I have used this company for many years. I would definitely recommend. They message you before arriving and always arrive when they say they will, if there is a problem (only happened once) they keep you informed. They are always efficient and professional.

Phoned regarding a leak on central heating system. Within the hour the job was done. Very well presented engineer who spoke in none-technical language which I appreciated. Can't speak highly enough of this local,caring company. Wouldn't think of using any other firm.

High Efficiency Heating serviced our gas fire and repaired the starter motor. It subsequently malfunctioned again a few weeks later when they returned promptly and fixed it again. There was no charge for the second visit. Our experiences with all members of staff have been very positive. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to use this company again and will also recommend to our friends and family. Thank you to all concerned.

Have used HEH for the last 5 years, from the boiler check when buying my house in 2016, boiler repairs and a new boiler installation in January 2021. Excellent customer service from the 1st phone call, the boiler quote, the paperwork and to today's installation (thanks Dave and George). Now have a lovely warm and toasty house. From the first enquiry leading to a quotation then boiler installation this company were first class. Professional, efficient, corrects, knowledgable and reliable. HEH replaced the boiler in our old house, and were our first port of call when we moved and in need a of new boiler in a new location as part of a full modernisation. Andy (The Boss) did the survey, confirming it could go where we wanted it, recommended a boiler that could fit into a cupboard, whilst satisfying my inner geek offering a smart thermostat. Also including connecting the gas hob, and decommissioned the gas fire at the same time. The quote was delivered promptly, and was competitive. Deposit paid, and the fitters booked, Dave & George turned up on time, smart, polite, friendly, and with a bit of personality that made it quite enjoyable! Rather than just throw the boiler on the wall, they asked our preference for pipe locations, explaining ways they can do it, to ensure we were happy, nothing was too much trouble. The pipework is neat and tidy (something the wife was concerned about), they explained why pipes were run in certain ways to meet regulations, and the boiler is a vast improvement on the the previous one. It was a long day for the lads and not one complaint. A follow up call from Sharon the next day to check everything was OK. It was straightforward from start to finish, and we're delighted with the boiler and installation, the team are a credit to HEH.

Annual service detected a possible problem and referred immediately to Vaillant so as to be sorted by Christmas. Friendly efficient people and more importantly honest and know their job. Wouldn’t use any other company now

I've used High Efficiency Heating quite a few times and each time they have risen to the occasion ranging from simple (but not for me) problems to the more complex.

Had a smart meter fitted and was informed by the fitter that I had a Gas leak. I always use HEH so phoned immediately , Leanne was so good and booked an appointment for me. Woke this morning to a leaking boiler so rang High Efficiency Heating. They were extremely busy but managed to get an engineer to me to look at the problem. Once the engineer saw the boiler he had it fixed in half an hour giving us our heating and hot water back. Great service and reasonable price. High Efficiency from the call taker to the engineer, can definitely recommend these for your boiler needs.

He knows his business inside out. He has been in the business for 35 yrs. Tells you exactly what needs doing & how much it will cost upfront. Invoices provided for the work carried out. Replacement boiler needed, Andy Baxter surveyed, no fuss, no hard sell, gave options and fully detailed quote for replacing existing boiler and pipe work and explained process of installation, professional on the outset. The two engineers who came and installed are a credit to the company, clean, tidy, polite and considerate to our needs, they were a pleasure to have them working in our home. I had a kitchen heater which was broken and wouldn't spark. The engineer who came, C Rogers, was polite and efficient. He explained all the job to me and even, even though the heater has been condemned, arranged for a replacement to be sorted for me as soon as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my boiler and gas fire servicing.

Had 2 radiators changed and a boiler service. Install team arrived at agreed time, work carried out quickly and cleanly. Service engineer arrived just after install team and carried out full service on boiler. Engineer and install team checked system was working correctly before leaving. Will definitely recommend HEH(UK) LTD and have no problems using them in the future.

I had a radiator fitted in my bathroom. The two people who carried out the job arrived at the specified time and were very professional and friendly. Everything l needed to know was explained to me and all my questions were answered. They cleaned the area when the job was completed and removed all the packaging/rubbish. All radiators were checked to ensure they were working properly. I have used High Efficiency Heating in the past and would definitely use them again in the future.

I've been using HEH for more than 10 years for all my plumbing and heating requirements. Today was my annual boiler service. As usual the customer service is second to none. A text message telling you the engineer is on his way and in today's world the engineer was fully covid safe, with gloves and mask. Service carried out efficiently and to a high standard. This is a family run business and is extremely trustworthy.

An intermittent, loud noise and vibration from the water tank in the loft on running the hot taps from anywhere in the house was investigated by High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd who diagnosed it as a probable faulty ball-cock. It was agreed that a new one would be fitted at a subsequent date. However, a week after the initial investigation there had not been so much as a murmur from the water tank. I spoke to the chap who had come and he explained he had tweaked the ball-cock whilst he was here, and said that so long as the problem does not return there was no need to replace the part. I was not even charged for the initial call-out. I will certainly use this company again no matter how big or small the job. Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend this company. Excellent work at an excellent price - good value from a local company who were far more competitive than the “big boys” ! From the initial quote right through to completion of the work all staff and workmen extremely friendly knowledgeable competent and helpful. Dave and George arrived precisely on time on the day of installation and worked non-stop all day to make sure work was completed to our satisfaction and ensuring everywhere had been put back in place and was tidy. If you’re contemplating having any heating work done give them a go and support our local businesses.

During my annual boiler service it was discovered the heating had a blockage and could breakdown at any time, My service engineer could not do the job but got in touch with High Efficiency. They phoned me the same day with an appointment. Andy Baxter, came a couple of days later. He explained a complete heating system was required. Went away priced the job. Two weeks later two lovely young men came. They worked very hard for the 3 days it took. They were very pleasant, helpful nothing too much trouble. I have mobility problems and am old but treated me with respect, and chatted to me when in the room. I now have lovely new radiators and combi boiler. They put everything back in its place. Even sealed my leaking gutter whilst they had the ladder at the back. It is a lovely Company to deal with and lovely staff.
