The work was completed on the planned date and to the agreed budget. Darren Ward and his Assistant were excellent workmen. Clean and tidy and considerate to me as I continued to live in the small flat. The new boiler has had no problems, though I know from many years of Mr.Ward's work, he would be available immediately to help me, if needed. N.T.Ward is an excellent firm which I would recommend wholeheartedly.

I have been using Home Boilers and their associated servicing / maintenance company for many years. Changing heating systems is a very big deal. Not only did they make the job pain free, we felt realy comfortable with their expert knowledge and guidance in making our choice of heating system. I chose this company to replace my 30 year old boiler. As there was extra work because of the age of the old boiler I chose a company with many good years of experience. Their quote was in line with other companies and came across as friendly and knowledgeable. The job was completed on time and within quote. A small problem was resolved quickly after being reported. Very pleased with the installation of Worcester Bosch FS 30cdi which replaced a 17 years old non condensing potterton boiler. Also replaced controller/timer, diverter valves and room thermostat etc. The previous boiler had not been piped and wired correctly. Darren and Steve of Home Boilers fitted a new boiler for us. It was fitted in 1 full day (as previously agreed) when the job was quoted. The job was done to the agreed schedule and budget. A job I was not looking forward to, but one which had to be done. Darren and Steve did a brilliant job. They arrived on time and got straight down to removing the old boiler. The new boiler was installed with the least disruption to me. They had the whole process completed by 16.00 exactly the time they said it would be finished by. Darren and Steve installed a new boiler for my elderly mother, while she was in hospital with a broken leg, reusing the space occupied by the old hot water cylinder. The finished job was clean, neat & tidy and we have had no problems with the installation in the year since. They subsequently returned, at short notice, to move a radiator at the foot of the stairs to make space for her new stairlift. Overall, I am very happy with their work. (All the more impressive because we had various Covid restrictions in place at the time.)

D M Boilers carried out the fitting of my new Worcester boiler last year. There were no hidden extras and they were polite and tidy and the work was carried out in one day. Their quote was very competitive and as I’d been recommended by a friend I felt at ease throughout. I am now looking forward to arranging my annual service at the end of this month.

The existing boiler was over 30 years old. The scope of the new installation work was described in detail. The work started and was completed on the dates stated. All done satisfactorily and the team were very pleasant to deal with. The only problem was a faulty hot water tank temperature transmitter, and this was quickly replaced. I was very satisfied with the work and the service provided.

Used Home Boilers to fit new boiler, replace radiators etc. Work was carried out efficiently as agreed. One small problem afterwards was rectified quickly. Good quality workmanship, very impressed and would recommend.

As part of a sequence of building work, we used Home Boilers to complete a series of jobs including fitting a new boiler, new radiators and pipework, an unvented pressurised hot water tank and conversion to mains pressure plumbing, a piped underfloor heating system and an automated multizone control system to let us run the house heating easily and, if needed, remotely. To fit around other ongoing work Darren and Steve, liaised with other tradesmen to find an optimal schedule, to ensure they weren't holding anyone else up or or doing anything too early that might then limit or constrain other work. As work proceeded and schedules changed, Home Boilers adapted accordingly and did an excellent job of always being ready to do the right thing at the right time, and they always took care to check that we had working systems as much as possible, and to let us know when there'd be the odd day where we wouldn't have, for example, hot water so we could plan accordingly. I will always recommend Home Boilers for any job large or small, as I'm sure they always strive to provide the best possible service to all their customers.
