We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

First time I have used this company, most impressed. Reported faulty boiler within 2 days. Dave came after confirmation text, he found the fault quickly. New part required, Dave returned 2 days later, fitted part, boiler working. The company has customised communication software and this keeps customer informed.

Great service from the initial survey and quote by Andy right through to the installation by Aaron and Kyle. Professional and quick service. Kept fully informed at all times and the installation was performed with minimum disruption and no mess. After installation we were given a thorough explanation of the system and how to use it as well as a walkthrough of the service pack and details of how to contact the company in the event of any questions, queries or problems. Highly recommended.

We have been one of Andy Baxter's customers for 26 years and can't recommend HEH highly enough. Gareth, one of the service engineers came to service our heating and fire yesterday and did a thoroughly good job. I thought our fire needed replacing as it is quite old and was extremely inefficient but I was wrong! Gareth worked his magic and like a phoenix rising from the ashes, it's as good as new. They could have easily made more money by telling me it needed replacing and I would have been none the wiser, but this is an honest Company.

A Bank Holiday is not a good time for the central heating to pack up but HEHUK responded promptly to the call out, despite a lot of other 'priority jobs that they had to deal with that day, They identified the fault and fixed the problem. A great family firm who do jobs to a high standard and always charge a fair price for the job

We desperately needed a new boiler fitting at short notice, I was panicking as our boiler was on the blink and was worried I couldn't get it fitted before Christmas. I contacted Andy @ HEH who called and got everything arranged and assured me it would be done before Christmas. It was done on Saturday and the lads fitting it were brilliant. Were very efficient, polite and cleaned up as well. We would recommend them to anyone. Really pleased with the service and the new boiler is amazing. Thank you so much

I contacted this company about a boiler replacement because they are listed on Which Trusted Traders and have excellent reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The survey was done within a couple of days and the work carried out within a couple of weeks, all done in a day with no mess left behind and at a fair up front price with no hard sell. Aaron who carried out the work did a very good job and tidied up all the pipe work so it all looks very neat now. The replacement boiler is excellent, even in the current cold weather I've been able to reduce the time the central heating needs to be on because the house is so warm. I have no hesitation recommending this company and I will use them again in the future.

Phoned up, explained the problem, arranged an appointment to tell me what was wrong. They came, explained what needed to be done. Said they would get back to me with a quote. 2 days later got back to me with a quote. Agreed quote and arranged a time and date to do job. They came on time, did the job and explained what they had done. Very professional, respectful and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

High Efficiency Heating has always been very helpful. Will attend to a problem as soon as possible. However trivial to them, it can seem a "big" problem to a woman who lives on her own and knows nothing about plumbing or heating etc. I've also always found both Mr Baxter and his workers very pleasant and efficient.
