The team from ‘High Efficiency Heating’ have been fantastic from start to finish. We initially booked them to complete a service for our two boilers, which soon turned into a boiler replacement job! Everything from booking the appointment, to arranging finance, through to job completion has been fantastic. Not only are the team knowledgable of their trade, they are all friendly, work to a high standard, clean up after themselves amazingly, and are extremely flexible. As we work from home, and struggled to rearrange some meetings, they worked around us really considerately. They even completed some decorating around the boiler pipework! They just went above and beyond, I can’t recommend them enough. We engaged High Efficiency Heating to completely rip out our old heating and water system and replace with a new one. Richard's advice on what was needed for the size and age of the property and where we should spend money and where we didn't need to, was spot on. This made it a no-brainer to choose them to carry out the work. On the install, Dylan was very professional indeed and his team completed this complex job exactly in the time frame stated and under pressure of the other trades working around them. The new system is a work of art! The team's communication and accommodation to changes in timings due to other work going on the house really stood out too. We now have a state-of-the-art heating and water system in our old house, complete with underfloor heating in places and everything is fully controllable from the internet and a central screen. I would thoroughly recommend High Efficiency Heating to anyone looking for a professional and competent company to see to their heating needs. Great company from quoting to installation couldn't ask for better. Had several quotes elsewhere but went with HEH due to their knowledge and professionalism. They guided me on best product choice and even discovered our water pressure wasn't enough and how/where to get it sorted even what pressures should be. No one else even checked! The installers were superb had new boiler and radiator fitted, minor leak on radiator after fitting but true to their word were over straight away to sort it. Nothing too much trouble a truly great company. I would recommend them to everyone.

Once again Gareth did an excellent job on the annual service of my gas boiler, he found that there was a problem with the circuit board which had worried me for a while and advised me of how to cope with the problem so that I would not have to spend money unnecessarily on remedial work. This has saved me a lot of money. Should the problem become serious, I would certainly have Gareth back to do the work.

Have been with HEH for 8 years and have always been pleased with everything they have done. Their employees are pleasant and efficient and always willing to help in anyway they can. We have a heating plan with them and and they always replace any parts that require doing they always seem to give priority to the heating plan customers and and never quibble about anything that needs doing. I always get my boiler serviced every year. I receive a letter reminding me of my service and give me a price. When I contact to arrange a service it's always at my convenience. I get a text message prior to the visit to let me know who is on their way, and the engineer is always professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. I have had other work done by HEH and can't fault them.

From Andy visiting our home to provide a new boiler quote, to installation by Dave and George we would have no hesitation recommending HEH, polite knowledgeable and extremely courteous, I could go on. We had a new boiler fitted by HEH on the 5th September, the two engineers were David & George. They arrived at the exact time we were given, our boiler is situated upstairs in a cupboard on the landing so the lads laid down full protection on our stair and landing carpet. No mess was made at all. Right from our call to the office of HEH and speaking to Sharon & Louise and received the quote from Andy every thing was dealt with efficiently. Very satisfied customers.

Engineer arrived on time as usual. He had notified me that he was 15 minutes away prior to the appointment time. Serviced my boiler efficiently, giving me print outs for my records. He refilled my central heating water with system cleaner as I had asked him to do, checked for any leakage, and even checked the gas system for leaks. First class service and no mess left behind. After my enquiry and request for a quotation for a full replacement CH system was ignored by two other "rated" heating companies, I found a 2-page advert for HEH UK Ltd in a local magazine. On filling in the HEH online enquiry form, I received a call back within 1 minute! It was arranged for their technical support manager to call the following morning to do a survey. The quote was completed and sent to me at the end of that survey. Text messages were received every day (over 3 day installation) to tell me when the engineer would be arriving. The work to remove the old system and install new system was carried out efficiently and methodically. I will have no hesitation in recommending HEH to any relative/friend or neighbour who required work doing on their heating systems or require a replacement boiler.

I just wanted to say I am very pleased with the quick and professional service I received from HEH UK Ltd. From the very courteous people who take your initial call to the very professional heating engineer that came to see us. We had Gareth who was very knowledgeable and efficient in the service he provided. He seemed to know straight away what was the issue with our Worcester boiler. Even though our boiler is now in its twilight years I never felt I was being pressured into buying another boiler. Instead he offered his opinion on what could be done and left it with us to make the decision. In the end we chose his suggested fix and he came a couple of days later to do the work. Currently the repair has fixed our boiler issue and we are back to having a fully working central heating system. Just hope it keeps us going for at least another few years. When it does finally die I won’t feed any need to look elsewhere and I will be happy to go with this local firm I now know I can trust. Thanks to all the team.

I cannot speak highly enough of High Efficiency Heating. I had been left in the lurch by a builder who walked off the job and left me with no heating in my new build house, despite having been paid for it. HEH was recommended to me by a friend, and after the owner, Andy Baxter himself came out to look at the problem I had been left with, I promptly received a written quote, and a time frame to finish the work. The job was far from straightforward as some pipework had already been installed incorrectly by the builder. When HEH came to pressurize the system to test it, there were leaks all over the place, where the builder had not fitted the joints properly. As a result, the plasterboard ceilings were ruined, and had to be taken down to find, and then access the leaking joints. HEH fixed all the leaks, and got my heating system working, so that I could at least move in. Since the initial work, whenever i've needed advice on operating the heating controls, their Technical Manager Richard Perrins has called round and helped me out every time - not once has it been too much trouble for him. High Efficiency have shown how a proper company operates - the level of aftercare and customer service I've received, has been outstanding, and a real breath of fresh air. This review is based on the time from the original quote to a few days after the job was completed. My old boiler was on it's last legs, and i could only get a few hours out of it a day. It was grim at times due to lack of heat (in December). Contacted HEH, and they came round and gave me a quote, and also spotted a couple of other problems (one radiator needed replacing due to corrosion). They pushed the job through for me due to circumstances in my house (ie near lack of heating in winter), at a busy time of the year. They fitted the (Worcester) boiler and changed the radiator, and did a really clean and tidy job. Both in terms of work on the boiler (and some external piping work for the boiler), and in terms of the state of my house when they left. You could tell the lads took pride in their work.

We have been customers of HEH for many years. Andy and his team of engineers are always professional, courteous and helpful. We had an unforeseen problem with our boiler over New Year and Andy personally made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible despite the company technically being closed for the holiday period. The company fitted a new boiler and flushed the system. Very professional service from Richard who came to give a quote to the guys who fitted the boiler. Was recommended to ring this company regarding my heating not turning off in one area. Rang yesterday and today arrived and fixed the problem. Had the part already on the vehicle. Can recommend this company 100%.

Gareth, the heating engineer, was prompt to arrive and quick to fix the problem with our radiator. He did a fantastic job and is extremely knowledgeable about the variety of heating solutions we could go for to gain some heating balance within our household. The manufacturer of our central heating boiler recommended that we fit a filter in the gas supply pipe, to prevent a build-up of dirt in the boiler. HEH provided a quote within a day then arranged a convenient time for the filter to be fitted. The engineer arrived at the appointed time and completed the work very efficiently. He was friendly and pleasant, and took the trouble to explain exactly what had been done as well as how the filter would be cleaned during the annual service.

Great service throughout... No pressure when providing a quotation. Quality installation and the guys left no mess at all. Always friendly and helpful at service time. Had a small problem recently. Phoned HEH at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon. Someone car round within an hour! They sorted the problem out with no fuss. They really do believe in customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

They fitted a new heating boiler and updated valves on several radiators. The work was completed in a single day as agreed at an initial meeting with the manager They came at the time agreed, covered all non working areas and tidied and moved furniture back into place when the jobs were completed. They were helpful and polite throughout and returned the following day to answer questions about the most effective use of the thermostat. Their workmanship was excellent.

High Efficiency Heating has conducted the annual service on my Worcester Bosch boiler for the last three years. They send a text and a letter to remind you that the service is due, prompting you to arrange an engineer visit. Once arranged, they send a confirmation text with the agreed date and time: on the day, they send a text ahead of the engineer’s arrival, with the option to rearrange, in case circumstances have changed. The visiting engineers are friendly, whilst getting on with the job, and always leave with a “any problems, give us a call”. They live up to their name; efficient and friendly with excellent pre and post-visit communications.

Gareth from HEH arrived on time, got on with the service and gave me some insights into the work being done Very professional and time efficient. HEH fitted the boiler originally and have done every service since over a 5 year period which I think says more than any review could. The company gave regular updates via text as well which was helpful, the annual “your boiler service is due” letter is great as it always prompts me to get it booked in my diary. Highly recommended company.
