We have used Higher Bebington Gas Limited for numerous jobs regarding our central heating. We initially had a new boiler installed and have now started to replace radiators and having our boiler serviced. We have found the service exceptional! From ease of speaking with Lynne to enquire about the work we wanted doing via the phone, Alan promptly visited to assess what was needed and provided us with a very reasonable quote! Dan and Adam completed fabulous work and nothing was too much to ask of them. They were very considerate of our home, very clean and tidy and all scrap was removed! Thank you very much for your work and we look forward to seeing you again!

Excellent service provided by the team at Higher Bebington Gas. Arrived on the agreed date and time to replace an old Glowworm Central Heating boiler/system with a Vaillant Combi Boiler as per estimate.Old pipework, water tanks and boiler removed and all scrap taken away. Everywhere left clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Team at Higher Bebington Gas. Very satisfied with the service.

Came promptly on time and efficiently did the work: replacing old leaking ball cock in header tank in roof space. As it happened I had to go out at 10 am on the day but they were able to accommodate this by coming first thing (08:45). Very good to communicate with and responsive -- thanks !

Cannot praise this company highly enough for their understanding of my elderly Mums predicament even though it was the holidays. They came, and then they came back the following day to actually fit a new boiler for her just before going away for their new year break! They are simply the best, and we as a family are so grateful that they cared enough to ensure Mum was kept warm through a very cold spell. 5*’s all the way for this Company. Fantastic performance and same day service
I contacted Mr Edwards’s in the morning about an issue with my daughter’s boiler, she lives in Macclesfield Cheshire. We had a face time for Mr Edwards’s to understand the problem. He diagnosed the issue straight away and said he would obtain the parts and be with us later in the day . His knowledge and experience is very clear, such a positive and professional approach. Care and respect for the house and surrounding fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Pleasure to know this company.

Within 48 hours of us contacting Alan and being advised that we needed a new Combi Boiler, he rearranged their schedule so that the boiler could be replaced promptly. Dan and his colleague came first thing, you could see just how well they worked together, the whole process went very smoothly, such professionals. They put dust sheets down and cleaned up before they left. It was hassle free. They did a first class job.

We couldn’t be happier with Alan and Dan’s hard work and dedication. We have just had a new boiler fitted by them and as usual we were delighted with their standard of work, efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism. You wouldn’t have known they had visited. This company was recommended to me by a work colleague and I couldn't be happier that I acted upon the recommendation. I had no heating or hot water as my old boiler had been condemned by British Gas so Alan ensured a speedy, same day quote which was very reasonable so I accepted. There was very good and clear communication throughout and I also received a call after completion to ensure I was happy. The engineers were clean and considerate throughout the installation using dust sheets and removing footwear. I highly recommend this company as very professional and friendly and would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to friends/family.
