I have used HEH for many years, always receive a 1st class service. The workers are always courteous, polite and professional. Would never use anyone else, and would definitely recommend them 100 %.

Woke this morning to find boiler had stopped functioning and house cold. Called HEH at 8.40 am who rang straight back after the initial call to confirm an engineer would be there in AM. He arrived less than 2 hours later to check and fix the issue and all heating restored. Excellent.

Our boiler stopped working completely about 2 weeks ago, we could not get a repair through our British Gas policy due to strike. We then were partly scammed by an unreliable company, we were giving up hope until we came across this company through Which? Webpage. They responded immediately and resolved the issue within a few days! Every member of the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Spoke to ladies immediately who managed to get us appointments quickly, excellent communication and service throughout. Special thanks to our engineer Darren who went above and beyond to explain the issue and provided sound advice and most importantly a working boiler! It was lovely to work with a small company that made you feel important as a customer and restored our faith in repair companies. We will use again without a doubt and recommend to anyone who wants what felt like 'old school' respectful service. We are now thinking about replacing our boiler with them which I would do with ultimate confidence! Plus with only a £30 callout/first 1/2hour fee gives confidence. Contacted High Efficiency with regards to a broken boiler. Due to the emergency of the situation they arranged for the replacement boiler to be fitted the next day. Adam and Joe came to fit the boiler found them both to be very friendly, professional, efficient and tidy a job well done. Highly recommend this company and continuing to use them in the future.

Two issues with our central heating and hot water systems caused by a less than positive experience with other Companies were rectified in a professional manner with good advice given and a very friendly manner. I am happy to recommend High Efficiency Heating.

Our old boiler broke down and HEH arranged a quote and installation in a very efficient manner. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, laying down protective floor covers before they started and cleared up every speck of dust afterwards. They explained about the new boiler and how to use the new controls clearly.

Booked HEH to upgrade the heating in my open plan kitchen/diner, which was always cold. Andy (owner) talked us through the pros/cons of the various options in advance & we agreed that a plinth heater (connected to my CH system) was the best option. Dave & George came to install the heater (with Andy popping in to check they knew exactly what to do & how). They could not have been more helpful or accommodating, treating our home as if it was their own & checking that we were happy at every stage. We have used HEH for the last 8 years & would not hesitate to recommend them.

Using High Efficiency followed a recommendation by a friend. Booked annual boiler service as previous person retired so a little dubious. Great service from the initial call through to the end service visit. Text alert to confirm booking and en route. Professional guy attended who was very courteous. Gareth is a credit to the company. Every consideration was taken to be covid compliant. Messaged ahead with ETA and arrived and completed boiler service to agreed schedule. Very informative. Answered all my queries in a way that didn't make me feel stupid and made me feel confident in his advice and expertise. Had a lot of stress recently with a bungled bathroom conversion by another contractor, so was refreshing to deal with someone so competent, with excellent customer service.

Annual boiler service at new property, expected some issues but there were none. Talked through some of the common faults, sorted out the key issue to fill the boiler. Even showed me how to sort out the batteries in the thermostat.

Their engineer was very knowledgeable about these 40 year old boilers. Spent nearly 4 hours on site, as planned. He explained what he had done and the options for further work, which was agreed. Courteous, honest and friendly. Explained the paperwork which needed signing. I have great confidence in their future work. A prompt invoice as well.

I had a new Worcester boiler installed by HEH UK. Although they were very busy they kindly scheduled me in fairly quickly as I had been without heating and hot water for a few weeks. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The job took all day but the lads who carried out the work arrived at specified time and were very professional explaining everything as they went along. The wall that the boiler was fixed to was found to be in disrepair and the lads went above and beyond to repair the area so that I could have my new boiler installed. Aftercare was also excellent - I was contacted to make sure I was happy with the job. Overall I had an excellent experience with HEH UK and would not hesitate to use them again.

From phoning HEH, you get the best efficient service you could want, from price to work being completed. Very smart well mannered lads and office staff. They get on with work and it’s done to a standard, that you wouldn’t know they had been, as an elder person you felt very safe and at ease, whilst they got on with the work. We use them all the time now, a great family firm .

Had to wait for a little as they were busy. However once ordered, the date was fixed they turned up as promised. Work was carried out to a high standard and included removal of old boiler, relocation and installation of new Worcester boiler and smart controls. The fitters Dylan and George were easy to talk to, explained everything well and were happy to answer my questions. They tidied up as they went and went above and beyond to do a complete job. I can now control each radiator manually and individually using an app and can also have one or more schedules. Takes a little bit of getting used to but is good when you get the hang of it. Given that the old system was complex and difficult to access and had a lot of redundant fittings, valves and pumps they did a great job of tidying up and simplifying the system. I would not hesitate to recommend as they are so professional. The company always responds efficiently when needed and even sent a Christmas card.
