I have used HEH for over 14 years now and would always use them for any plumbing and boiler work. I contacted HEH about moving my existing combi boiler from one wall to another in the kitchen, they did a brilliant job and the pipe work was clean and laid in nice lines. Communication with the office was also easy and they did the work as agreed.

As the previous house owner was a customer for years, I decided to stick with them. I asked them to remove the old gas fire and back boiler so I could get the fireplace removed and the area prepared for a different fire. Andy 'The Boss' came out to assess the job and told me he'd also return to advise on the replacement (I was hoping to use a gas fired 'wood burner' stove, I'd brought with me), once I'd had the fireplace removed. On the day, the guys not only removed the fire and boiler but said, as they'd done it so quickly, they'd get the fireplace out too. All done very quickly, efficiently and cleanly! They've taken photos of the area and made suggestions on what can be done so I can install my stove, as the current space isn't quite big enough. The fire and boiler have been taken away and the fireplace and rubble, neatly stacked outside. Masks were also part of their uniform! Super impressed with this company.

Developed leak in boiler. Telephone call to HEH out of hours engineer who gave us good advice and arranged visit next morning. Arrived as promised and replaced part efficiently. Impressed with HEH Covid arrangements despite the government’s relaxation on masks etc. Given our experience we would recommend HEH.

We have been using HEH now for several years and have always been happy with their work. This job was boxing in some radiator pipes in our living room. The job was done to a high spec and the room was left clean. They also serviced our boiler. I always recommend HEH whenever the opportunity arises.

Dave and Liam did a great job of fitting and relocating a new radiator. Cleaning as they worked. Knew exactly what was needed, very professional and friendly. Andy Baxter is excellent. He has given us continued advice during the renovation of our 1950s' house. Always adheres to safety during pandemic. His knowledge and experience have been invaluable. We are so pleased we chose HEH Heating for our heating installation and service contract.

I was told to expect someone between 10:00 and 12:00 and the engineer was at the door by 10:00. He was smartly dressed in a uniform with the company logo showing. The vehicle he arrived in reassured me that he wasn't just a man with a van because the livery on his vehicle made it clear what company he was from so there was no ambiguity. He came into my house ran checks on my boiler fixed the problem very quickly and also provided some information about it so I learned something too! After fixing my boiler he tidied up and left no mess whatsoever. He was cheerful and friendly and a pleasure to meet and charged a reasonable price for the work he had done. I received an invoice electronically and paid by card. Very smooth from start to finish and I have no problem recommending this company to my family and friends - I will definitely use High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd again! :o)

I have used HEH for the annual gas boiler service for several years and they have always given excellent service. Dylan came this morning (27 August) and his workmanship was first class. I would certainly recommend HEH to anyone looking for peace of mind with their gas installations.

Tradesmen were professional and friendly. Work carried out to excellent standards. From booking a new boiler to them completing the work has been timely and carried no problems or issues. I will definitely use again....highly recommend.

The engineer arrived at the time stated, worked confidently and efficiently was very courteous, cleaning everything and taking away all the rubbish we are very pleased with all aspects of the job, from the initial quote to installation.

HEH fitted my boiler and have serviced it for the past 14 years. this week my energy provider changed the meter and condemned the gas supply with a leak, so I had no heat, hot water, or gas hob. I rang HEH and two engineers were out within a couple of hours, checked all the appliances but were unable to find the leak. Came back today (36 hours later) to rip up floorboards and try to trace it in the pipes, no joy. Andy came out, looked over the situation and made a perfectly acceptable suggestion that didn't involve ripping into the walls or pulling up the tiled bathroom. The lads did the work, cleaned up after themselves and even the bill wasn't as horrendous as I'd thought it might be. They've also always done a really good job on the servicing and the odd emergency call out over the years with friendly efficient and tidy engineers.

Appointment was easy to do, communication from HEH was excellent. I knew exactly when the engineer would arrive. Regular texts to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the agreed time answered all my questions, provided information at the end of the service and left the area clean and tidy Great job

Had new combi boiler installed and existing boiler and tanks removed. From initial advice and quote to completion, the service was excellent. Arrived on time and all work was carried out extremely efficiently. Would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

I called at 5 pm with a problem relating to my radiator valves installed by HEH. I was put on to the engineer who said batteries needed changing and said he would come the following day. He did and he brought new batteries, changed them, showed me how to do next time, sent me a U Tube link to help me next time and left. No charge, not even for the batteries. Just excellent, immediate, high-quality service as usual.

From start to finish the servicing of our boiler and open fire was done to excellent standard by Dave. We were also informed by text when the engineer was on the way. Dave explained what I require for my open fire and possible options. Another appointment was arranged for me to see Andy who will assess my open fire requirement personally for possible options. After servicing, Dave tidied up and kept my front room clean. Also the cost was reasonable too. I will definitely use HEH for my future servicing.

We have just had a new boiler installed by Dave and Liam from HEH. Right from the initial enquiry, the survey and quote through to the installation. Liam and Dave from HEH came round to modify our existing heating system and install a new boiler, all new radiators and remove an old gas fire. We gave them a key and left them to do the work whilst we went to work at the office. They did a fantastic job, always pleasant and happy to help. They kept everything clean and tidied up after every day. They even collected our amazon orders when they arrived and let the electrician in to do other work when he came round also. Really happy with the end result (heat and hot water!) and the price was very good. Have already recommended them to my father in law and would recommend to anyone. Will get them back to install a plinth heater in the near future!

Had boiler installed 11 months ago. Had issue which turned out to be unrelated to boiler but an engineer was scheduled to attend within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for boiler installation or after sales service. Friendly professional, experienced company

First used HEH 8 years ago when we had a full central heating system fitted. Dust coverings were put down before the start of any work. Removal of the old system including the large water tank from the loft which was in itself a difficult job. After leaving them with all brewing info we went out and left them to it. Returning 4/5 later the team were just removing the dust covers. You would never know they had fitted a new heating system very room was spotless . HEH have carried out an annual service over the last 7 years and again been first class. We have recommended HEH to family /neighbours and friends all have had the same First class service. We would like to thank Andy & Sharon Baxter & all their team for all the work they have carried out for us.

High Efficiency Heating (UK) Ltd fitted a fire surround and gas fire in my lounge yesterday. The engineers arrived on time and worked hard all day. They were very clean and tidied up on completion. They completed the work to a high standard and plastered the chimney breast to a smooth and professional finish. Andy and his lads were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. The only problem was the lights on the fire surround were faulty which was my fault as I supplied my own fire surround and lights. Even though the problem was not their fault, they agreed to come back and fit the lights when they had been replaced by the company I purchased the fire surround from. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I had my old back boiler and radiators replaced by HEH. Very professional company, neat and tidy job to the highest standards, excellent customer service. Any teething problems dealt with immediately. Job carried out as per agreed schedule and budget. Dave, Liam and George done a great job without making any mess. Installed new Combi Boiler, work kept to schedule and budget. Care was taken in the home to create minimum mess and work finished off neatly, taking into consideration the look of the house. Eg, replacement bricks, pipes, etc match existing colours. Everything was explained to me, the engineers were very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service. 👍

They provide a comprehensive and very caring service from beginning to end. The initial visit was to advise and quote on the removal of my original ancient gas fire and fireplace. They also were there to discuss my requirements for the replacement fire and recommend options. After removal, there was a follow up visit to confirm my chosen replacement was suitable. Further visits were to prepare the opening for the new fire and the final visit was to fit the fire. They've recently provided remote control for my central heating and serviced the boiler. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable.

We've been using this company for 30 years & have always found them to be very responsive in an emergency, Plus they always turn up on time for planned works & boiler services. 13 years ago a new radiator they'd installed for us failed because it's an old house & the pipes were corroded. They identified the problem straight away. They dug up the concrete flooring, re-laid the pipes & floor, and supplied us with a much better quality radiator than we had before!

When we moved in four years ago H.E.H helped to rectify our heating system we inherited. It soon became obvious a new boiler would be required to be more efficient. We approached H.E.H for advice and a subsequent quote. The job was completed early September with minimal disruption by Dylan and Dylan who were excellent. However, during November we were losing pressure and had to repressurise every 3/4 days. After phoning H.E.H. they soon realised we had a leak. Once again The two Dylan’s located the leak on old existing pipework and repaired accordingly. We now have an efficient system working perfectly. We cannot praise this company enough and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation

We had a problem with our old boiler two weeks before Christmas, not an ideal time. HEH, who we've used for over twenty years came out to assess the boiler which was beyond economical repair. We managed to get the boiler replaced at a good price by efficient, friendly engineers who not only cleaned everything up after their selves but also took the time to explain the operations of the new boiler, and all before Christmas.

Today I had my new Bosch boiler fitted by HEH UK LTD. It was a big job taking a old boiler from a back bedroom to a new boiler being fitted downstairs. The work meant a lot of floorboards had to come up and lots of piping re-routed but none of this seemed to bother Dave or Liam the two Gas engineers. It was a 2 day job, after day one we had no heating but we knew this was going to happen but they gave us heaters to use overnight the next day they arrived on time again, after a quick chat they got hard at it. They both worked great as a team and by 3 pm everything was completed. I was amazed at how everything looked normal again, floorboards all laid correctly and they even hovered up after themselves. I couldn’t fault their workmanship and will be passing on the company name to anyone who asks me do I know any plumbers. Outstanding work and my wife and I would like to say a big thank you.

First snow of 2022 and our boiler packs up, but not before flooding the cupboard where it resides. We have HomeCare with British Gas, but that proved to be completely useless with no appointment for over 72 hours. We rang HEH out of desperation and with low expectations, but the whole experience was a complete breath of fresh air. The staff manning the phones were delightful, empathetic and professional. They explained they had no availability today (hardly a surprise), but they would put us on a waitlist in case they had a cancellation later in the day. We were pleasantly surprised (actually “astonished” would be a better description) when the phone rang and were told that they could get to us around 5pm. True to their word, the engineer arrived and had us up and running again in less than 30 mins. I cannot praise HEH enough and we’re extremely grateful that they sorted us out in such a timely manner. I was having trouble with my gas fire and contacted High Efficiency Heating. They came and found the problem and thoroughly serviced it and left me with a working fire. The engineer was very helpful and explained everything to me and I am completely satisfied.

I've been putting off looking at a new boiler for many years, my old Worcester 24SI II was on its last legs. Found HEH through Worcester recommended installers. Turned up to quote on time, quoted quickly, price was good. Turned up to install on time, fitted a new Greenstar 4000 in a day, and replaced two radiators and did a stealthy condensate pipe route leaving only minimal pipe exposed to the outdoors. Guys were great, clean and tidy, and they went the extra mile on super neat routing of the new copper pipes. They were also very fast to respond to my initial queries and post-install queries. Ten out of ten. Great follow-up calls from the office too. Very impressed would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again.

I have been with HEH since 2013 when they installed a new boiler for me. Since then it has been serviced regularly along with my gas fire, apart from during the lockdown. I haven’t had to call them very often but when I have someone has come out promptly and fixed the problem. They are totally reliable and being on my own it has given me peace of mind about the boiler and heating. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough and when you call and Sharon, the owner's wife answers, her lovely friendly voice assure you you are in the right hands!!!!!

Rang at 4:15pm engineer was on the doorstep at 4:30pm job done and dusted by 4:45pm fantastic service as always can't fault this company on anything.

Boiler service efficient as always (installed boiler originally 12 years ago). Text before arrival, knowledgeable engineer arrived promptly, good future advice given but thankfully not with a sales pitch manner. Cleaned up and i was able to pay contactless immediately. Good service.

Just had our boiler service with a local company High Efficiency Heating. The young man who carried out the service was very polite and helpful asking if we had any problems with our boiler. After carrying out the service, leaving no mess and replacing everything back as it was, we are very impressed with this excellent company.

I (and other members of my family) have service agreement with this firm They are efficient, utterly reliable and the whole team, office staff and engineers are very helpful, friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. On this occasion, after telling them that I have serious health issues - they pulled out all the stops

First service on the boiler since installation last year. What should have been relatively easy, was in fact impeded by the kitchen fitters installing the cupboard over the boiler, inadvertently preventing the cover being removed. I was at work, and the wife called to inform me. A dash home to meet the engineer, who pointed out the offending area. 2 minutes later I was brandishing a saw and removing the offending part of the cupboard. The engineer was patient, polite, and friendly as always. Any future services should be plain sailing. Pleasing to see the engineer didn't just pack up and leave, nor did they go chopping bits of the kitchen apart. Handled an unexpected problem well.

We had a new boiler installed for the agreed price and on agreed date. Can't fault anything, the lads were on time, really polite, really tidy and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

The work we had done was the installation of eight radiators. It was done to the agreed schedule and actually finished a little earlier than anticipated and was done to the agreed budget. We found HEH UK Ltd very competitive and extremely good value for money. They stood out for us because they were very easy to deal with and the service they provided efficient and streamlined. Our first impressions of them were of a professional outfit who appeared to be good at what they do, and we were not wrong. They were extremely helpful at all times, George the installer and his colleagues went above and beyond in their work and are a credit to the company, we would not hesitate using them at all in the future.
