One radiator was not getting hot - Andy from HEH came the next day and resolved the problem within 10 minutes. He used PPE and kept socially distanced. Brilliant service, friendly and helpful.

We have used HEH three times now for general servicing and system upgrades. They are reliable, friendly and totally professional. We get a text to say they are on their way and another after they have left to confirm that we are happy with the service. The engineers cover their shoes when they come in and, when they were replacing radiators, covered the carpets with clingfilm. They clean up after themselves so no mess. When they've finished they explain what they've done and make sure you're happy before they leave site. We'd recommend HEH without any hesitation.

We had a problem with our thermostat in the lounge, so my husband called HEH to help us sort it out. Apparently, the thermostat cannot communicate to the boiler and control it so it had to be replaced. It would have cost us hundreds of £ as it hasn't been serviced but our contractor managed to have us signed up for the servicing and this reduced the total bill drastically. Gareth did the job efficiently and quickly, and I myself felt very relieved when it was fixed as I know nothing of the sort. Knowing that I can call them anytime we have any issues with the heating gives me such a sense of relief. We are very happy with the service that they have provided us. Gareth deserves a raise!

From the speedy response to our email query through to the completion of the installation of our new central heating system all HEH staff have been friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Installing a new central heating system to replace a 30 year old boiler, and even older piping and radiators, was not without problems but at all times we felt we were in safe, competent and experienced hands. Andy's initial visit provided us with clear information about what was needed, followed swiftly by a quote and an installation date. Dave and George arrived promptly on the Monday morning and worked solidly throughout the week, helped by Dylan on Tuesday, to get the job done. They kept us informed about their plans each day and identified a room which we could use to keep out of the way. Throughout the week they went the extra mile, making sure they kept the house clear and tidy as they did so. When some issues arose in connecting with the Bosch server at the end of the week Richard arrived quickly to resolve them. No mean feat on a Friday afternoon! We are delighted with our new system and are pleased to know we can keep an ongoing relationship with HEH to maintain our central heating through their 10-10-10 Care plan. Andy visited and assessed numerous boilers for us at different locations, sent a report on the same day and completed the works necessary to avoid costly condensate pipe freezing issues before winter comes. The text messaging service was really helpful as it is a handy reminder of the appointments. Five star service, would highly recommend.

We contacted Andy on Monday and he came the same day to give us a quote. He said he would follow up within the hour with emails outlining the various options open to us. He did exactly that getting back within 45 minutes with a variety of quotes. He said his team would arrive on Saturday between 8-9 and they arrived at 8.05! Fantastic. The team were friendly and hard-working and had installed a new boiler by half-past two including putting in new pipes outside for the gas. We were really impressed and the service is outstanding, for example making it clear if there was anything we did not understand the controls to just ring them. In addition, they cleared up after themselves and took pride in the work they did. I would unreservedly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

There was no heating and hot water. Phoned High-Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd to arrange for an engineer to come round and deal with the problem. As soon as he arrived he got straight on with the job and in no time at all the problem had been found, dealt with and explained. The engineer was a very pleasant man, easy to converse with and it came across that he really knows his job and with a wealth of knowledge and experience. From the first phone call to HEH (UK) LTD to the engineer leaving my home with the problem solved was a very efficient service indeed and would recommend them most highly.

Ours was a big, three-day job. To remove a Baxi back boiler and pump from the living room and water tanks from the loft and airing cupboard, and replace these with a combi boiler in the garage, new radiators and pipework. The new system works wonderfully. It was installed by Dylan Taylor and his colleague Dylan without fuss or mess and when we returned home after the work was completed there was no sign that they had been here except for the lovely new heating system! They were thoroughly professional in every aspect of their work including customer care. Dylan Taylor spent a good hour setting up and clearly explaining how the electronic controls worked. On hearing that a decorator was about to paint our dining room, they even came back the next day to remove a radiator until the painting had been completed. This is a terrific company which has impressed us at every stage with the quality of their work and customer care. We would highly recommend them.

The two engineeers who came to do the job arrived spot on 3.00pm when the window was 3.00 pm to 5.0pm. They never wasted any time, got on with the job in a very professional way. They were very polite and explained explained they had done. The price was the price given to me upon booking the appointment. On top of all that they kept the working area very clean, leaving no mess at all. This is the first time I have used Heh UK Ltd and will use them again next year. Well done and recomended.

Great experience once again with HEH. Quick and courteous call to report a faulty boiler. An engineer arrived, investigated and repaired the problem within an hour. From the beginning to end an exceptional service to replace our old boiler. Upon making first contact the whole organisation proved to be trustworthy and reliable. Andy Baxter, The Boss, came to our home to undertake a survey and to provide us with advice. No bull, just clear information from a man who knows is stuff. Received detailed quotation with options and had no hesitation in proceeding with them. Working in a property built in 1820 cannot be easy with various challenges but Dylan and Dylan worked professionally to get the job done on time. Their attention to detail, workmanship and helpfulness could not be faulted. Constantly communicated with my wife and myself and left our home each day clean and tidy and also with an update on the days progress. We required a new central heating boiler, a major cost and there are so many services available to choose from, but which option do you take? I gained an alternate quote, unknown to HEH then called the company to discuss our needs. Andy, the boss came out within a couple of days And we discussed the situation. He knew what was required and advised we did not need what I was previously advised by another heating company. He had great knowledge and after this a fitment date was arranged. All went according to plan and Dylan and George who attended, could not have conducted the job better. Complete installation completed as planned (we now have heating and hot water) Both engineers knew their stuff, fitted the new boiler and pipework to an exacting standard. All I can say, as an expensive purchase such as this, you want to make sure you appoint the right company. Without doubt! this is the company you need to use. 5 star!

We contacted HEH as our boiler had broken. They came out with a couple of hours of calling them and advised we needed a new boiler. The boss of the company came out to give us a quote and today we had our boiler fitted. The two lads that did the work were professional and efficient. The engineers are always on time, they send you a text when they are near. Always friendly and explained exactly what the issue is and options to fix in a manner I could understand, we had radiators that had stopped working and needed some repiping. Really happy with the service thank you.

My boiler packed up during the Covid-19 crisis, but HEHUK came along and fitted a new boiler doing a superb job and leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I can't praise them enough they worked so hard under extreme circumstances, having to distance themselves, and were extremely courteous and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending HEHUK.

I can honestly say, hand on heart we are so happy with our new Combi boiler and Central Heating system. I wasn't home when the surveyor came to review our property but my husband tells me it was the owner of the company, Andy who conducted a thorough inspection and answered all the questions he raised. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable, fully explaining what the job would entail. There was no sales push or any urgency to agree to anything and my husband felt totally relaxed. I used HEH LTD 12 months ago to come and install a new boiler in my home- the fitters were very friendly and courteous- made no mess whatsoever and were a pleasure to deal with. Just had my boilers 1st service & once again cannot fault the engineer that came, Gareth was great - would definitely recommend this company, always been helpful from the very 1st enquiry, from the office staff through to those that come out, all have been wonderful.

High Efficiency Heating has conducted the annual service on my Worcester Bosch boiler for the last three years. They send a text and a letter to remind you that the service is due, prompting you to arrange an engineer visit. Once arranged, they send a confirmation text with the agreed date and time: on the day, they send a text ahead of the engineer’s arrival, with the option to rearrange, in case circumstances have changed. The visiting engineers are friendly, whilst getting on with the job, and always leave with a “any problems, give us a call”. They live up to their name; efficient and friendly with excellent pre and post-visit communications.

I have had a great service from HEH company! I have my Honeywell thermostat fitted recently by Richard Perrins. I am very happy with my heating control now. I have a boiler service today by Thomas Hughes. I am very impressed with their work and efficiency !Everybody is friendly and professional in this company. They fitted a new heating boiler and updated valves on several radiators. The work was completed in a single day as agreed at an initial meeting with the manager They came at the time agreed, covered all non working areas and tidied and moved furniture back into place when the jobs were completed. They were helpful and polite throughout and returned the following day to answer questions about the most effective use of the thermostat. Their workmanship was excellent.

The manufacturer of our central heating boiler recommended that we fit a filter in the gas supply pipe, to prevent a build-up of dirt in the boiler. HEH provided a quote within a day then arranged a convenient time for the filter to be fitted. The engineer arrived at the appointed time and completed the work very efficiently. He was friendly and pleasant, and took the trouble to explain exactly what had been done as well as how the filter would be cleaned during the annual service.

Gareth, the heating engineer, was prompt to arrive and quick to fix the problem with our radiator. He did a fantastic job and is extremely knowledgeable about the variety of heating solutions we could go for to gain some heating balance within our household. I would totally recommend High Efficiency Heating, all their staff are fantastic - extremely approachable, no question is too ridiculous! The whole process is brilliant too, from booking an appointment, to text reminders, through to completion of the job. Can’t recommend them enough.

We have been customers of HEH for many years. Andy and his team of engineers are always professional, courteous and helpful. We had an unforeseen problem with our boiler over New Year and Andy personally made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible despite the company technically being closed for the holiday period. This review is based on the time from the original quote to a few days after the job was completed. My old boiler was on it's last legs, and i could only get a few hours out of it a day. It was grim at times due to lack of heat (in December). Contacted HEH, and they came round and gave me a quote, and also spotted a couple of other problems (one radiator needed replacing due to corrosion). They pushed the job through for me due to circumstances in my house (ie near lack of heating in winter), at a busy time of the year. They fitted the (Worcester) boiler and changed the radiator, and did a really clean and tidy job. Both in terms of work on the boiler (and some external piping work for the boiler), and in terms of the state of my house when they left. You could tell the lads took pride in their work.

I cannot speak highly enough of High Efficiency Heating. I had been left in the lurch by a builder who walked off the job and left me with no heating in my new build house, despite having been paid for it. HEH was recommended to me by a friend, and after the owner, Andy Baxter himself came out to look at the problem I had been left with, I promptly received a written quote, and a time frame to finish the work. The job was far from straightforward as some pipework had already been installed incorrectly by the builder. When HEH came to pressurize the system to test it, there were leaks all over the place, where the builder had not fitted the joints properly. As a result, the plasterboard ceilings were ruined, and had to be taken down to find, and then access the leaking joints. HEH fixed all the leaks, and got my heating system working, so that I could at least move in. Since the initial work, whenever i've needed advice on operating the heating controls, their Technical Manager Richard Perrins has called round and helped me out every time - not once has it been too much trouble for him. High Efficiency have shown how a proper company operates - the level of aftercare and customer service I've received, has been outstanding, and a real breath of fresh air. I just wanted to say I am very pleased with the quick and professional service I received from HEH UK Ltd. From the very courteous people who take your initial call to the very professional heating engineer that came to see us. We had Gareth who was very knowledgeable and efficient in the service he provided. He seemed to know straight away what was the issue with our Worcester boiler. Even though our boiler is now in its twilight years I never felt I was being pressured into buying another boiler. Instead he offered his opinion on what could be done and left it with us to make the decision. In the end we chose his suggested fix and he came a couple of days later to do the work. Currently the repair has fixed our boiler issue and we are back to having a fully working central heating system. Just hope it keeps us going for at least another few years. When it does finally die I won’t feed any need to look elsewhere and I will be happy to go with this local firm I now know I can trust. Thanks to all the team.

After my enquiry and request for a quotation for a full replacement CH system was ignored by two other "rated" heating companies, I found a 2-page advert for HEH UK Ltd in a local magazine. On filling in the HEH online enquiry form, I received a call back within 1 minute! It was arranged for their technical support manager to call the following morning to do a survey. The quote was completed and sent to me at the end of that survey. Text messages were received every day (over 3 day installation) to tell me when the engineer would be arriving. The work to remove the old system and install new system was carried out efficiently and methodically. I will have no hesitation in recommending HEH to any relative/friend or neighbour who required work doing on their heating systems or require a replacement boiler.
