I researched Highfields Property Services Limited on line and it was obvious from the work shown in the photo gallery that they pride themselves in doing work to the highest standard. When they came to view the type of work suggested Paul the owner of the business knew from our initial discussions what we wanted to achieve. The work involved removing all our internal doors (14off) and replacing them with solid oak self finished doors together with all new door furniture. The workman, Stuart and Craig were very professional in all their dealings with us and the quality of their work was excellent. On completion the two named employees cleaned the whole site and vacuum cleaned every room. I would certainly use this company again if I should require to other work in the future. Thank you to Paul and his excellent workers for doing a good job.

Highfields was recommended to me from a client of mine & from the initial contact right through until the work was completed the service was nothing short of outstanding. The customer service manager was extremely proactive & responded to all queries in a very timely manner & the tradesman employed by Highfields are all experts in their field. I also had a post site visit from the company owner who pre arranged to come & see the work himself. We had our new front door fitted yesterday and we are so happy it has transformed the front of the house. Design was exactly what we was looking for and now our home feels so much safe and secure. In addition to the door being exactly what we were looking for the whole experience was spot on. Options in terms of product, advice provided and the fitting experts delivered by the very friendly team even if I did make him a cold coffee instead of a hot one !!! Thank you very much !!!

I contacted Highfields with a slightly complex quotation request for Upvc windows and doors. Nothing was too much trouble for the company, and they came back quickly with an appropriate quotation. No pressure was applied and I agreed to go ahead with one part of the work. The work was carried out excellently with no disruption and I couldn't be happier with the service or work done. We have recently had new windows and doors fitted to our four bed home. The whole experience was quick and painless, from measuring, quote to fitting. The level of attention to detail and precision was amazing. Ian is a true expert in his craft and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect finish. I can’t fault anything and we are so pleased with them. We would recommend to anyone. Excellent service.

We contacted Highfields about replacing the windows in our 1930s house (including two large bow windows). The quote was thorough and reasonable and the work was carried out at a time we requested. Communications were clear and promises made were kept. Ian and Ronnie were real grafters - they put in long hours and kept disruption to a minimum. They’re also lovely chaps who were polite, engaged and respectful of our property and belongings (and they get bonus points for fussing our dog!). Special shout out to Claire for keeping us updated and generally being lovely and also to Paul who checked in on day one and then again when the work was completed, to make sure we were happy. So glad we’ve found Highfields and will use them again - a great, professional team with high standards and excellent customer service.

My living room needed a major revamp. I wanted a media wall (including TV and fire) with recesses/spotlights, storage cupboards, oak shelving, new ceiling with spotlights and flooring, along with new oak doors Paul was great and listened to my initial plans and we took it from there, a few tweaks (for the better) along the way and I now have a beautiful refurbished living room. The whole project was managed brilliantly from start to finish and the room was left tidy at the end of each day. Communication was outstanding and any issues/queries that cropped up were quickly sorted to 100% satisfaction. Many thanks to Stu for his patience and hard work, to Andy and Pete for their fantastic work on the ceiling, electrics and lighting, and special thanks to Craig who is a master of his carpentry craft, checking with me at all stages to ensure I was happy with the work and……he put up with me for 3 whole weeks! The whole team are very friendly and approachable. I am so pleased with the final result……..highly recommended!

We cannot rate the service, team and end-result highly enough! Our kitchen was old and tired, and we were looking for a fresh new look. A neighbour had similar work done by Highfields, and we were impressed by their results, so decided to contact them for a quote. After an initial consultation and kitchen design work by Howdens, the quotation was within budget so we were happy to proceed. The work started promptly and on the agreed date to strip the old kitchen. All the workmen worked meticulously, cleaning and tidying at the end of each day, and the end result was exactly as envisaged. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they kept us informed daily abut the progress and next days plans. Despite finding a few oddities and issues along the way (old house, no fault of HIghfields), these were quickly resolved, and all work was carried out on schedule, on budget, and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend!

Highfields removed an internal wall opening up two rooms into one bright room. I’ve used Highfields before and the workmanship is always impeccable, with great pride taken in what they do. Highfields Property Services were recommended to me to carry out a bathroom refurbishment & from the initial consultation to completion of the project the service & attention to detail from the tradesman & office staff was amazing. I would recommend Highfields to anybody & will definitely be using them again in the future. A special mention to Craig who carried out some very intricate carpentry work on my bathroom & did some amazing finishing touches to make the room look fantastic.

From the minute I contacted for a quote Paul and his team were amazing. They arrange to come and see the job quickly, took time to understand what we were thinking, gave us advise, options and came back quickly with prices. There was no pressure at all, but when we gave them the go ahead they booked us in really quickly. We recently had a double garage conversion completed by Highfields Property Services who came highly recommended by a friend. The transformation from an old garage to a stunning new bedroom, lounge & ensuite is fantastic & I would recommend Highfields to all. HPS conducted a full refurbishment for my buy-to-let property, including a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring etc. All the works have been carried out to a high specification. Highfields completed a full kitchen and conservatory renovation, the whole process has been an absolute joy from start to finish. I recently had my kitchen worktops changed from oak to quartz, Highfields Property Services Ltd not only managed the entire project liaising with the provider of the quartz, they also carried works that included the removal of the old work tops, kitchen taps and induction hob etc. They communicated regularly with me so I knew exactly when the new worktops were being delivered and being installed making this hassel free for me aswell as when they would be returning to refit the induction hob and kitchen taps so i could get my home back to normal minmimising any inconvenience. They made the entire project stress free for myself and my family which is exactly what I wanted. Putting the excellent quality of their workmanship aside for a moment, I was extremely impressed with the other qualities that their team provided that included being friendly and approachable explaining the various processes to myself. Their attention to detail throughout the entire project whilst ensuring that they done the little things like leaving my home clean and tidy after each day was of the highest standard. I am a firm believer that the little things make all the difference and Highfields certaintly deliver in this area which just makes their services even better. I cannot recommend them enough and will certaintly endorse this company to any friends and family that require construction and / or refurbishment works. Excellent work all round!

Highfields fitted out our utility room, including laying a tiled floor, plaster work, plumbing, installing light fittings and installing units and worktops The work was completed to the agreed schedule and price. Equally important was the standard of work, which was exceptional, and the helpfulness of the men carrying out the work. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Highfields. A good company.

Highfields undertook a complete renovation of our kitchen and utility room. The design process was very thorough, they listened to what we wanted and were able to build this into the plan, including making recommendations for improvements/alternatives that would make the design more practical. The work was booked in and a clear schedule given, which was adhered to. All of the workmen that came to remove the old kitchen and fit the new one were skilled, polite and on time. There were a few hiccups along the way, that were addressed by Highfields without any quibble. They were honest and upfront when issues were encountered. The project was completed to the original budget and spec, and is a high quality finish, with which we are really pleased. The communication throughout the project was excellent. We would definitely recommend them.

Other kitchen suppliers told me that what i wanted was not feasible and couldn’t be done. As I have got older I need a kitchen that is safe for me with appliances where I want them to be and at the right height for me. I was beginning to despair. They sourced the appliances I had chosen, they built the kitchen to meet my, possibly unusual, requirements and did it all without fuss. Highfields property services replaced windows and 2 upvc doors on 2 properties. The quotes were competitive and the customer service excellent. I do not live locally and a tenant requested a follow up due to a sticking door and the team were responsive in sorting the issue Mike was happy to spend time talking through options and clear on when the work could be done and met the timescales.
