We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

Richard came out and assessed need for a power wash or chemical wash . He was excellent and explained in detail why neither of these options were needed or indeed appropriate at this time. I was sorry to have wasted his time but he saved me upwards £700 . 😊

Had my boiler replaced today, two lads came, think one was an apprentice, sorry I forgot the lads name who did the job. But he was very nice and kept me informed of what he was doing, he explained the new app I had with the boiler, he was very patient when I asked him to explain things again to me, you could see it was very important to him that he did everything properly, he wanted to make sure I was happy and that nothing would be too much trouble. Thanks again to the HEH for another great job.

We were having a new gas smart meter installed and the installer detected a gas leak so would not switch the gas supply back on. This was an unexpected shock and we called high efficiency heating. They were fantastic and an engineer was with us within the hour to detect the leak. Within 48 hours our leak was fixed and our gas back on. Amazing service from the office staff to the engineer who was polite friendly and efficient. We can’t rate our experience highly enough.

Unfortunately the radiator has been leaking at the thermostat valve for some time and has gone undetected and blackened wooden floor. HEH UK Ltd to the rescue. After discovering a small leak from my boiler I contacted HEH. It was a Saturday and I expected a Monday appointment. Andy took time out to come the same morning, identify the source of the leak, return after getting replacement pipework and fitting it - all done within a couple of hours of my call. I had no hot water for 2 days as well as boiler pump and tank immersion heater failed. Rang HEH and booked them to come. Arrived early and identified needed parts. They came back same day to fix and also service system. Great service and really friendly staff. Definitely will use again.

High Efficiency Heating engineers arrived earlier than I thought they would, which was very pleasing indeed. They were professional, polite, efficient and new what they were doing. Within about 15 minutes of arriving the central heating was up and running; job done. I have used HEH UK Ltd on a number of occasions which as involved servicing, checks and repairs and have always found them to be a first class and reliable company. HEH installed and have serviced my house boiler over last 10 years. and I have breakdown cover with them. They have always been excellent. Returned from holidays late Friday to discover no hot water or heating. Tried everything then rang the emergency number at 8.30pm. Plumber rang me back within minutes and talked me through various tests. Could not resolve the problem so he came at 8.40 am on Saturday. Immediately diagnosed that the pump had failed - left to pick one up - returned fitted and all working by 10.30am. Brilliant - outstanding service. Thank you HEH
