I had my old back boiler and radiators replaced by HEH. Very professional company, neat and tidy job to the highest standards, excellent customer service. Any teething problems dealt with immediately. Job carried out as per agreed schedule and budget. Dave, Liam and George done a great job without making any mess. (Missus has OCD :) ) Very competitive pricing wise and I have never had the house as warm as it is now. I highly recommend them! Thank you HEH!

High Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd fitted a fire surround and gas fire in my lounge yesterday. The engineers arrived on time and worked hard all day. They were very clean and tidied up on completion. They completed the work to a high standard and plastered the chimney breast to a smooth and professional finish. Andy and his lads were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. The only problem was the lights on the fire surround were faulty which was my fault as I supplied my own fire surround and lights. Even though the problem was not their fault, they agreed to come back and fit the lights when they had been replaced by the company I purchased the fire surround from. I would recommend this company to anybody.

First used HEH 8 years ago when we had a full central heating system fitted. Dust coverings were put down before the start of any work. Removal of the old system including the large water tank from the loft which was in itself a difficult job. After leaving them with all brewing info we went out and left them to it. Returning 4/5 later the team were just removing the dust covers. You would never know they had fitted a new heating system very room was spotless . HEH have carried out an annual service over the last 7 years and again been first class. We have recommended HEH to family /neighbours and friends all have had the same First class service. Had boiler installed 11 months ago. Had issue which turned out to be unrelated to boiler but an engineer was scheduled to attend within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for boiler installation or after sales service. Friendly professional, experienced company

Liam and Dave from HEH came round to modify our existing heating system and install a new boiler, all new radiators and remove an old gas fire. We gave them a key and left them to do the work whilst we went to work at the office. They did a fantastic job, always pleasant and happy to help. They kept everything clean and tidied up after every day. They even collected our amazon orders when they arrived and let the electrician in to do other work when he came round also. Really happy with the end result (heat and hot water!) and the price was very good. Have already recommended them to my father in law and would recommend to anyone. Will get them back to install a plinth heater in the near future!

We have just had a new boiler installed by Dave and Liam from HEH. Right from the initial enquiry, the survey and quote through to the installation. The service and professionalism has been outstanding. From start to finish the servicing of our boiler and open fire was done to excellent standard by Dave. We were also informed by text when the engineer was on the way. Dave explained what I require for my open fire and possible options. Another appointment was arranged for me to see Andy who will assess my open fire requirement personally for possible options. After servicing, Dave tidied up and kept my front room clean. Also the cost was reasonable too. I will definitely use HEH for my future servicing.

I called at 5 pm with a problem relating to my radiator valves installed by HEH. I was put on to the engineer who said batteries needed changing and said he would come the following day. He did and he brought new batteries, changed them, showed me how to do next time, sent me a U Tube link to help me next time and left. No charge, not even for the batteries. Just excellent, immediate, high-quality service as usual.

Had new combi boiler installed and existing boiler and tanks removed. From initial advice and quote to completion, the service was excellent. Arrived on time and all work was carried out extremely efficiently. Would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

Appointment was easy to do, communication from HEH was excellent. I knew exactly when the engineer would arrive. Regular texts to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the agreed time answered all my questions, provided information at the end of the service and left the area clean and tidy Great job

HEH fitted my boiler and have serviced it for the past 14 years. this week my energy provider changed the meter and condemned the gas supply with a leak, so I had no heat, hot water, or gas hob. I rang HEH and two engineers were out within a couple of hours, checked all the appliances but were unable to find the leak. Came back today (36 hours later) to rip up floorboards and try to trace it in the pipes, no joy. Andy came out, looked over the situation and made a perfectly acceptable suggestion that didn't involve ripping into the walls or pulling up the tiled bathroom. The lads did the work, cleaned up after themselves and even the bill wasn't as horrendous as I'd thought it might be. They've also always done a really good job on the servicing and the odd emergency call out over the years with friendly efficient and tidy engineers.

The engineer arrived at the time stated, worked confidently and efficiently was very courteous, cleaning everything and taking away all the rubbish we are very pleased with all aspects of the job, from the initial quote to installation.

Tradesmen were professional and friendly. Work carried out to excellent standards. From booking a new boiler to them completing the work has been timely and carried no problems or issues. I will definitely use again....highly recommend.

I have used HEH for the annual gas boiler service for several years and they have always given excellent service. Dylan came this morning (27 August) and his workmanship was first class. I would certainly recommend HEH to anyone looking for peace of mind with their gas installations.

I was told to expect someone between 10:00 and 12:00 and the engineer was at the door by 10:00. He was smartly dressed in a uniform with the company logo showing. The vehicle he arrived in reassured me that he wasn't just a man with a van because the livery on his vehicle made it clear what company he was from so there was no ambiguity. He came into my house ran checks on my boiler fixed the problem very quickly and also provided some information about it so I learned something too! After fixing my boiler he tidied up and left no mess whatsoever. He was cheerful and friendly and a pleasure to meet and charged a reasonable price for the work he had done. I received an invoice electronically and paid by card. Very smooth from start to finish and I have no problem recommending this company to my family and friends - I will definitely use High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd again! :o)

Andy Baxter is excellent. He has given us continued advice during the renovation of our 1950s' house. Always adheres to safety during pandemic. His knowledge and experience have been invaluable. We are so pleased we chose HEH Heating for our heating installation and service contract.
