I recently had my conservatory revamped. Full replacement of windows, door and old polycarbonate sheet roofing upgraded to a good proper solid roof with velux windows. The office/ sales / survey staff were very helpful and friendly and the teams who did the actual installation were outstanding. I was so impressed with their work ethics and felt that they worked as if they were working in their own house. Were very polite, courteous and made sure everywhere was clean and tidy afterwards. There were a couple of errors on the planning but these hiccups were sorted quickly with no quibble whatsoever, I would definitely recommend HIPCO for this type of job and It also comes with a 10yr guarantee/ insurance which is further peace of mind. I engaged HIPCO to do a garage conversion job. From the initial meeting with the project consultant, a thorough plan was produced outlining every element of the job. A visit from the head builder reviewed and discussed the plan prior to the commencement of works. The work went like clockwork, trades turned up on the dates agreed and they cleaned up. The standard of work was excellent and I would recommend HIPCO as a trusted company.

An excellent service and finish to our new window and doors. Chose on recommendation the new Claystone window frames and we love them. Each staff member we dealt with were professional and offered great suggestions. On the day of fitting the trade fitters were very friendly, made minimal mess and explained how to use my new windows and doors. I didn't feel under any pressure or that I was being upsold. Communication was also great and I felt I was kept up to date. Thank you

We had two doors replaced one front and side. From start to finish we couldn't fault anything, the price was very competitive and all of the team we came into contact with were so professional and friendly. The attention to detail was amazing and we were really impressed with the finishing on both doors. We would definitely recommend using them.

Overall, I am very happy with my new uPVC windows and composite door, and service throughout. The office team and the installers were attentive and communicated well throughout. My only reservation holding back five stars with all aspects was an issue with the initial mastic application, which looked a bit messy. However, once highlighted, the team came back and resolved it promptly.

Hipco have now completed our extension and as previously said, we are really pleased with the finished build. Their workmanship has been outstanding, especially Jamie, Brian, Ashley and Reg, and they have been a pleasure to have in our home. Reg, in particular, has been great at sorting out unforeseen issues caused by previous builders and suggesting solutions. The overall build did take a bit longer than anticipated due to a change not planned by the architect, and my only concern was that communication could have been better at times, although Jamie was always quick to respond when promoted. I certainly have no problem in recommending them for any job you might be considering.

Great experience with Hipco. Nothing was too much hassle, we added more work outside of the original plans and the guys at HIPCO easily planned around and got the job done. Great team, would definitely recommend and plan on using in the future for more renovations/building work. Quality of work is superb, we cannot fault.

I’m very pleased with my new front door. I was initially a little uncertain about choosing a white door, but I’m really pleased with the result — it has actually made the hallway look significantly bigger and brighter, and made a noticeable difference to the warmth. Hipco were very easy to deal with throughout. Communication was excellent, and they were punctual, reliable and competitively priced. The installers were punctual and efficient. They removed the existing door and installed the new one in around two hours, which was great. They also took away and disposed of my old door afterwards, so I didn’t have to worry about arranging that myself. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the finished result, and I would be confident in using Hipco again in the future.

We used Hipco to replace our front door after an attempted break-in that damaged our previous door. We were understandably a bit shaken from the experience, but from the very first phone call the care and kindness that was shown was incredible. Russ made time to come round on the same day that we called to do a survey and get our new Rock Door ordered ASAP. The fitting was on time and done to a high standard, with our home left clean and tidy afterwards. Excellent service - we would 100% use Hipco again in future.

We have had a superb service from Hipco, having had our windows and both doors replaced. From first contact through to completion, we were kept up to date at all times. The team of 4 friendly guys worked hard and completed most of the work in 1 day. One window was incorrectly sized, so one guy (Andy Wood) returned a week later and finished off the work. It has been a very good job all told and we are totally delighted with the quality and attention to detail Hipco have provided. I have no reservations in recommending Hipco for anyone wanting house improvement jobs done. I'd certainly give them 10/10 for all departments from sales to completion.

I can't recommend Hipco enough. We've had a lot of experience with tradespeople and it's almost always been disappointing, but Hipco have been fantastic. We had bifold doors replaced, together with a large picture window and some small building work. They were quick, professional and clean. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience! I am quite pedantic about detail and every issue or question I had was answered by experts. From production time to installation, I was constantly updated and kept and the loop. After installation was complete, I was visited to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and gifted a bottle of wine! In truth, nobody wants to hear they need to install new doors and windows, but if ever you do please know HIPCO makes it a most enjoyable experience.
