Hipco installed my new door on 24/3/2026 I have used Hipco in the pasr for my new replacement windows and I have always been very satisfied with the way the jobs have been handled the staff are very helpful and curtious and their workmanship is excellent and I will defintely use Hipco in the future

Initial sales man and follow up had no issues, surveyor was quick and efficient. Was lucky enough to have them done nearly straight away. Price very competitive. Quality windows. Workmen were pleasant (just keep them supplied in hot drinks!). Would fully recommend. If there was a negative it would be appointment times are not reliable.

Communication with company easy and friendly. Surveyor knowledgeable and product designs can be seen at their showroom. All was agreed and timetable provided. This was slightly delayed due to bringing both doors together instead of separately. The fitters arrived and installation was done with a little too much haste and attention to detail was lacking. This meant a separate visit by the surveyor to assess the required work and for the fitters to come back and finish. The work was completed to a high standard of finish once the remedial work had been done.

I am very pleased with my new front door, it looks great, and my hall is much warmer. Hipco were very easy to deal with, punctual and reliable. Communication was excellent, and price was competitive. Installation was punctual and efficient. Overall I would be confident to use Hipco in the future

Had Hipco fit a twist-and-turn stable back door. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very clean and professional when fitting the door. Great team, answering every query promptly. Would definitely use Hipco again. Even considering having an extension by them, as they were so trustworthy.

Hipco recently replaced all windows & doors in my house. I asked them to provide a quote after reading previous reviews and seeing pictures of their work. We chose them due to their competitive price and lack of pushy sales tactics. The salesman turned up when he said he would, he was knowledgable and very thorough whilst taking us through all options available to us. The price we were given was fair and competitive, and for the service we received was really good value for money. The installation team were very polite, on time each day and worked tirelessly to install everything to a really high standard. We had a couple of hiccups with a missing window handle and incorrect glass style in the front door, but this was resolved quickly and we were kept up-to-date with everything. I would definitely recommend Hipco and I'll be using them again for any future work I need.

Hipco are my ‘go to’ ! They have undertaken a number of works in my home from conservatory roof, cladding the front of my house,to my latest small job. This was a bathroom and landing window. From start to finish they managed the task with exemplary professionalism. The whole team care about their work. I cannot praise Hipco highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had Hipco replace our polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid, insulated tiled roof. I can honestly say the work carried out was first-class. We were kept informed of start date along with all the tradesmen details including their names and when they would be on site. Neil and Chris who erected the roof were excellent and left no mess at all, as were the electrician and plasterer (don't think I've seen such plastering before, it was perfect). It was costly but worth every penny and I'd have no problem with recommending Hipco to anyone.

Hipco replaced a leaking polycarbonate conservatory roof and side glazing with a tiled insulated roof, transforming it into an attractive space useable all year round. From the initial visit, which was informative but not pushy, onwards they were efficient, punctual and easy to deal with. The work was done to a very high standard by pleasant and skilful tradespeople in a short time, and very minor snagging was fixed in 24 hours. We recommend them unreservedly.

This is the 4th time Hipco have completed work on my property and, as with the previous work, everything was completed within the agreed timescales and to the highest standard. The new windows & cladding have given my house a fresh & modern look and drew lots of attention from passers by when the work was completed. As with previous work, the HipCo team provided excellent service in scheduling initial surveys & measuring visits and answering my queries . The fitters were extremely hardworking, courteous and professional, leaving everything neat & tidy despite the horrific weather on the final day. Although there were some issues (manufacturing faults) identified during the installation these were quickly resolved by HipCo. Should I need any more work doing on my house in the future HipCo would be my first choice and I would definitely recommend Hipco to anyone considering home improvements.

As the title says outstanding service from start to finish. Very professional fitters ( Gav & team) even worked through a storm to complete it all in time, the plasterer was highly skilled too even the lovely ladies in the office were attentive and knowledgeable. I need 2 new windows replacing soon and it’ll be HIPCO I phone 100%. 5 🌟 service.

The communication with the company was excellent, staff were available and courteous, the process and plan of work was clear and adhered to. The installers Chris and Neil were extremely hard working and did an excellent job. There were a few glitches, but these were dealt with without any quibbling or delay. HIPCO were a breath of fresh air, as honesty, trust and accountability are in short supply with many companies. I will certainly consult HIPCO again for any future projects and have no reservations in recommending this company. And, I now have a usable conservatory in the winter🥇

We used Hipco when replacing the windows and doors at our previous house, and had no hesitation in using them again following our move to a new house. Their service in every respect is ourstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending them. We have been so happy when using them for doors and windows that we are now also having them build or new extension.

Our experience with Hipco, installing a Juliet balcony and French windows, has been very satisfactory. All the people we dealt with were helpful, friendly and courteous. The standard of work is very high, and the small problem that we discovered afterwards was dealt with quickly and without quibble.

Had a great experience with Hipco from start to finish. Everything communicated well through text messages. On date of fitting our new composite front door fitters arrived promptly and went about fitting in a professional manner. The work was completed to a high standard and they cleared away all the remnants of the old door. After a couple of days we noticed that the new keys were sticking in the new barrel. Hipco came out and fully replaced the barrel. Great service.
