Our experience with Hipco, installing a Juliet balcony and French windows, has been very satisfactory. All the people we dealt with were helpful, friendly and courteous. The standard of work is very high, and the small problem that we discovered afterwards was dealt with quickly and without quibble.

Had a great experience with Hipco from start to finish. Everything communicated well through text messages. On date of fitting our new composite front door fitters arrived promptly and went about fitting in a professional manner. The work was completed to a high standard and they cleared away all the remnants of the old door. After a couple of days we noticed that the new keys were sticking in the new barrel. Hipco came out and fully replaced the barrel. Great service.

Wow! What an amazing transformation from all of the hard working people at Hipco. They’ve transformed our once minimally used conservatory into a functional room in our home. Thank you for all your hard work in achieving a truly beautiful room for us.

I recently had all my windows and doors replaced by HIPCO, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first contact right through to completion, the service was outstanding. Very good overall. Had to carefully go through the qupte twice as I had been overcharged on both occasions. When I pointed out the mistake each time, my quote was revised down. The windows were installed neatly.

Hipco replaced all of my windows earlier this year with new double-glazed PVC units to replace wooden frames which were well past end of life. I've left it a few months before leaving a review to see if I had any reason to go back to them. I have not: the installation has, as far as I can tell, bedded in perfectly. The initial sales visit wasn't at all pushy, unlike some previous experiences I've had. When it came to actually doing the work, the team on-site were considerate and highly competent, happy to work around my needs while I was working from home. The house, being old, threw up several surprises during the installation, which they worked around admirably well. While the job did go slightly over the initial time estimate, they kept me informed throughout. I was able to have confidence that they could deal with the unexpected as it came up. All in all, thoroughly recommended.

My husband and I recently had some new windows installed by Hipco. From start to finish the company was extremely professional, friendly, polite and courteous not to mention very reasonable in price. Special mention to Steve who came to give us a quote, Leisa, Russell and Caitlin who I dealt with over the phone and then Dave, Ryan and Gaz who did the installation, all were fantastic. The quality of the windows is brilliant. The workmanship during installation was second to none and the way the guys respected our property, turned up on time, worked hard and got the job done in the time they said it would take, is exactly what you want from a company. We couldn’t fault them at all. We can highly recommend Hipco to anyone looking for any work being done and we have already recommended them to several of our friends and family. I am so pleased with my 2 new composite doors and canopy that HIPCO fitted a few weeks ago. Everything from the initial survey with Simon, to the measurement with Dave and on to the fitting with Dave and Chris was done so professionally. I am so pleased with the difference it has made to the appearance of our house. I would highly recommend HIPCO.
