I recently had all my windows and doors replaced by HIPCO, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first contact right through to completion, the service was outstanding. The initial meeting was refreshingly honest, no pushy sales tactics, just clear and upfront advice. Communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. The quality of the windows and doors is superb, and the installation team were polite, respectful, and left everything tidy. I can’t recommend HIPCO highly enough. They delivered exactly what they promised, and I’m really pleased with the result.

Very good overall. Had to carefully go through the qupte twice as I had been overcharged on both occasions. When I pointed out the mistake each time, my quote was revised down. The windows were installed neatly.

Hipco replaced all of my windows earlier this year with new double-glazed PVC units to replace wooden frames which were well past end of life. I've left it a few months before leaving a review to see if I had any reason to go back to them. I have not: the installation has, as far as I can tell, bedded in perfectly. The initial sales visit wasn't at all pushy, unlike some previous experiences I've had. When it came to actually doing the work, the team on-site were considerate and highly competent, happy to work around my needs while I was working from home. The house, being old, threw up several surprises during the installation, which they worked around admirably well. While the job did go slightly over the initial time estimate, they kept me informed throughout. I was able to have confidence that they could deal with the unexpected as it came up. All in all, thoroughly recommended.

My husband and I recently had some new windows installed by Hipco. From start to finish the company was extremely professional, friendly, polite and courteous not to mention very reasonable in price. Special mention to Steve who came to give us a quote, Leisa, Russell and Caitlin who I dealt with over the phone and then Dave, Ryan and Gaz who did the installation, all were fantastic. The quality of the windows is brilliant. The workmanship during installation was second to none and the way the guys respected our property, turned up on time, worked hard and got the job done in the time they said it would take, is exactly what you want from a company. We couldn’t fault them at all. We can highly recommend Hipco to anyone looking for any work being done and we have already recommended them to several of our friends and family. I am so pleased with my 2 new composite doors and canopy that HIPCO fitted a few weeks ago. Everything from the initial survey with Simon, to the measurement with Dave and on to the fitting with Dave and Chris was done so professionally. I am so pleased with the difference it has made to the appearance of our house. I would highly recommend HIPCO.

From our very first meeting with the sales representative to the final finishing touches, we had no doubt we’d made the right choice. We were kept informed at every stage, what was happening, when, by whom, and what to expect. The team arrived on time, were friendly, and left everything tidy once the work was done. Our experience with HIPCO was positive from beginning to end. Steve, the salesperson, was very helpful in explaining the process in great detail. The office team were also very friendly and helpful, keeping us updated throughout regarding dates and times when the work was to be carried out. The fitting team were friendly and worked in a professional manner, they were punctual and considerate. The work included plastering the ceiling and electrical work. All work was carried out to a high standard and Dave paid us a visit upon the completion of the work to see that we were fully satisfied. We would not hesitate to recommend HIPCO.

We have recently used HIPCO for new upvc windows and front door. We would highly recommend HIPCO for any work you are considering. From the initial contact, through the work itself and the aftercare, the communication and quotation has been perfect. We were very happy with every stage. Used Hipco to install a new window lintel and window. From start to finish communication was very good. They were able to come and give me a quote very quickly and then schedule in the work to suit me. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Would definitely use again in the future!

Had HIPCO replace the roof in the conservatory, including electrics and plastering. Very happy with the result. Everyone we met was professional, respectful of our property and introduced themselves. Can thoroughly recommend. Good to do business with a local company.

Had replacement conservatory roof they did and excellent job very hard working and tidy , they took all the old roof away , we are very happy with the finished roof and service we received.

From the first meeting with Steve I knew I’d made the right decision. His knowledge & recommendations were exactly what we were wanting. The communication all way along was first class. On the day of the fitting the team arrived on time. From the start they were very respectful of your property everything was covered up & nothing was a problem for them. At the end of everyday they left the house so clean it was like they hadn’t even been here. The fitter did noticed a couple of issues with a window unit & a blemish on the door handle, these were replaced swiftly with question. Overall I would definitely recommend HIPCO & I will use them for any future window replacements.
