We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

We had a small problem with a radiator, from speaking on the phone to make an appointment the service was excellent. They sorted the problem out very efficiently 15 minutes after they arrived, the engineer was very friendly and helpful. Superb service, thanks alot HEH.

Both fitters were very helpful, left me in no doubt that they knew exactly what they were doing. They did a fantastic job, were absolutely no bother all day and even wanted to clear up afterwards. The company HEH came to quote the job the same morning I rang and boiler was fitted 2 days later! A little bit more expensive than some companies, but a very good experience.

From our first survey to the completed job, the service has been second to none. Good contact and all queries answered clearly. The guys who fitted our boiler today were extremely professional and personable and who worked hard to complete the job . All aspects of our new boiler and wireless controls were clearly explained and we are reassured that we can call HEH at anytime if needed. Woke up to no hot water or heating.we have 2 boilers as our house is on 3 levels . Being a Sunday and a very cold one I didn't think I would have much chance of anybody coming out to us. Extremely impressed from the initial enquiry to completing the job. This company supplied and fitted a new gas boiler and radiators. They were extremely helpful, quick and professional. They got things done very quickly causing least disruption as was possible. Special mention must go to Dave and Harry who fitted the boiler and radiators. I called HEH to ask for assistance with a boiler fault, they diagnosed the problem immediately from my description over the phone. They arranged for an engineer to call the following day with parts. Engineer (Andy) arrived at the allotted time, described fully the solution and fixed the problem, he provided sound advice to ensure future reliability of the boiler, no pushy after sales, no mess, no fuss, just excellent service at a very reasonable price. Throughout HEH kept me informed by txt when to expect their engineer and everything went just as they has discussed at the time of the first call, very efficient process throughout from first call to resolving the problem, great people to do business with, would highly recommend, thanks to all at HEH

HEH installed our boiler 6 years ago and have serviced it since then. We had a problem with the pressure dropping, they were able to come out at a time suitable for us and within a few days of us calling them. The engineer was friendly, polite and professional. He gave us advice on the current job and also on work we have planned in the coming months. He left everything spotless as well. All aspects of this company are highly professional, from the initial contacts by me. The survey with all aspects and product details discussed with pros and cons in relation to our property and requirements. The initial start date had to be changed due to wife's ill health. The company could not be more helpful & understanding, re-arranging a date to suit us. The 2 fitters arrived on time, were polite and helpful carrying out the work with minimal mess & noise. They cleared up after completion and putting kitchen white goods back in place. The work was carried out quickly and within day time scale. Well done to all. Will recommend as a really great company.

We had our new boiler about four years ago now and they were friendly, punctual and did a good job. We had the boiler out on finance which is good when you suddenly need a new one close to Christmas. We have had no hassle from finance company and payments are never messed up, we ha e the boiler services every year by friendly efficient staff. They keep you updated by text as well as to when they are on their way and who will be turning up ... good bunch of people who want you to have no issues.

After having no heating or hot water I rang heh who sent a engineer out and tried to get it going he called another engineer who turned up within 15 minutes and found the problem being the pump. I always use heh and highly recommend this company no rip off fees and no adding parts you don’t need truly honest company.

This was the first time I had used High Efficiency Heating. I needed a boiler servicing so called in to their office in Ashton under Lyne and arranged for a service engineer to call. On the day of the service, I received a text to say that the engineer would be with me at the arranged time and he duly turned up within 5 minutes of that time. He carried out the service efficiently, explaining to me what he was checking and why. I received a form to explain the service and printouts of the boilers efficiency and he left. No mess at all was left.

We called the company on a Tuesday about getting a replacement gas fire. Someone came to our house with a catalogue and to have a look at the set-up on Thursday, and on the Monday - 6 days after we first contacted the company. They came and installed the new fire! I recently had a gas leak, near to a gas fire in the lounge, which involved the Emergency gas service coming to my home and having to cut off my supply. I contacted HEH who attended the same day and isolated the feed concerned so that gas could be restored to my boiler. They then arranged for a follow up visit so that the exact source a of the leak could be identified and repaired. The speed and quality of the service was superb.

HEH have fitted a new heating system (pressurised, unvented boiler) to our house last year and I can’t praise the company enough! From the pre-installation service over the quality of fitting & work (attention to detail) to the aftersale/customer service. We are very happy. They always go the extra mile to help you out, explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. The response is very quick and you get a text message confirmation as soon as one of their engineers is on the way to you. I would recommend HEH to anyone needing a new boiler, boiler service or anything else related to heating and plumbing (e.g. we also have them fitting new radiators whenever we do up a room in the house and need a professional, precise and neat job done)
