH, who we've used for over twenty years came out to assess the boiler which was beyond economical repair. We managed to get the boiler replaced at a good price by efficient, friendly engineers who not only cleaned everything up after their selves but also took the time to explain the operations of the new boiler, and all before Christmas.

When we moved in four years ago H.E.H helped to rectify our heating system we inherited. It soon became obvious a new boiler would be required to be more efficient. We approached H.E.H for advice and a subsequent quote. The job was completed early September with minimal disruption by Dylan and Dylan who were excellent. However, during November we were losing pressure and had to repressurise every 3/4 days. After phoning H.E.H. they soon realised we had a leak. Once again The two Dylan’s located the leak on old existing pipework and repaired accordingly. We now have an efficient system working perfectly. We cannot praise this company enough and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation

We've been using this company for 30 years & have always found them to be very responsive in an emergency, Plus they always turn up on time for planned works & boiler services. 13 years ago a new radiator they'd installed for us failed because it's an old house & the pipes were corroded. They identified the problem straight away. They dug up the concrete flooring, re-laid the pipes & floor, and supplied us with a much better quality radiator than we had before!

They provide a comprehensive and very caring service from beginning to end. The initial visit was to advise and quote on the removal of my original ancient gas fire and fireplace. They also were there to discuss my requirements for the replacement fire and recommend options. After removal, there was a follow up visit to confirm my chosen replacement was suitable. Further visits were to prepare the opening for the new fire and the final visit was to fit the fire. They've recently provided remote control for my central heating and serviced the boiler. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable.

Installed new Combi Boiler, work kept to schedule and budget. Care was taken in the home to create minimum mess and work finished off neatly, taking into consideration the look of the house. Eg, replacement bricks, pipes, etc match existing colours. Everything was explained to me, the engineers were very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service. 👍

I had my old back boiler and radiators replaced by HEH. Very professional company, neat and tidy job to the highest standards, excellent customer service. Any teething problems dealt with immediately. Job carried out as per agreed schedule and budget. Dave, Liam and George done a great job without making any mess. (Missus has OCD :) ) Very competitive pricing wise and I have never had the house as warm as it is now. I highly recommend them! Thank you HEH!

High Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd fitted a fire surround and gas fire in my lounge yesterday. The engineers arrived on time and worked hard all day. They were very clean and tidied up on completion. They completed the work to a high standard and plastered the chimney breast to a smooth and professional finish. Andy and his lads were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. The only problem was the lights on the fire surround were faulty which was my fault as I supplied my own fire surround and lights. Even though the problem was not their fault, they agreed to come back and fit the lights when they had been replaced by the company I purchased the fire surround from. I would recommend this company to anybody.

HEH have looked after our home heating system for a decade now. They have always provided excellent service, with a smile. Today they have attended and fixed our issue. They are always prompt, helpful and ensure we are happy before they leave. Thank you!

First used HEH 8 years ago when we had a full central heating system fitted. Dust coverings were put down before the start of any work. Removal of the old system including the large water tank from the loft which was in itself a difficult job. After leaving them with all brewing info we went out and left them to it. Returning 4/5 later the team were just removing the dust covers. You would never know they had fitted a new heating system very room was spotless . HEH have carried out an annual service over the last 7 years and again been first class. We have recommended HEH to family /neighbours and friends all have had the same First class service. We would like to thank Andy & Sharon Baxter & all their team for all the work they have carried out for us.

Had boiler installed 11 months ago. Had issue which turned out to be unrelated to boiler but an engineer was scheduled to attend within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for boiler installation or after sales service. Friendly professional, experienced company

Liam and Dave from HEH came round to modify our existing heating system and install a new boiler, all new radiators and remove an old gas fire. We gave them a key and left them to do the work whilst we went to work at the office. They did a fantastic job, always pleasant and happy to help. They kept everything clean and tidied up after every day. They even collected our amazon orders when they arrived and let the electrician in to do other work when he came round also. Really happy with the end result (heat and hot water!) and the price was very good. Have already recommended them to my father in law and would recommend to anyone. Will get them back to install a plinth heater in the near future!
