Had new combi boiler installed and existing boiler and tanks removed. From initial advice and quote to completion, the service was excellent. Arrived on time and all work was carried out extremely efficiently. Would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

Appointment was easy to do, communication from HEH was excellent. I knew exactly when the engineer would arrive. Regular texts to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the agreed time answered all my questions, provided information at the end of the service and left the area clean and tidy Great job

HEH fitted my boiler and have serviced it for the past 14 years. this week my energy provider changed the meter and condemned the gas supply with a leak, so I had no heat, hot water, or gas hob. I rang HEH and two engineers were out within a couple of hours, checked all the appliances but were unable to find the leak. Came back today (36 hours later) to rip up floorboards and try to trace it in the pipes, no joy. Andy came out, looked over the situation and made a perfectly acceptable suggestion that didn't involve ripping into the walls or pulling up the tiled bathroom. The lads did the work, cleaned up after themselves and even the bill wasn't as horrendous as I'd thought it might be. They've also always done a really good job on the servicing and the odd emergency call out over the years with friendly efficient and tidy engineers.

The engineer arrived at the time stated, worked confidently and efficiently was very courteous, cleaning everything and taking away all the rubbish we are very pleased with all aspects of the job, from the initial quote to installation.

Tradesmen were professional and friendly. Work carried out to excellent standards. From booking a new boiler to them completing the work has been timely and carried no problems or issues. I will definitely use again....highly recommend.

I have used HEH for the annual gas boiler service for several years and they have always given excellent service. Dylan came this morning (27 August) and his workmanship was first class. I would certainly recommend HEH to anyone looking for peace of mind with their gas installations.

I was told to expect someone between 10:00 and 12:00 and the engineer was at the door by 10:00. He was smartly dressed in a uniform with the company logo showing. The vehicle he arrived in reassured me that he wasn't just a man with a van because the livery on his vehicle made it clear what company he was from so there was no ambiguity. He came into my house ran checks on my boiler fixed the problem very quickly and also provided some information about it so I learned something too! After fixing my boiler he tidied up and left no mess whatsoever. He was cheerful and friendly and a pleasure to meet and charged a reasonable price for the work he had done. I received an invoice electronically and paid by card. Very smooth from start to finish and I have no problem recommending this company to my family and friends - I will definitely use High Efficiency Heating UK Ltd again! :o)

Andy Baxter is excellent. He has given us continued advice during the renovation of our 1950s' house. Always adheres to safety during pandemic. His knowledge and experience have been invaluable. We are so pleased we chose HEH Heating for our heating installation and service contract.

Dave and Liam did a great job of fitting and relocating a new radiator. Cleaning as they worked. Knew exactly what was needed, very professional and friendly. HEH have been looking after our heating system for around a decade now and we've had nothing but excellent service from them. Their customer care is second to none.

We have been using HEH now for several years and have always been happy with their work. This job was boxing in some radiator pipes in our living room. The job was done to a high spec and the room was left clean. They also serviced our boiler. I always recommend HEH whenever the opportunity arises.

Developed leak in boiler. Telephone call to HEH out of hours engineer who gave us good advice and arranged visit next morning. Arrived as promised and replaced part efficiently. Impressed with HEH Covid arrangements despite the government’s relaxation on masks etc. Given our experience we would recommend HEH.

As the previous house owner was a customer for years, I decided to stick with them. I asked them to remove the old gas fire and back boiler so I could get the fireplace removed and the area prepared for a different fire. Andy 'The Boss' came out to assess the job and told me he'd also return to advise on the replacement (I was hoping to use a gas fired 'wood burner' stove, I'd brought with me), once I'd had the fireplace removed. On the day, the guys not only removed the fire and boiler but said, as they'd done it so quickly, they'd get the fireplace out too. All done very quickly, efficiently and cleanly! They've taken photos of the area and made suggestions on what can be done so I can install my stove, as the current space isn't quite big enough. The fire and boiler have been taken away and the fireplace and rubble, neatly stacked outside. Masks were also part of their uniform! Super impressed with this company.

I have used HEH for over 14 years now and would always use them for any plumbing and boiler work. I contacted HEH about moving my existing combi boiler from one wall to another in the kitchen, they did a brilliant job and the pipe work was clean and laid in nice lines. Communication with the office was also easy and they did the work as agreed.

The two gentlemen Dilan and George who carried the job were professional during the whole day when they were working. They were very courteous and polite and pleasant. They left the place clean and tidy after finishing the job. We were very impressed with their workmanship. Dilan was very patient when setting the system on the mobile phone, which was causing a lot of issues in allowing to download the apps. He fixed the problem patiently and never showed any disgruntling. We are very satisfied and would recommend High-Efficiency heating to our friends and family without any hesitation

HEH installed my new boiler 7 years ago to a high standard. Since then they have serviced it every year. Their communication to punctuality is excellent.

Have just had my annual boiler and fire service by HEH (UK) Ltd and as always really pleased with service. As always very professional and the lad did a brilliant job. My fire was cleaned thoroughly so it looks like new. The boiler also was checked thoroughly and as always I feel that I can totally trust HEH to do a brilliant job. Also their punctuality is impeccable and you even receive a text to let you know the engineer is on their way.

We had a new boiler installed this week. The fitters arrived on time on the given date and completed the work within the day. All the work was carried out efficiently, Dave and his colleague were pleasant and very polite. Explained how the new boiler and remote thermostat worked. My wife and I completely satisfied with how the work was carried out. I would definitely recommend this company. The office staff are also very efficient and knowledgeable.

We had a new boiler installed this week. We agreed the quotation three months ago and given a start date of the 10th May (our choice). The fitters arrived on that date and completed the work within the given three days. All the work was done with almost no disruption. The fitters were pleasant and courteous and cleaned up at the finish. I would definitely recommend this company and have done so to family and friends. I have also found this company very approachable when speaking to the office.

I was let down badly by my usual gas servicer when my boiler failed over the bank holiday. One call to HEH solved all my problems. An engineer (Chevvy) called the next morning + diagnosed the problem. The company sourced a new fan + it was fitted (by Gareth) the next day which fixed the problem. Customer service and advice was faultless. I recommend them highly.

Excellent service and perfect job, arrived on time, text message sent to say they were on their way. The team of Dave and George were excellent. Polite young man clean workers and easy to communicate with. Quality of the work appears to be excellent system is working perfectly and to be honest you wouldn’t have known they were here. Excellent service from ordering to booking the team to take out my fires to replacing them with new ones. The team will make sure you are safe at all times wearing their masks. HEH services my boiler today. Their engineer arrived in the 2 hour slot agreed wearing a mask. Was pleasant & efficiently carried out our service & advised a new pressure gauge was required but was covered under our plan. Within 1/2 hour they had phoned to say the part had been ordered & they will contact to arrange fitting once received. As always excellent service.

We were really impressed with the initial communication, giving us lots of clear notice of when the job would be done. Text messages to advise when the engineers were en route. The 2 engineers who carried out the work were friendly, smartly presented, wore face masks and laid dust sheets prior to starting the work. The work was carried out efficiently in a smart and tidy manner. Once the work was finished we were given a thorough explanation of the new system including help with setting up the apps on our phones. We can highly recommend HEH if anyone is considering similar work!

I've been a customer of HEH for a very long time, I can honestly say Andy and Sharron and their team are brilliant at what they do. Over the years I've had some breakdowns on my boiler, some at weekends and some in the evenings, Andy never makes me feel like that's a problem. The standard of work is always top quality, I know Andy wouldn't put up with anything less. I've just had my yearly boiler service, what a really nice lad who came, friendly and efficient, he spotted a problem and put it right. Thank you for the usual brilliant service.

Woke this morning to find boiler had stopped functioning and house cold. Called HEH at 8.40 am who rang straight back after the initial call to confirm an engineer would be there in AM. He arrived less than 2 hours later to check and fix the issue and all heating restored. Excellent.

Our boiler stopped working completely about 2 weeks ago, we could not get a repair through our British Gas policy due to strike. We then were partly scammed by an unreliable company, we were giving up hope until we came across this company through Which? Webpage. They responded immediately and resolved the issue within a few days! Every member of the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Spoke to ladies immediately who managed to get us appointments quickly, excellent communication and service throughout. Special thanks to our engineer Darren who went above and beyond to explain the issue and provided sound advice and most importantly a working boiler! It was lovely to work with a small company that made you feel important as a customer and restored our faith in repair companies. We will use again without a doubt and recommend to anyone who wants what felt like 'old school' respectful service. We are now thinking about replacing our boiler with them which I would do with ultimate confidence! Plus with only a £30 callout/first 1/2hour fee gives confidence. Contacted High Efficiency with regards to a broken boiler. Due to the emergency of the situation they arranged for the replacement boiler to be fitted the next day. Adam and Joe came to fit the boiler found them both to be very friendly, professional, efficient and tidy a job well done. Highly recommend this company and continuing to use them in the future.

Two issues with our central heating and hot water systems caused by a less than positive experience with other Companies were rectified in a professional manner with good advice given and a very friendly manner. I am happy to recommend High Efficiency Heating.

Our old boiler broke down and HEH arranged a quote and installation in a very efficient manner. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, laying down protective floor covers before they started and cleared up every speck of dust afterwards. They explained about the new boiler and how to use the new controls clearly.

Booked HEH to upgrade the heating in my open plan kitchen/diner, which was always cold. Andy (owner) talked us through the pros/cons of the various options in advance & we agreed that a plinth heater (connected to my CH system) was the best option. Dave & George came to install the heater (with Andy popping in to check they knew exactly what to do & how). They could not have been more helpful or accommodating, treating our home as if it was their own & checking that we were happy at every stage. We have used HEH for the last 8 years & would not hesitate to recommend them.

Using High Efficiency followed a recommendation by a friend. Booked annual boiler service as previous person retired so a little dubious. Great service from the initial call through to the end service visit. Text alert to confirm booking and en route. Professional guy attended who was very courteous. Gareth is a credit to the company. Every consideration was taken to be covid compliant. Messaged ahead with ETA and arrived and completed boiler service to agreed schedule. Very informative. Answered all my queries in a way that didn't make me feel stupid and made me feel confident in his advice and expertise. Had a lot of stress recently with a bungled bathroom conversion by another contractor, so was refreshing to deal with someone so competent, with excellent customer service.
